Lovely local pub, very nice staff to!

We went to The Crown with the intention of having a Sunday Lunch although a sign said that Food was being Served when I asked the Lady behind the Bar if they were doing Meals She just ignored me so we ended up with A Bag of Crisp each and Two or Three Drinks. Beer was a good Pint though.

Good pub allowed us to bring food in as they were not serving food so really felt nice to be able to bring in a takeaway 😀

Came here today for work, Dave was very welcoming... The whole pub looked fantastic, really bright and every surface polished and shiny. I love the rear seating areas... Multiple levels for shade and sunshine Pool table, darts and sports channels on offer, with large free carpark. The Newbold Crown is a credit to the landlord and staff that run it.

Clean and welcoming. Sunday roasts are the best.

We called in on a Saturday lunch time, there was only a few other people in there. We were the only ones that ordered food at 12.15.

Went in for a works drink. Celebrating a great milestone. Friendly staff and looked after pint.

Booked a table online, arrived at the pub to be told they were not doing food that night. Turned around and went to the Barley Mow

I had a takeaway roast dinner delivered to my house today by the landlord, absolutely delicious! It is crazy how much food you get for the price! The service was amazing. Thank you so much guys!

Fantastic night a bingo brilliant atmosphere good cash prizes. Decent food included in ticket entry too. Fun way to spend a Sunday evening

Please dont bother booking a table at this pub we had booked a table for 19.30 only to be told there not doing food ffs this is the second time last time they cancelled booking due to short staffed.

Friendly warm pub that has capacity to take a crowd if need be, nicely compartmentalised so it carries more customers than you can see, which is really nice. I liked the new loaded chips with burger bits, actually got my sister to eat something with that, hurrah for that lol, lots of parking space, reasonable prices, easy access no steps that I can remember, kind friendly staff, good place to make your local

Lovely pub and friendly staff. However still no food although restrictions lifted and a big sign saying you can't eat food not brought on the premises either. There Google needs updating that they no longer offer food.

It's a nice enough pub, walked there with the dog and gf are a cracking summers evening for a few pots and some chips. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either 😁

I friendly pub with a good selection of beers , good food is served most days, but it is worth checking on line. There is ample car parking and a large garden with some tables and chairs.

We called in here last year as we passed by on our narrow boat, the food had improved a great deal and staff very welcoming. Unfortunately not this time, the main was served look warm, the staff kept looking over as though they were waiting for us to finish. The desert was served, clearly they had been waiting! It was served extremely hot and the custard had a thick skin on it. Obviously reheated in the microwave. Cheap meals, yes..... But remember that you only get what you pay for........

The Newbold Crown is a pleasant public house where you receive a friendly welcome.The dining room Is tidy apart from a ugly skittles table totally spoiling the environment.The meal we had was okay apart from the fish I ordered was over cooked with the batter hard and quite brown,they do however serve a decent pint of bitter.

Great food. The pub has good vibes and overall it was a great place to visit. I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone.

Good staff i now the people who work there it my nanny and grandad 👴 I go there there name is called Louise and Mac but called them Brian and Louise Mckezie and but need the garden need to be bigger and I am going there again soon but I don’t know when by grandson Reuben age 13

I travel a lot to rugby St Cross hospital and have visited the crown pub on many occasions this is a lovely friendly and very homely pub that offers a excellent choice of beers and homemade food which is absolutely delicious and at realistic prices every time I visit here you are always given a warm welcome I can definitely highly recommend the crown pub in Rugby without hesitation!

Lovely little pub, with very friendly landlord and lady. Outside seating in a pleasant beer garden at the back, or picnic benches out the front. Good variety of drinks, and well priced pub grub too.

The establishment is poorly run by a moronic three toed sloath, who poorly tries to remotely control more televisions than you can find at a Curry's clearance sale. And if you want a meal phone the day beforehand to make sure you get it. That is if you don't mind ferral children running and riding scooters though to pub

I went here for a family meal with over 30 of us. We had pre booked our meals and they got everyone's right! They were all lovely and hot. Staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend here

Don't ever hire them for a party!!! Hired um for my little girls 5th birthday had everything sorted and the new owner cancelled my child's party with the excuse they have no working kitchen! I only required sandwiches... not a care for how disappointed my little girl was... shocking customer service!!!
