My favourite coffee shop in Rugby, all because of the staff (unfailingly friendly) and the quality of the coffee. Always a lovely atmosphere inside and v cosy. I would give 6 stars if Nero brought back newspapers!

I drank Pistachio Coffee here, it was an interesting flavor for me. Cozy little restaurant.

The staff here are always lovely and are quick at making tasty drinks. Despite it often being busy, they keep everything calm and collected which I’m always wowed by! There’s a good variety of baked goods and lunch options too . It’s near lots of local shops and there’s different options for parking nearby and buses. A nice cozy vibe in here, whether I’m taking out or sitting inside. I always look forward to coming here :)

Great coffee as always and friendly service - though (as with many older Nero cafes) the interior whilst clean and tidy is looking a bit 'tired'.

We’re a regular as I can’t seem to get enough of their flavoured oat lattes. The staff go above and beyond to welcome me and my dog with every visit. They’re quick, efficient, and simply absolutely brilliant.

I'm reviewing this solely to sing the praises of the guy who works there with the coloured hair. On the mornings I go in he is always very busy but gets through the waiting customers with speed & a kind word, knowing exactly what his customers want, he really is an asset to the company

I love the hot chocolate in this store (especially the take away one). My suggestion would be the hot chocolate and raisin swirl.

My coffee was lovely. Need more cleaning, but other than that's a lovely place. It's better than Costa Coffee.

Nothing to complain about so 5 stars! Relaxed atmosphere, comfortable seating and great baristas. Try the pistachio latte 😉

Middle of high St near the clock & opposite Greggs which is fairly busy . Just after lunch & almost empty , so found a chair in the window to watch the world go by . Used the bathroom which is horrific & elements I don't think have been looked at for a long time . Got to be worse toilet I've seen in a while

What makes a cappuccino or latte is the frothy milk, which should form a microfoam, giving the drink it's luxurious texture. Sadly, there was a total lack of microfoam.

Byłam tu pierwszy raz i zakochałam się w smaku tej kawy. Wyraźnie czuć palony karmel, a ja taki lubię. Od teraz, jeśli będę miała ochotę na kawę pójdę właśnie tam. Ciasto też pyszne, jadłam czekoladowe. Idźcie i sprubóje i oceńcie sami. Ja polecam 💖

Love this coffee shop in Rugby town centre. Staff very helpful and great place for a quick coffee or put your feet up and chill out. Charging points for gadgets and phones.

Great Italian style coffee nice premises

I visit Gaffe Nero about once a month and always find it to be a good experience. The coffee (well, chai latte) is always great and there is usually a good range of goodies to go alongside the coffee (there was a little less choice this weekend, but they had been busy 🙄....I still managed to find something I will lie to my Slimming world friends about on Thursday!! 😜🤣). The staff are always really friendly and happy and the place is always clean and tidy. There's really not much more you want when going for a coffee! 😊

Good place and good coffee too!

Nice, comfy cafe with nice staff and a good selection of drinks. WiFi can be spotty here at times (at least recently) but there’s plenty of others to chose from. Sometimes seating can be hard to find as it is a small cafe, so be prepared to sit with a stranger during peak times! Paying for drinks via their app is also really simple and it automatically adds stamps to their loyalty scheme which is really good!

Cosy little place. Handy location in the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful staff who appear happy in their jobs. Very well versed in handling the myriad of voucher codes they accept usually just with a quick scan of your phone. Delicious hot chocolate. Quick and easy transactions.
