The Munch in Hackney

Loved the food here. I got the mixed lunch box with chicken and lamb on top of bulgur. They added a good amount of sauce and vegetables to balance everything out.

That was one of the best kebabs I've had - perfectly cooked lamb, tasty fresh salad and nice pitta. All prepared with care. Delicious!

As somewhat of a mixed grill self proclaimed expert, I can confirm that the Mixed Shish Kebab is excellent.

Amazing food, service and staff. I love how everything was fresh and how generous the portions were and so many recommendations were offered (mix and matching the menu). Honestly it was hard to choose what to order! Will be back soon for a lovely, affordable meal. The lamb and chicken shish on chips as well as chicken burgers and a gorgeous salad went down a treat!

This is not fast food but it’s fast. You put your order in and they take their time, instantly. It’s soooo good. Fresh, healthy, and so so so tasty. It’s the perfect spot for late night dinner.

I went here for a late night meal. I got yelled at for trying to go to the open seating area upstairs. The doner I had was tragic it basically was so greasy it spilled through the closed wrapper which I was holding tightly. onto the entire table and a waterfall of oil spilled onto my clothes. I was so hungry I tried again and it spilled even more on my jacket. Like absolutely everywhere. A lake of oil. It really didn’t taste anything like a doner. The staff looked miserable the environment in the space was so uncomfortable. And they asked me to review them at the end which bothered me because they were completely unaware they wernt meeting the bare minimum standards of a doner. Nothing like a regular shawerma or doner place in London which is warm and inviting and feels like family.
