The Kebab House in South Ayrshire

I got the wrong order twice phoned and was told they would phone back I got nothing still awaiting a reply from just eat. I would never use this place again we all make mistakes but to just avoid a customer and not try to make things right is wrong. Disappointing

DO NOT ORDER !!!!Ordered here 24th jan order over an hr later from when advised left shop .. pizza was cold had to reheat tried to call the shop numerously.. called today and got terrible attitude from man and hung phone up … will not be back £20 for a stone cold pizza.. I deliver for take away in a15 mile radius and can get the food warm …

Absolutely disgusting ordered a pizza just eat said pizza left shop at 930. Pizza arrived at 1015 open and stone cold then called shop today as no answer last night ... called and hung up on ... ...

Great food as always, Donner meat is class!

Donner kebab was burnt, and dried out. It didn't even taste like a Donner kebab. Chicken Shish was also burnt and like rubber. I can't honestly recommend this place for a kebab.

Had to pick it up 10 minutes away from where i live as the driver was unsure of where to go by the time id picked it up and got back pizza was cold

This is the worst takaway I have tasted since moving to Ayr. Chicken Pakora's were hard and bearly had any meat in them. Donna tasted like plastic. Calzone was undercooked and bearly had any meat in it. Chips were cold on arrival and the cheese made it all stick to the box. Would have given a zero if it was an option, that is how discusted I am with this place.

Our food was late and we called the restaurant only 3 times and the woman in the shop was being very rude and was shouting at us and hung up the phone, said we called 7 times when we only called 3 to see were our food was because it said it was delivered. She is now not answering any of our phone calls and hanging up on us Any time we speak and we are still waiting on our food and she will not answer the phone

Have used this place a few times now and everytime I have been dissatisfied but but let it go (one time being dark hair found in korma,my hair is blonde) Tonight after waiting 2 hours for our delivery,our order was not only cold but completely wrong and when we contacted the shop to correct it,the very rude owner hung up the phone on us multiple times,then when contacted from my husbands phone No. Responded with disgusting attitude and words I will leave to the imagination. We work hard for one delivery treat a week. I would advice anyone to use spice cube or guidis instead for reliable and non confrontational service. This place has terrible management skills.

Waited a further 30mins past estimated delivery time only to be given the exact opposite of what we ordered. We ordered a korma (mild) and they send a spicy curry them refused to replace it and just told us to get a refund from just eat.

Always order from here. Absolutely love the chicken kebab hoagie. Delicious

pakora was un chewable and burned, disgusting! & chips were freezing cold

kebab was fab ..chicken pakora was dreadful ...over cooked and dry ...straight in the bin...chicken was solid and inedible....either cooked multiple times or well over cooked...worst I've had in years

1 star is too much. Worst service ever! I ordered a basic chicken kebab, 15 mins later still waiting on it. About 3 people got their food before me. Ended up walking out of the place without my order as I could not be bothered asking again. Will not be back there. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a meal for me and my wife. It arrived burnt to a crisp, wasn't edible and cost £23 for a lamb tikka (tried one bit and it was fat) Both my wife and I phoned back and the woman hung up on us and stopped answering the phone. My wife added everything up on justeat and it came to £16 NOT £23... MONEY GRABBING, SELFISH DISGUSTING ROTTEN AND VILE. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered a cheese and garlic nan and a lamb tikka masala. This is what I got for £23 !! I phoned back and the woman was so rude, she hung up on me and my husband 3 times and then stopped answering. AVOID !! Couldn’t eat whatever monstrosity we got and the woman refused to speak to us. VILE

Munchy box - chicken inside the pakoras and the kebab meat was so dry. The kebab dryness could be the time between preparation and eating because it was a delivery order. The chicken was barely edible though!

This is the second time I have received a Donner Pizza with only 3 bits of Donner meat ! If I wanted a cheese only Pizza I would have asked for it !! I won't be back !!!!!!

