Chicken chow mein was nice, a little dry but was overall OK however Bbq spare ribs are so burnt I can't eat them. Will have to throw them. Such a shame as I only ordered these 2 items.

Great food thay did forget 1 item the promptly brought it to me so with 1 extra as a Goodwill gesture so can't really fault them

Worst Chinese in llanelli... Curry was hard and like wallpaper waste. Rice had no flavour and chips tasted like they have been reheated.. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Without question the worst Chinese I’ve ever eaten in Llanelli , orderd takeaway last night and was rank !!!!! curry was like thick wallpaper paste , tasted like the chips wormed up in microwave , the spare ribs were burnt black and rock hard , We will never order from here ever again that goes for the family and friends aswell . TRUST ME WHEN I SAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN LLANELLI TO ORDER !!!!!!!

Been a customer for a few years now, the food is always delicious and quite often they add some extra stuff for free to my orders. Highly recommend

I decided to try this Chinese as a change, wish I didn't now. Yes the food was piping hot but the chicken was like rubber & the chips tasted like reheated yeaterdays leftovers. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

Still the best Chinese takeaway in town! Always get great tasty food and all the staff are always pleasent and always serve you with a smile . Have given me no reason to complain .

I drive ~20 miles for the food, which says it all really! Customer service is beyond words, they go above and beyond for customers. Food is amazing, consistently really good, tasty and really good value for money.

Had to give 1 star as there was no other option terrible service, ordered a takeaway at 7.23pm, went to pay by card, to be told they had stopped taking card payments??? Seriously?? Who doesn't take care payments now especially since they had previously done So!!! Anyway, was told an hr waiting, no problem, at 8.55pm, over an hr and a half later, no food, so rang and explained, was told it was on its way to me be a 'few minutes" at 9.15pm, nearly 2 hrs since I placed my order, I rang to cancel my order!! To he told on no problem will contact the drive now!!!!! Seriously??? Customer service non existent!!! I work hard all week and look forward to my Saturday take away!! Which was spoilt!! Terrible service terrible attitude by the person answering the phone!! AVOID!!AVOID!!AVOID!!!

Dear owner of Golden Pool Chinese Take Away - 42 Station Road, is banging the phone while the customer is talking on the line is part of your training? You have a bad telephone mannered staff! try to at least some how make actions about this matter because as far as I know customer service shouldn't have done it that way! very disappointing!
