I visited The Olea today and enjoyed the granola and a chai latte. Loved the atmosphere and the owners were very friendly. Would definitely return and recommend.

We had a brilliant breakfast here last week. Fantastic food and great service from very friendly staff. The breakfast menu is new and something they are trialling, so I urge the people of Barnet to try it out and help a local business out!

Lovely place to eat, a gorgeous hot and cold meze. The service was very good. And the quality of the food was very tasty. We enjoyed it all. Thank you for a nice experience.

Food is very nice but the portion sizes are too small so not great value ffor money. Also had to wait over half hour for the main course.

Great restaurant, great food and great service! I live in Arkley and have been looking for a local Turkish restaurant and was not disappointed. The food was extremely fresh unlike other places I have been. Friendly environment, I had the mixed kebab yum!

Staff hug the radiator by the door staring at diners all evening and did not interact with the customers, very unnerving. The food quality was good but expensive for what it is. We dine out for the experience, not just to eat but this was no experience, no atmosphere, we walked out thinking what a waste of time and money.

We had brunch at Olea and it was really exquisite, thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Definitely one to come back for. Very decently priced and great and attentive service too.

The meat was so succulent and so delicious, finally somewhere decent to eat in Barnet. your meze s were so amazing. The chilli sauce was really nice and fresh. Service was amazing. Chips didn’t taste fresh, meat portion very small and burnt, chicken tasted nearly off, chilli sauce was nasty. Also they forgot our rice from the order. Salad missing the normal red cabbage.

We ordered a mixed kebab menue for 1 person and a shish kebab. Overall, everything tasted like someone has been learning to cook a new dish, it tasted OK but you know there is still a long way to go. Whoever cooked the dish can't be a Turkish because the food was not near a standard of a Turkish restaurant. Adana smelled and tasted of some spices which you never add to a real Adana. Maybe Indians or Persians do it but not the Turks. Overall, yes my stomach was full but I would not order from them again. Not up to my standard. Would find a real Turkish restaurant instead not a work in progress copy cat. P.S. the salad in the takeaway was so small, vary unusual for a Turkish restaurant.

Went with a group of 8, lovely atmosphere, went there previously but i though i will write a review this time. Love the decor now. Food was delicious, came on time, and it was on point. Everyone enjoyed it. They just need to lower the music a little bit. But other than that everything was absolutely delicious, clean, and lovely service. thank you, and we will see you soon.

This meal was just lovely, all the way round. My wife and I came to Olea for a date night, and we just had the best time. The food was out of this world good, especially the lamb stew. The decor was chic and fresh. Best of all, the service was a delight. It’s the first time I’ve actually felt like I was being welcomed into someone’s home, in a restaurant. The staff were so friendly, happy, and helpful. Everything came with a laugh and a joke, they were so attentive through the meal, and they were delighted to offer advice on dishes. They even asked how long we’d like between starter and main - it’s a small detail, but shows they really thought about our experience with them. We’ll definitely be coming again - it was just a joy to be at Olea this evening!

I attended the restaurant on Saturday (19 Aug) as a party of 8. From the moment I arrived Beri's attention to detail was brilliant. She us feel very welcomed. The food was exceptional... I had the mixed grill, the meat was tender/succulent and the portions huge - I had to order a 'doggy bag' : ) and had the rest later on that evening. We all had such a brilliant time and I would definitely come back...Thank you

Lovely music playing in the background, great service from the waitress who made us feel very welcome, great menu, delicious tasty food, nice choice of hot drinks too. My friend and I were treated to a glass of bubbly each as it was my birthday. Very nice experience 😀

We came here when it was empty one rainy lunch time. Hard to comment on the atmosphere, but it’s an elevated version of a local Turkish. The service was great, the lady front of house was friendly and accommodating. It was a bit overpriced for the portion sizes (had a mixed grill and veg burgers), and was on par with any typical high street Turkish.

I came here with my parents to treat them to a lovely meal. I could not have picked a better place. The food was great! But what really made our meal amazint was Beri. She made us feel so welcome and really looked after my parents. I would definitely come again just for her!

Our second visit July 2023 and as expected the food was Simply DELICIOUS. We had Shish kebab, chicken burgers, chicken skewers and Homous...all simply delicious and very handsome servings. Berri and Nassim were awesome, friendly and attentive. Anything we asked, no problem and with the biggest smile. Thank you for an amazing dinner and for making my daughters birthday so special. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. regards

Our first visit and definitely be back lots! It was a wonderful experience thanks to Beri- she was a fantastic host! So warm, friendly, attentive and efficient. She was the only one serving, but was so relaxed and made the space beautiful for all diners. Such a calm, warm atmosphere. My daughters loved it, and so did I! Thank you, Beri!

Good food but possibly the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been in. Waited for over an hour and it was all very chaotic.

My sister and brother and law were visiting over Easter so my husband and I booked this restaurant as a treat for them. All I can say is what a real treat it was. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. The waitress was so friendly and professional and greeted us warmly. As well as that the food was delicious. Two of us had lamb which we both thought was tender and succulent, my sister had mushroom risotto which she said was gorgeous and my husbands fish dish was cooked to perfection. We then had home made baklava and ice cream, and I can honestly say it was the nicest I have ever eaten. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant and we are already planning our next visit. Thank you so much for making our evening so memorable and enjoyable.

The food was really good. Nicely presented, and delicious. The lady serving was gracious and overall, we had a good meal. Just quite expensive, and portions are not generous. Left feeling a bit stung by the bill.

