The Old Tea Room - Shankill Road in Belfast

We recently stayed at Shankill road in Belfast and walking down the street we found this little gem.. Beautiful little place nicely decorated with great breakfast we truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it also if i am back there again i wont miss this place for sure.. And also waitress was so lovely thank you so much for very tasty shortbread!

The Shankill Road in Belfast has a number of very good cafes serving Ulster fries, however the old tea room is not just any other. It is so unique as not only they do the very best breakfasts and other food, but the renovation of the establishment has definitely contributed to its outstanding appearance! Today’s visit at the old tea room was a much more memorable one than the previous visits as I asked the waitress if the chef could add in some black pudding onto the fry which he agreed to!! The staff and the clientele are all very friendly and I would particularly like to award a very, very special thanks to John who has made the old tea room a very, very pleasant establishment and a great guy to be acquainted with! Thank you so very much once again, John! Cheers!

This beautiful cafe is definitely one off belfasts hidden gems, the atmosphere is so cosy and homely and the food is absolutely amazing, from you walk in the door until you leave you are made to feel welcome and at home, the staff are all so attentive and the owner is also there getting his hands dirty , the food is better than some restaurants I’ve been in and the prices are very affordable, I’m trying to think off even one think I could fault and I honestly can’t , I’m heading back today with my friend and I can’t wait
