I was in holiday with my mum and 19 month old daughter. The menu was perfect for all of us the food was very good. We had scampi and the lamb biryani bother were super delicious and well cooked. The guy that was working was so lovely and very helpful, he helped us carry in our luggage and helped bring my daughter in her buggy. The menu was very reasonable adult meals about £9.99 and child about £5. When we left we had help once again with luggage and the buggy. Highly recommend this pub.

I used to visit this pub whenever I stayed in London. Actually I visited London three times. Every time I stayed in London, I always visited this pub. This is because my regular inn in London is Heathrow Lodge across the street from this pub. I enjoyed various kinds of beer, different dishes and so on. The beer and dishes satisfied my taste well. The atmosphere of the pub, which is also an important part for any customer, was good. This pub was very often crowded with local people, I think. As for the prices, they are a little bit higher, comparting to those in standard pubs commonly seen in Japan. However, the pub is in London, the prices in which are world's highest. Considering so, the prices at this pub are an acceptable range, in my opinion.

Best curry iv ever had and I have eaten at some of the best curry places all round the UK. I had a lamb bhuna with pilau rice, the chips were lovely too nice colour and crispy. Salad was fresh. My husband had the lamb chops starter too which was lovely meat. Very tasty full of all the right spices and flavourings. Staff are friendly and polite. It's not a busy pub there were ten or so people in there. Nice little place.

Based on the positive reviews on this site we arranged to meet family here. We each drove for 2 hours from different parts of the country to meet up for a meal. As we were all in an unfamiliar area we had to rely on - what we thought were - honest reviews. We were so disappointed. We arrived for Sunday lunch to find only 2 other diners. Then they left leaving only us. The food, when it arrived was distinctly average. One steak pie with white pastry and inedible chips. Four Indian meals that all tasted heavily of salt so there was no flavour in the sauces apart from salt. We struggled to find the chicken in the sauces. Then when we left we saw the food hygiene rating on the window. The place had a very greasy smell that was overwhelming. The toilets would really benefit from a deep clean. As we were the only diners there was no atmosphere. Had we known where we were, we would have gone elsewhere. You can only judge as you find. Our experience was not a good one. One positive, our server was very pleasant and courteous. Based on our experience I couldn't possible recommend you visit here.

The Kings Arms is on Bath Road, Longford near terminals 4 and 5 at Heathrow airport. We had dinner there and had a lovely Indian cuisine that caters for vegetarians. There is also a traditional English pub menu. There are no ales on tap but several international lagers are available. There is an outdoor seating area but the view is not the best.

This is a pub approximately 1000 metres from the Thistle Heathrow/Premier Inn/Sheraton. It is owned and run by an Indian/Pakistani and is a real find. If you like curry, like us, it will certainly fit the bill for you. It also does western pub food and has a large range of drinks. The owner and his staff are very welcoming and it makes a lovely change from the pubs willing to 'rip you off' in the vicinity. I don't think it has been listed on TripAdvisor before, so I hope this might make a start for some favourable reviews.

This pub is one of the few good English pubs, old, authentic and filled with the banter between the locals and the staff. This why I have spent many an hour here enjoying a good pint of the black stuff with a range of options from their food menu. The beer is well-maintained and has a very good selection. The atmosphere is always jovial with lots of good humour. The pub is frequented by regulars, visitors staying at local hotels and business.Staff are polite, well mannered and helpful. The food choice ranges from a sandwich/baguette to full english menu and a comprehensive range of Thai food. The English menu is as you would expect, but the Thai food is exceptionally good. Good portions and excellent value for money. It is a popular watering and can get very busy when there is football on one two screens - often hosting two separate matches. If you stopping over in Heathrow and looking for good food, good beer and a laugh, then Kings Arms is well-worth the short trip from the main Bath road. It is about 15 minute walk or you can take a 222 bus, which pass in both directions every 10 - 15 minutes.Good old English pubs like this are becoming rare as the big chains buy them up and convert them to a Formula pubs.Already looking forward to my next trip!

Directly opposite the Heathrow Lodge at West Drayton where I stayed for the night, is "The Kings Arms" I did not want to drive anywhere so I checked the reviews on Trip Advisor, how happy I was to find good reviews for a very ordinary looking pub. The chalk boards outside and some reviews stated "Specialising in Indian Food" I was in the mood for a curry but there is so much more a very full English menu catering for all tastes. I opted for the curry and ordered an Onion Bahji starter, Poppadum's and Chicken Madras with Pillau rice, served with chutneys and onion salad.. All was freshly cooked, Bahji's came with salad and optional sweet chilli sauce, Pappadums were large crispy and plentiful wow I'm so glad I tried this establishment. Oh yes it is a fully stocked pub but the beer is the lager variety ie Cobra, St Miguel, Fosters etc etc.