By the far the best fine dining restaurant i have had the pleasure of experiencing.The staff are a delightful duo who are both a bundle of joy and it is my honour to be served by them .I will forever recommend this place to all people i come across as it is truly exquisite.Amazing prices and a even more amazing place .

Such a bad option, plenty others far better basically next door, food average at best but had just placed an order on just eat as they were the only option. Sat for forty five minutes waiting and checking the app every so often, after forty five minutes the order cancelled for some reason. Phoned in to find out why, and some shrill, gobby, woman told me “We don’t do delivery to your area for an order under £20!!!”, when I then asked if she didn’t think they should maybe let customers know that? Or make it clear on their menu that it was the case?, she decided to just hang up. Poor restaurant, poor customer service and poor forethought, wouldn’t have taken much to say that an extra couple couple pounds would cover delivery. Will now actively try and dissuade people from this place.

Food arrived earlier than expected which was a welcome surprise. Was instantly disappointed to see the sauce from curry spilt over the bag. Chicken pakora was dry and inedible and vegetable pakora was rotten.

Food was absolutely rotten Pakora sauce tasted horrid ruined the kebab phoned up to be told there’s pineapple and banana in the pakora sauce🤮 vegetable spring rolls were boggin uncooked peas in them and sweetcorn not to mention how long we waited for food too only started making it an hour after it was placed

No food arrived. App said it was delivered. Still waiting for refund.

the delivery was quick which is good. the pizza was slightly overdone and so were the chips. apart from the burnt bits of kebab meat it was alright.

Oder took 2 hours from order to delivery. The kids were starving then we had to go out and look for the driver. Terrible experience

Grill box was okay... It came clap cold and had to reheat it, but after that it tasted pretty decent. The smallest piece of tape ever was holding the lid shut, which puts me on edge any time I get takeout from a service like this as anyone could of easily opened it, even though I know they wouldn't. For some bizarre reason they also ripped the size off the label on my bottle of Fanta? To be honest, that's extremely worrying to me, because if you're clearly ripping off the "2 Litre" part on BOTH SIDES of the label on the bottle, then I'm scared as to what else you're trying to hide from me as a customer. Liked this place last time, but this time I'm honestly disappointed.

Absolutely none should even be a star. Place is shocking. Got a delivery £30 worth for half a box of hard donner meat grey chicken pakora inside overcooked burgers. Called shop to resolve and told that’s how they make them and rudely hung up phone. Shocking and disgusting food and staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The delivery was made beyond the latest estimated time. It had also been out of the restaurant for nearly 40 minutes before it arrived, it’s less than a 10 minute drive, so obviously 3 or 4 deliveries were made in one trip and ours unfortunately was last. The food was cold and ruined.

Waited over an hour and 20 mins, clocks went back, so to them they delivered on time. The meat was pretty mucn grizzled, only 11 bits that were tiny. Expecting a sarcy response from the owner, tried to cancel the order, but they kept it on thumbs up.mode so I couldn't. Just hoping I can get my money back from just eat, WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN, WOULD RATHER STARVE!

To be honest I wasn’t too happy with this. I ordered a large BBQ chicken kebab and it’s like a received a regular. There was just really cabbage and chicken and barely any salad that I asked for or peppers, onions and mushrooms. I ordered extra pakora sauce and it was really really runny. Not impressed at all

Shocking standard of food, over cooked & dry - most likely a reheat! Called to discuss and was spoken to by a rude member of staff who claimed to be the owner, refused to acknowledge my complaint, wouldn’t resolve & then hung up on me! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

I would like a refund the food was very old dry and dry Nan bread lamb was so dry overcooked and over spicy it was inedible Thir was a power cut in Ayr last night feel like this is the food that should have been put out to bin not to clients

Lamb Kebab was a mix as they ran out of lamb. They said they phoned me, but they didn’t. Mixed pakora was awful as it tasted like it was re fried. Will never be back. Ruined my night.
