We have visited here twice as a family of 1 adult/2 children. Both times, food has been delicious with a quick service. We were greeted at the door by the owner and could choose where to sit. Waitress came to the table quick time to take our order. can’t fault it and would definitely visit again.

Absolutely disgusting overpriced cheap nasty food load hunters chicken nasty piece of cheap pale chicken with bunt bacon on top lots of staff just sitting around on ther own table not clean couldn’t see out the window it was so Dirty will not be returning

Have been here a few times. Service was excellent.. Only waiting a minute for someone to come serve us. Food absolutely cooked perfectly and the quality was excellent.. Highly recommended.

Have not been here for breakfast before, and I have to say it was okay.....the owner is a character, really welcoming and friendly....we all ordered cooked breakfasts and they were very nice too, good tea and coffee too ..I can understand why it's very busy here...

I ordered a roast chicken dinner and a pancake with chocolate sauce yesterday. BIG MISTAKE. The chicken was raw, the vegetables weren’t cooked and the gravy was gone off! Don’t even get me started on the pancake 😒 anyway I had to go to work hungry!

Ordered a roast chicken dinner and was very disappointed. The chicken was poor quality and very dry. There was a good selection of veg but it was really overcooked and watery. Also, they ask customers to provide their name and telephone number for track and trace which is fine but they leave these details in public view.

Called in on off chan e for 2 breakfasts on a Sunday, granted it was lunch time but ordered anyway. After waiting for over 30 mins for food I said I'll walk out if it's another 5 mins. Think the staff heard me because they rushed over to table saying it's on its way. Low and behold the meal arrived but was told the sausages would follow as they were not ready. The menu states "high quality sausages" but we're infact cheap Iceland frozen one or similar. Has this place changed hands recently???

Food was swimming in grease, and the chips were gone off and mouldy. Will most definitely not be ordering from here again.

Stopped here for a coffee it was very quiet in here...its small but clean and tidy...we ordered a tea and a Christmas coffee..the tea was fine..the coffee was hot but very small totally not worth the price... Don't think I'll be going back...

Called here for a breakfast, have to say it was delicious served by very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and the coffee is amazing, will definitely be back thank you 😊

Called in again for breakfast. Food hot but a little greasy. Oil on plate. Plate cold but tasty. Pri es have increased a little £6.50 plus a mug of tea.

My son and his girlfriend paid £5 each for a take-away beefburger and chickenburger from this place today. Dry burgers in dry buns. No salad, no relish, no sauce ... nothing. Very poor fare, at extortionate prices. I'd love to support small businesses after the lockdown, but I won't be supporting this one.

We have been visiting this cafe for years, the welcome is always friendly and accommodating and the food is consistently good and value for money. The staff take hygiene seriously and it is in a central location.

We popped in hoping for a quick bite, thinking we may have to opt for a sandwich and coffee but were assured a full, hot meal would be served swiftly and they weren't wrong. All the food looked and smelt fantastic, everything from full breakfast, something on toast, jacket potatoes, salads to a delicious roast dinner. They are even open on a Sunday. Really nice bright, airy restaurant, friendly staff and a good cuppa too. Will definitely visit again when we are next in Neath

Visited here the 12th of April asked for a breakfast asked for dry fried eggs and bacon on the flat plate came out swimming in grease even the mushrooms were soggy said on the menu top quality sausages and the sausages are cheap nasty grisly rubbish absolutely vile worst place I’ve been cost me £ 8.30 utter rubbish coffe tastes like soap will not b back again do not visit here you will b disappointed 😔

Always accomodating. Happy to provide Booster seats for toddlers. The coffee is amazing and the Breakfasts are always lovely at a great price.

Have eaten here twice on the last month the Scampi was of a very poor quality all bread crumb batter and a cheap Scampi??? filling, second meal was a frozen battered cod??? Was this from Home Bargains ??? Poor quality frozen chips

Having just had food here i can only say how nice it was to visit a bistro which is not only spotless but has excellent quality food to match. The owner and his staff are both friendly and extremely helpful. Well worth a visit. I will definitely call again for food.

Delicious breakfast and such great service that we stayed for an extra coffee which was a good decision as their Italian coffee was fab.

