What a great place for a good drink! Mer with a warm smile from the bar staff, Amy if I recall and nothing was too much bother. Had a great afternoon with great food after only coming in for a cheeky one. Definitely visit again. Thank you Amy.x

Wednesday night is steak night 2 steaks with a bottle of wine for £25.00. Got to admit I thought it would be a small thin chewy steak with about 10 chips and a tablespoon of peas. Well we were very surprised. 2 10oz steaks with lots of chips,peas, mushrooms and onion rings. More than value for mony. Perfectly cooked and presented. ☺️

Stopped off here on the day that pubs were allowed to open, received a fantastic greeting at the doors as we went in, got shown to a table which had literally just finished being cleaned, service at the bar when ordering lunch and a drink was very good, service by our waitress who bought our food to us was brilliant, as we finished our food and time at our table another member of staff came over and had a nice chat with us, all in all it was a fantastic lunch time in a great pub, I will say that the price may seem a bit steep but given the COVID-19 outbreak and not being allowed in a pub for 4 months I let that go, so all in all once again a very good experience, more than happy to head back for a visit whether it be for food or just a drink
