My bank card was cloned and used at this restaurant for a total of £2700 over 3 transactions. Must be a really expensive takeaway or this business is a criminal enterprise Either way please keep away from this business

I ordered the jollof rice by the picture it looked quite a large but when it came I was shocked to the core very deceiving the meal was prophetically small didn't even look or taste like jollof rice I paid £14 for that it a total rip off I think they were taking the mick out of me not in pressed at all as deceiving pic made it look huge change your pic to what meal actually is I've had larger portions of jollof rice for under a £10 it's not on I should really get a refund I'm fuming

The goat meat suya was the worst I've ever eaten in Wolverhampton. I was actually sold goat BONES instead of goat MEAT. It didn't taste like suya at all; it tasted more like a poorly prepared barbecue by a seven-year-old Girl. The rest of the dishes I ordered is another story for another day — an absolute WASTE of MONEY and DINNER.

Very bad service!! Ordered to pick up and had a lady on the other end who was very rude. Got to the place ordered and still didn’t get an apology!! You’ll lose a lot of customers with that bad attitude. I have always order a this place and this was shocking. Never ordering again!!!

Called to make an order response to so rude. Told "I can't be answering questions oga" and dropped call twice😆. Horrible, almost comical.

The location is easily accessible. It is situated at a junction and it has lots of parking areas on the premises and on the streets. Their food is generously portioned, well presented and tasty. It's not mainly for a particular tribe, they serve food from across all tribes in Nigeria and some from Africa countries at large. It's a dine in and takeaway service. It's lively with lots of entertainment. An ideal place for a family day out as i and my family has a nice dinner there last night

I do not recommend. Been here twice. I’ve been sold soiled jollof rice which tasted like a couple days old. Poor customer service when complained. Stated that’s how it should taste, the place is unclean. Doesn’t look sanitised

This is the best African Kitchen I have ever been to. Their foods are delicious, they have a very good customer service and their staffs are very friendly. I ended up ordering another plate of Jolof rice and grilled Fish. I had to take it home to give my friend and she has been disturbing me to take her to Million’s kitchen. This is my best African restaurant anytime I’m in Wolverhampton. I strongly recommend

I recently had the displeasure of visiting The Millions Kitchen, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, everything was an absolute disaster. To begin with, I ordered their supposedly famous fish and rice combo. What arrived at my table was beyond belief – the fish was so overcooked and burnt that it resembled a piece of charcoal rather than a meal. I couldn't even bring myself to take a bite of it. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the rice was also burnt to a crisp, making it inedible. It's like they threw their ingredients into a bonfire and then served it to me. When I mustered up the courage to approach the staff about this culinary catastrophe, I was met with the most apathetic and unhelpful attitude imaginable. It was clear that customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. I politely explained the situation and requested a replacement or a refund, hoping that they would rectify their mistake. However, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, they looked at me as if I was the one at fault. They actually had the audacity to suggest that I was being overly picky and that their food was "meant to be cooked that way." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It's almost as if they take pride in serving burnt, inedible food and then blaming the customer for having the nerve to complain. It's not about being "picky"; it's about receiving what I paid for – a decent, edible meal. To make matters worse, they outright refused to replace the food or offer any sort of refund. I was left with a plate of burnt fish and rice that I wouldn't even feed to my worst enemy. This level of arrogance and disregard for customers is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to avoid The Millions Kitchen at all costs. The burnt food, poor customer service, and complete lack of accountability make this place a total disaster. Save your money and your taste buds – there are far better dining options out there that actually care about their customers. This was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

I recently visited Millions Kitchen, and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill rapidly. I ordered their supposedly "delicious" fish and rice combo. To my utter dismay, what I received can only be described as a plate of charred, burnt-to-a-crisp fish and a heap of equally burnt rice. It was as if they had thrown the ingredients into a bonfire and served me the remnants. The smell alone was off-putting enough, but the taste was even worse. I couldn't believe that a restaurant would dare to serve such inedible food. But the nightmare didn't end there. When I politely approached the staff to express my disappointment and request a replacement or refund, their attitude was shockingly dismissive. It was as if they couldn't care less about my concerns. The customer service was utterly poor – no apologies, no attempts to rectify the situation, just a cold and uncaring attitude. I persisted, hoping they would understand the gravity of the situation, but instead, I was met with resistance. The manager outright refused to replace the food or issue a refund, claiming that their policy didn't allow for such actions. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. How could a business have a policy that supported serving burnt, inedible food and then refusing to make it right for the customer? It's clear that Millions Kitchen prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They showed a complete lack of integrity by serving food that should have never left the kitchen and by refusing to make amends for their mistake. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated, hungry, and utterly disappointed by the entire experience. I strongly advise anyone considering dining at Millions Kitchen to steer clear unless you enjoy wasting your money on terrible food and even worse service. This establishment clearly has no respect for its customers and doesn't deserve their patronage.

I’ve ordered twice here , can’t say anything but AMAZING FOOD !!!! My favourite has to be egusi ❤️ started calling them at 9am 😂 they where super friendly and talked to them on their google chat they where super friendly . They food and service is amazing 🤩 highly recommend them ❤️

Brilliant service, great tasty food too - I had assorted meat pepper soup & fried yam with spicy sauce, it was top notch flavourful.

I really enjoyed my meal. The pounded yam was soft and smooth with Edikaiko soup. It was really nice. Definitely going back.

Amazing food👌😋 and the services were excellent. It was one of the best Nigerian food I have ever tasted. Once you feel the taste of would say YES. I love the food, yet I'm a Southern African welldone guys.

Large bug in my food. It was a disappointing end to a nice meal, but near the end I pulled what looked like a hair from my meal to find the corpse of a small roach buried in my stew, at least the size of a thumbnail. The staff were perfectly pleasant and it was a nice place, however no refund or compensation was offered after I made them aware of the bug, despite them being apologetic. I will never eat here again unfortunately as it could have been nice but that is a big NO.

This is my go to place for good, honest, decent Nigerian food whenever I am in the area... on work trips to Shropshire.

I’m absolutely gutted and let down by this, I’ve been wanting to try African food for years now never had the chance, seen this and was so excited, I’ve no idea what jollof rice is meant to taste like but this tasted so so wrong it’s unreal it tasted like gone off rice that was reheated in a microwave and while microwaved it had burnt in the process, I brought a fried and a grilled chicken both were severely dry with no flavour the best thing there was the plantain, this has been about a week or so later and I still remember the bad taste and smell of the bad rice

The fried chicken was not fresh. It was cooked with few days before and now has been only reheated. The rice supposed to be plain but found so many prawn pieces. The goat also was not freshly cooked. On description it is saying is griled but was far from grill.. I will not order again !

It’s a friendly service that offers Afro food at an affordable price. The taste of the food is out of this world and delivery is quick and meals are still hot on delivery.