This place is not a nice place at all. The staff are rude. The food is horrible. The coffee taste like dishwasher. Once a disabled lady asked for a chair from outside the café to wait for a taxi and she was told that she had been drinking so no she could not. A police officer ask too and they said she had been in the pub so no. This was uncalled for

Wife and I called in because it looked clean and had a five star rating. I had the roast beef lunch and the missus had a cheese panini with salad. All the food looked fresh and appetizing and it certainly tasted good too. A mug of tea and a hot drinking chocolate came to just under £12 for the two of us in total. Most people were eating the cooked roast lunches which says everything. We left just before the real lunch hour rush and I suspect that this place might well get packed. Recommended.

First time to the orchard cafe. First went to 41 Cafe on the corner. Not welcoming at all. So we left and saw the Orchard Cafe. Great welcome and service really fast and serving of the breakfast was quick. Great cup of coffee and extremely well priced. Will be going back if I am ever in the area. Great customer service.

Eat here on a regular basis and went to three Christmas parties here over the Christmas period. Allowed to take your own drink. Food is always very good and at a excellent price. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

This gem is my work lunch escape and we cant get enough of the place food always to a great standard lovely choice of menu and nout is too much trouble highly recommend great food and a lovely welcome.

Called here on the off chance of getting a takeaway Sunday dinner. Had a fabulous plate of food ( take your own plates) which was both delicious and value for money. Definitely recommend and will return.

I met some friends from work here for lunch, they regularly attend and have always raved about the food... now I have sampled the food, I can see why. As other reviews state the service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and when I explained I was trying to stick to a low fat diet for health reasons, for once I was treated with a genuine smile and was shown a "lighter" menu, which I am told by my friends is always available. I will definitely be going back and have invited myself to my friends Christmas dinner which already book at the cafe. This cafe deserve an award for the food and excellent service, something that is definitely lacking in other Swansea establishments.

Sat outside for a coffee and read cake. I was disappointed they had no water bowls for my dogs. Lovely young Waitress (with glasses). Will definitely come again

Aparcar cerca y encontramos este café para el almuerzo. Tenía un menú muy amplio. Un cliente dijo que ella camarera habría que esperar a que su petición porque la gente estaban allí antes que ella, y luego rápidamente comenzó a servir a la gente que llegó después de nosotros! ! !

Dejé a mi hijo en el centro de la ciudad y decidimos Neath en un desayuno descarado. Vi el Orchard Cafe y un montón de sitios para aparcar en las calles laterales, así que nos fuimos.

Lovely family run Italian cafe. The staff are friendly and the food is homemade and amazing with large portions. They also give discount for local workers. Just to say the lasagne is to die for! Well worth a visit!! X

Yo trabajo en la calle Orchard Road, así que esto es en la puerta del hotel. La comida es deliciosa! selección enorme de tradicional italiano, a una amplia variedad de sopas, el francés con cebolla cursi crouton es divina. Una queja, cuando tienes sopa viene con una baguette y en lugar de auténtica mantequilla viene con margarina. Fuimos para una obra almuerzo de Navidad y fue excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda merece la pena una visita.

Orchard Cafe based on Orchard Street in Swansea is a charming cafe open from early in the morning till late afternoon, It has a large menu choice including freshly prepared delicious breakfasts (available throughout the day) a varied lunchtime menu, which also includes a takeaway service, and nothing is too much trouble.If it's not on the board just ask and if they can accomodate you they will. They even do a plate of antipasti for under a fiver (my personal favourite) Oh and the ice-creams are equally as good!

Siempre tengo excelentes almuerzos de Orchard. Voy casi cada día para conseguir llevar allí ya que la oficina está justo al final de la calle y trabajadores locales se benefician de un 10% de descuento. La familia que lo llevan son encantadores y el chef italiano hace comida hermosa, con buenas raciones de tamaño. Me gustaron particularmente las patatas de la chaqueta, lasaña, lleno baguettes y sándwiches. Todos tienen un estilo de casa toque y sabor cocina italiano que siempre es deliciosa! Hoy en día tenían enormes almohadones tartas caseras de mermelada recién hechas esta mañana por 50 p. .. .. .. .. precioso! Les tuve que escribir esta crítica, ya que es raro encontrar y que se merecen para hacer bien!