I have given Brothers 5 stars because when I visited last year on a Monday lunchtime, the food was delicious and plentiful (cold meze) as was my glass of Prosecco and red wine. And service was great. Last Monday, on the spur of the moment I was hoping to repeat my experience but it was not to be as the restaurant was clearly shut (this was after 12 noon). I passed by a couple of times but there was no sign of life. My issue is that details on Google and on the restaurant door are misleading as they state that the restaurant should be open from noon on Mondays (and also open for brunch). Whilst I appreciate that Mondays might be quiet for most restaurants, I wish that they would make sure that they display the correct details so that potential customers don't waste their time and are somewhat put off from making another special journey. Phone ahead you might say, but this was a spur of the moment thing after visiting BGH. So, 5 stars it is but I hope they will update their details - a couple of plasticised pages shouldn't cost as much as losing customers.

Went for Sunday brunch with the family. Cooked breakfast was lovely, and waitress was super friendly and amazing with the kids. Slightly more expensive than cafes nearby but the fab service was worth it

we love coming to two brothers. The food is incredible. Beri is so kind and helpful. My wife is celiac and has other allergies but Beri is very careful and together with their wonderful chefs they cater for her and create such incredibly tasty food. Thank you

We had an amazing experience at Brothers kitchen. From the minute we walked through the door greeted by the excellent hostess Beri . She was so friendly & professional & made the experience so wonderful. The food was excellent & the menu choice was incredible. The chef's cooking was deserving of a Michelin star incredible & delicious. My compliments to them just doesnt do it justice. Amazing thank you & will be back 👌👍😊

My Nan and I always go to this restaurant. Food is amazing, and really reasonably priced. Staff are always so welcoming and kind, particularly Beri who usually serves us. She is a great server, always makes us laughs and makes sure everything is okay. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The first time I visited Brothers Kitchen I went with my husband. When the waitress bring the bill it has service charge. My husband put a tip and I told him there was service charge already. The waitress said that is for the kitchen and the tip is for her. Then she took it away quick. Her reaction was not what I would expect.

I went here on Sunday with my family I found the resturant to be a little dark with not many lights on its says turkisk resturant but not a lot of turkish food. I found this place to be a little expensive for the meal that we had like a portion of chips is £5 would I go here again I am sorry but I wouldn't

Excellent food as always. We had lovely service, lovely wine and scrumptious lamb chops for our oldest 11 y old. The youngest 8 had a children menu with salmon (very economical option btw) I had marvellous lamb spies and my wife a lovely seafood casserole. The kitchen is a combo Turkish, Italian, Cypriot blend

Absolutely shocked I did not know this was on my mum's doorstep sooner! Having accidentally booked the High Barnet one when I thought the only one was in Finchley, I was amazed. The servers were uber friendly and warm and welcoming with gorgeous home-made deserts and humongous portions that were cooked perfectly, I could not ask for more. the service was fast and perfect when I was fasting during ramadan and needed a halal meal to dine out with my sisters locally.

Mothers day. Bit of a shambles. Kept us waiting a while b4 offering menu. Wife asked for still water, which did not arrive for 20 mins. Food average and expensive. Have been b4 under previous management and was much better. Will not go again.

Superb Mediterranean all you can eat breakfast/lunch buffet on Sundays. Great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. And dogs are allowed upstairs.

Customer service was excellent. But the food was not great. I had kelefto which was lamb shanks with mashed potatoes and no taste. Really disappointed with the food tbh. I paid the service charge as the waitress was so friendly. I also had to change seats as the lady on the door kept opening it to try and get in Customers which I completely understand but left me freezing.

Me and my friend went for a dinner in Brother’s Kitchen and I must admit the customer service was outstanding! Beri was carefully looking after us the whole time and was making sure that everything is okay. Her professional manner made a difference during our stay. We would definitely come back! The food tasted really good and the presentation was beautiful. Good management always makes a difference. Beri really makes the difference in Brother’s Kitchen!

I visited Barnet with family and friends one Saturday recently (Dec.2021) and went for lunch here. The menu was good, the food freshly cooked and it tasted superb.

I ordered a roast beef dinner from here today, and it is possibly the worst takeaway I've had in years. The beef was quite tough and one slice actually tasted off, which put me off the entire meal. The roast potatoes, which were baby potatoes roasted in their jackets, were anything but crispy, and the yorkshire pudding was really soggy as for some reason it had been cooked stuffed with sage and onion stuffing. All in all a terrible experience, and had I been served this meal at the restaurant, I would have sent it back straight away. This is very disappointing as I've been looking forward to trying this restaurant for quite sometime, as the lady who stands in the doorway drumming up custom seems very pleasant. I wouldn't go there now if you paid me.

Turkish food which isn't just kebabs and kofteh. Really great menu. Sea food and vegetarian as well as meat dishes. Generous portions. Home cooked. Excellent authentic kunafa. Friendly ambience. Tables not too close together,.light airy premises. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Went there on Sunday in Dec in group of 6. Warmly greeted by Beri, very happy to play some modern Kurdish mixture amongst seasonal pop for both fresh and familiar atmosphere. High scores are upto the mark here. Fine service, well balanced, fresh tasty food from a surprisingly large selection (usually not a good sign but each meal did deliver on quality here). Amongst we had falafel/ humous/ garlic courgette, steaks ,mixed grill to perfection. Generous on sides too Gg TomatoFalafel and Humous
