Very delicious food at very good value. Extremely friendly staff.

We always enjoy our takeaway from here, reasonably priced too. Best place for pizzas from a multi food venue.

This is literally in the corner in a well located spot, always available at night, with such an ample variety of things to choose from, the people are just awesomely attentive and the food is just delicious. I have always come back every time I'm in Prestwick for work.

Absolutely vile! Ordered fried rice and it tasted disgusting! Super oily and tasted nothing like fried rice! some bits of rice were not even cooked properly😡😡 Fritters were undercooked and tasted horrible. I'm pregnant and thus food could of made me very sick. BLOODY RAGING!!

Please read my other reviews coz I expect good food everywhere if I'm paying for it.... anyway, Came over from Fife in motorhome to see the air show on Friday night and stayed to see Saturday too...awesome!! Found Blue Star on Google rather than just eat etc... Stone to it last night after the mayhem traffic was gone and got a fish supper.... DELICIOUS... genuinely could've eaten 2 suppers it was that good.... And tonight I thought try them again... Doner n chips with a tub of chilli sauce £4.80.... great price but the food again was delicious...I love chilli sauce when it's made right... Blue Star highly recommended from me... Great food both nights, great service and great prices. 5* from me n that don't happen too often!

Just got a delivery, food is absolutely vile!! Even the smell is off nothing like a chippy . Chips taste like nothing I have tasted before cooked in old oil , chicken nuggets soggy , sausage in batter disgusting the full lot in the bin as when I called upto complain was told nothing wrong with the food and all cooked fresh. Myself mum and daughter have had to now order another delivery from another take away . Never ever again !!

I’m raging here, not about the meal, but about the delivery man. He’s the rudest delivery person I’ve ever had. We ordered often, and because of his horrible attitude , we stopped. Tonight we thought we would try again, and he practically flung our meal at me, growling something. DISGUSTING!!!!

The lady and gentleman running this was super friendly, gave me paper while waiting, chatty and friendly. Prices very cheap, got pizza, chips and a can for £8. Spicy chicken pizza, damn it was spicy but I did order that😆 I enjoyed it guys, Thanks for dinner, Steve

Absolutely VILE!! Agreed to substitute one part of my order, ended up forgetting the rest of it!! Got overcooked chips, 2 overcooked fritters but an UNDERCOOKED sausage on a munchy box!! Where was everything else?? Called the shop multiple times to be hung up on before being told I was in the wrong?? £15 well spent clearly. Guy I spoke to was an absolute reprobate and definitely needs to learn customer service! 100000% avoid this absolute shitshow, and currently on the phone to environmental health 👍

Only wee place you will find fresh pizza dough rolled out for you. Not some sneid bought in cardboard base. Really impressed and good value

They don't just do fish and chips they do amazing lamb, chicken and beef Currie's. It's amazing, they do pizzas 🍕 aswell

Absolutely disgusting. The food was inedible and cold. When we rang to complain we were told that he "didn't need this crap" and hung up on me and we were charged twice for one of the meals and were not refunded. Not only was the food appalling but the customer service was abhorrent. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give it 0 stars I would.

had a delivery from here last night i now i am physically sick. I will never eat here again and would strongly advise others to eat elsewhere

Just had delivery from here food was hot fish was lovely and pizza suppers are good too all round reasonable priced chip shop fast delivery I wouldn't let the bad publicity they have had in past put you off trying this chip shop as they have obviously improved by this since then very good takeaway from them .

Well where do I start, fish was freezing I am 100% positive that the delivery driver went down the sea to catch it and fling it in the box which was covered with thick black locks of hair the fish still had a rack of scales on its back, batter was like the slip'n'slipe at Thorpe park and the chips just got flung out the freezer they must of forgot to cook them due to the amount of ice on them but there is one good thing, my constipation is gone cause due to this revolting place I've had non-stop skitter

There was more frost on the chips than there is on santas slay, there is children in third world countries eating dirt which tastes better than this can honestly say I can smell the aftershave the guy who fried it was wearing, asked for Salt instead got half a mullet and aload of Grease so thanks yeah thanks for the lacsatives