Really top quality food and the portions were very generous! My mate had the burger and said it was also very nice!We stayed in the pub for about 5 hours as we found ourselves very comfortable, despite it being very quiet as it was pretty much us and other people popping in and out.Towards the end of the night one of the staff walked over to us with a plate, confused we stared as he came over with complimentary poppadoms which was a lovely touch.Overall the staff were very friendly and if I'm over that way again I'm sure I will pop in for a meal and a pint :)

Called at the Kings Arms Thursday evening 21st January 2016, we were staying room only across the road & flying from Heathrow Terminal 5 on Friday am.The place was empty but thought maybe that was because it was early evening, I ordered a pint of London Pride & bottle of "house" dry white wine & two glasses for my wife & I.We decided to stay & ordered food, after eating, I must add, we had Indian & it was really nice. After a couple of hours & an early morning flight to look forward to we went to settle the bill, the food & beer were reasonably priced, but when we checked the bill before paying the guy was going to charge us £24 for the "house white" Now for a nice bottle £24 is not extortionate, so we questioned the price, his reaction was unbelievable, so I asked for the manager, his explanation was, it is the previous owners fault & he couldn't do anything about it until he'd sold the stock he had inherited. All I would say if you stay at the Heathrow Lodge & decide to us the Kings Arms, check before you buy "especially Wine"I googled the wine & it came out at £24.49 inc VAT for a box of six ie £4.01 / bottle, if the guy had charged £12 a bottle no one would question it, would they ?Rip-off merchants.

Must be under new management as I can't believe the good reviews which have been left. Soup of the day was cup a soup at best but it was the owner who's attitude was unbelievable, so rude. Wouldn't go back if it was the last place on Earth.

Welcoming place, with great food and good beer, would recommend to come here anytime, the owner will look after you if you show the same respect. Had a good night here every night for a week.

Stayed in motel opposite. Went across to buy my friend lunch for taking to the airort. Manager was welcoming. Food was worth having. My friend had steak and ale pie. You could land a jumbo on it. Try it, worth it. As traffic was bad for friend to go home. Went for dinner too!

When I was suffering from the effects of exposure to wifi at another nearby establishment, the manager and a waitress were very kind and helpful. He understood saying that a place in Pakistan he knew well had experienced a decline in wildlife due, he felt, to the radiation from phone masts. My wife and I later went back for a evening meal. A very pleasant place to eat an enjoyable meal.

We stayed in the motel opposite and had all day to waste so popped in for a pint, or four! We chatted for a bit and he was extremely helpful and very nice. Beer was cheap and fresh and an excellent menu also value. I would advise anyone in the area to try the kings arms.

Liked it here, small pub with the smallest "beer garden" I've seen. Note the speech marks. Chicken curry is a decent portion and well cooked, beer on cask was London Pride and very we'll kept so happy on that front too. Not sure what the sushi is like, need to book it ahead apparently which is a shame be as I would have given it a go. Recommended

Heathrow Lodge across the road from this public house is a budget hotel and its adequate, what made our 2 night stay in Longford was this public house. The food is excellent, not a la carte, just good quality, freshly made, inexpensive grub. They do breakfast too for less than a fiver. The drink selection is excellent with some real ales and some equally good malt whiskys.Big TV but not too big, we spent more time in the pub than we did in the lodge, thats for sure.A great facility for the budget traveller.

I do a lot of airport runs and sometimes when I drop clients off I have to wait around to pick up clients arriving a few hours later. I discovered this pub/restaurant and now when waiting around I will eat here. I have been here twice and eaten, the menu has a great choice, and if it doesn't have what you want the owner will do his very best to get you something you like. The meals are very generous and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I usually visit the White Horse Lane location in Westminster and I was definitely not disappointed. The Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, mound of potatoes, carrots, and green beans were truly a feast fit for a king!

A much better choice than the over-priced and very average White Horse. The food was well prepared and presented and was delicious - well priced in a pleasant atmosphere. Well done guys.

My husband and i were staying at Longford near Heathrow in a B+B which is opposite the Kings Arms so we had to eat there most nights. The staff were very friendly and it's a family run pub. The quality and the quantity of the portions would satisfy even the most demanding customer. Now that we have moved away from there we still visit the pub for an occasional meal and a drink. We would definitely recommend it.

Never had such a slow or bad service while a place was completely empty. Everything was dripping/smothered in grease from the poppadoms to the main meals. Stomach upsets the day after; won't be back,
