The Nook Cafe in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

The food on offer is predominantly sandwich based. Bring back the Hungry Horsebox guys who continually offered fantastic hot dishes and a variety of salads!

Lovely atmosphere in this trendy and artistic cafe. We popped in twice over the open studio weekend. Each time we had hot drinks and the vegetarian sausage roll, very filling and very tasty although on our second visit they forgot to heat them up so they weren't as nice.....easy mistake as they where particularly busy.

Since the cafe opened in September 2019 it's had a great makeover from the new owners. A thoughtful menu of which they switch up and don't have the same thing day after day which I personally really like. I had a fabulous thai red lentil vegan curry there recently for lunch. Highly recommended.

Very good generally with a good range of food available. I enjoyed my soup and the coffee was perfect. Only small issue was not really the fault of the staff but I couldn't hear my colleague speaking because of a loud child. Not sure of this is going to be a regular problem? Otherwise a lovely place. I will return with fingers crossed.

Very welcoming and friendly. Good food with vegetarian options. Great place to hang out or easy to get to for business meetings. Best cafe in the area. Worth a stop.

The nook is absolutely wonderful, the food is excellent and the staff extremely friendly. If you are looking for a nice place for breakfast, lunch or coffee and cafe in the area this is the place to go. I love it.

It's not often you find a cafe that ticks all the boxes but The Nook has nailed it. A mouthwatering yet affordable menu which never disappoints, locally sourced food, a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and speedy and friendly service. We hired one of the meeting rooms at Krowji and had lunch catered by The Nook, which worked perfectly!

The Nook has a lovely laid-back and calm atmosphere, staff have been super friendly and welcoming every time I've popped in. Great menu choices for vegetarians and vegans and the delicious sounding specials change regularly which is good as I work locally and won't get bored on repeat visits!

A lovely light, airy space perfect for business meetings or morning brunches with friends. There are a wide selection of brunch choices before 11am and later in the day they offer tasty lunches at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and accommodating to changes/dietary requirements. Will be visiting regularly in the future.

Went here after our friends told us it had been refurbished. Was really cool. Great coffee. I had the Kimchi Special salad. Couldn’t fault it. Great little café

I was pleasantly surprised by the new cafe. The place is light and airy, the music discrete and relaxing and the staff were very friendly. The food is lovely - I had one of the most tastiest the mushroom soup I've ever had. I also had a peppermint tea and a flapjack. Definitely recommend and will be back.
