Where shall I start the service was amazing and the food had my taste buds doing backflips. Thee best loaded fries I’ve had in London and what tops of my experience is the customer service very welcoming and friendly. I deffo will be back probably in an hour. Lol

I’ve been coming to this branch for a while now and the customer services has always been excellent and food can’t be questioned. Very fresh and amazing. Mustafa is an prime example of good business man. Highly recommended.

A steal!!! £7.50 meal deal for some of the best doner meat and a side. Should try the other stuff but end up with a mixed wrap each time. Big up the boss man’s there too.

I highly recommend the Nashville Loaded Fires, the large comes with a very generous portion which is absolutely delicious, best loaded fires in the market by far, it is a bit spicy however they have others loaded fries options to try, they also have amazing milk cakes available. I had an Uber Delivery (Istanbul burger, chicken nuggets, onion rings and peri peri chips) the burger was the best I have had in a while, the fried chips, nuggets and onion rings were so fresh, didn’t have that “old oil” smell nor were they oily, I really enjoyed the food, this isn’t my first time ordering from here, the previous order was as good. Thank you so much for setting the standards high, all the best 🙏🤍

Splendid. Just the best staff, smiling and helpful even late after 1am. Did a small order to heat up at brunch, left with two packs of kebab on the house, courtesy of an Uber order that got cancelled. Bless the folks at Ottoman Doner. Alhamdulillah.

I’ve ordered from here many time and time after time I keep giving them chances now I’m putting it on google then maybe they’ll learn. STOP PUTTING ICE COLD DRINKS IN THE SAME BAG AS THE FOOD!!! I even put this on the special instructions and they still do it ffs

Came in for the first time and the Manager helped me through the menu. Food was fantastic and tasted fresh. I’m from the US and they made me feel welcomed. I came in the next night and the same manager saw me, remembered me, and asked how my food was the previous night. Really appreciative of the quality of service as well as food.

I cant give any review for this restaurant what a ego they have dont know how to serve customer i am hardly say please don't visit here for your food they gave me mess food like soggy doner and cold and when talk them they say eat i dont care

The doner kebab was so burnt, both the meat and chicken, that it was so smelly and inedible that I couldn't eat it. The onions in the salad weren't fresh either.

I’ve been to Ottoman Doner Kebab in Holloway three times now, and I’m hooked, especially on their Nashville-loaded fries—absolutely lazeez! A big shoutout to Abubaker, who takes customer service to a whole new level. He doesn’t just serve food; he serves great conversation and genuine hospitality. Once, I walked in after a rough day, and his kindness and chat truly turned things around while he prepped my order. Another time, I couldn’t make it to the store on time due to heavy rain and no cabs. When I called, not only did he reopen the system to ensure I didn’t go hungry, but he made me feel like family. This is customer service done right—thanks, my brother, for always going above and beyond! Ottoman Doner is lucky to have you, and so are we customers!

Great food. Better than GDK (German doner) staff are so nice and friendly. Always have a smile on their face and willing to give good recommendations. Bursa burger and loaded fries is amazing.

Literally one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had. I came back here and had the meal deal - genuinely amazing Nashville hot chicken. The sandwich, tenders and fries were killer… I do not exaggerate when I say this is one of the best places for chicken in town. Their homemade tiramisu is also amazing!

One of the best burgers I have had. I saw the Istanbul burger on there screen and thought it would be a catfish. I ordered it and it was the complete opposite.

I will always rate a place where the person who takes cash also handles your bread. Thinking that by wearing gloves or makes it OK. If you touch cash don't use the sane hands to touch my bread. Such a common practice in kebab shops and cafes and it's a terribly dirty! Practice!!

Quality control is unreal. Ordered via Uber eats at 2 am and the food was incredible. Chicken doner wraps are juicy, saucy, and filling 👌🏽

Great taste for the food. Big portion for the low price meals. Full of halal menus. Should come if near to the place. I ordered the Diner Slider and it was worth it. Served with beef burger, chips, and drink. They also have various of delicious desserts.

Loved the food, the person serving it. So lovely. Affordable so we'll be back. Could do with a little refresh and maybe a screen with ottoman scenes, music. It would bring the atmosphere right up. Other than that 10/10, strongly recommend.

Worst customer service . The staff were more busy talking to each other than making my order . They took ages to prepare orders . I hope they fix this issue and be more active
