The wife and I popped in for a little lunch and a drink. We enjoyed both the food and drink and also the feel of the place.

Lovely pub only downside is the trek to the toilets, needed oxygen when I got to them no wonder there is sofas & chairs on each floor, definitely need them 😀. Otherwise all good 👍

Great pub, great selection. The lower mark for food is just too inconsistent, especially the temperature of the food.

I still like this place, its nearly always busy, with normally a good atmosphere. The staff are nice and friendly. The food used to be really good, but sadly its gone a bit downhill. Meals turn up either wrong, or with items missing or even cold. Best thing I can say on that front is, that its cheap... and you never know, you might be lucky! Still room for improvement!... Getting better... Watch this space. Great upstairs outside terrace, proper lil suntrap!

Extremely busy, food was a let down, cold wings, not even sure how you mess this up. Small plate pizza was raw and not a proper pizza base. Service was very efficient, might be the root cause of the above. Packed bar across both floors.

Usual wetherspoons experience, reasonably priced, great well kept beer. Polite helpful staff. Lots of tables to choose from. What's not to like? The toilets were up a few flights of stairs for a post dinner workout.. Easy to park close to the pub. Beach is a few minutes walk away. Went for a walk along the front after dinner and a pint. All good 👍

Upscale Spoons: bright and modern. Large indoor seating area and also has patio and limited pavement tables too. Bar service is great, and food delivery to table is quick and efficient. Their steaks are cooked to order and great value. Not just a pub but a social meeting place with atmosphere. Gets busy very quickly.

Pretty much the same as my last review...Sticky tables, staff need training....badly and generally poorly run. Nice venue though

Just popped in for coffee which is the same wetherspoons over. Beware toilets are on top floor. Nicely decorated and ok for pit stop. Can't comment on food as never ate

I've never had poor service the staff are very hardworking and still remain professional and friendly. Tim has some excellent interior designers even down to the beach hut toilet doors.

Complicated and difficult to maneuver through and toilets up way to high but good if you are agile and don't need the toilet. Food is reasonably priced

One of the nicer wetherspoons pubs .. the tables and floors don't seem at all sticky here! It's spacious and attractive .. very welcoming looking (if that makes sense? .. not dark and dreary like some). We don't come here often, but I do like it. There's plenty of coffee machines, outdoor seating, toilets, an open fire .. everything you would expect and it's very close to the shops in Teignmouth so a nice stop off point for breakfast or lunch if you're visiting the area.

This was a lovely pub for drinking, with a unique style across the walls and ceiling that is brought out particularly by the lights! The blue colouring gives a nice feel too and counter is well presented, where staff were efficient and friendly. I had a pint of Raspberry Cider, relishing the fact they had this option from Devon here and leather seating is really comfortable!

Went here for a few drinks when visiting Teignmouth. As far as wetherspoons go this was a pretty good one. Great location quite near to the train station too. The locals were all really friendly and chatty. Was pretty clean and toilets well kept. Didn't have to wait very long to be served (using the app).

They allways leave there butter under heat lamps with your food so when it arrives the butter is not solid. In fact you can pour it onto your toast!

For how busy it was, the food and drink both came out farely quick. Will be coming again.

Visited on Remembrance Sunday very busy but room upstairs and served quickly by the friendly staff

Lovely, large pub, bistro, cafe. Choose to eat outside at the front, weather was lovely. Plenty of room inside. Rest room stairs, but a lift available for anyone with mobility difficulties.

It's a Weatherspoons. Drinks are cheaper than surrounding pubs. The food is fine and there is plenty of choice. The total meal cost can be anywhere between a half and a third of other eateries. There are plenty of tables to choose from. During our short stay in Teignmouth, we ate here twice, so that rather proves the value for money.

This is a large pub with an upstairs area as well. The food and drink are really good value and the staff were also very nice.

Had holiday in teignmouth went in jolie on the 16th September busy had to sit by wash up room wich I do think out of sight is better We order a steak well done came with chips Not a pea on plate . Spoken to members of staff wich did not sound clear as for washing up in there she said could have had a jacket potato Few peas do not cost much The Steak was not cooked well done very disappointed

We ordered the Gourmet steak with an extra egg.my steak was so full of gristle I cut it out which didn't leave much edible meat .my wife's steak was OK but both were overcooked to medium well compared to what we asked which was medium rare.the eggs were just ruined cooked too much.the jacket potato my wife had was cold.the chips weren't the best the grilled tomato wasnt the peas were hard due to being left under the hot lamp too long.i can say the pepper corn sauce was very good.a young lad did come and asked us if everything was OK.we said no told him the steak wasn't very good and the potato was cold and the egg was ruined.he just said oh and walked off I'm guessing it's beyond his payscale to deal with this situation. I did see a manager filling the coffee machine up at the time young lad didn't tell him what has happened and I had a schedule so didn't have time to stop and chat with him.i am a fan of spoons new breakfast menu is very good curries always fantastic and I love the ramen noodles. Today I paid £35 for 2 steaks I also had some chicken wings which were very good the rest of it was very poor.also the condiment table was full of empty tomato sauce bottles mayonnaise bottles and chilli and garlic sauce

A no frills Wetherspoons, cheap and cheery food. We chose steak night, and the steak was cooked to everyone's desired degree. It's a chain, therefore not to my taste. However, it's a cheaper option than some independent businesses in the town.

Very nice and modern. Lots of outside seating and nets above to stop the seagulls attacking. 2 floors with 2 bars. Nice and big place to hang out and eat, drink etc

Always enjoyed wetherspoons quality and value beers but food has been going downhill for sometime now. They are quite happy to blag food with missing items without even an apology.

We had 4 meals between us, 2 being the gourmet steaks. One was tasteless and gristly with a load of fat. The other was so gristly that it was inedible at all. We pointed it out to the waiter, he said sorry, that was all. Not going back.

Breakfast was virually cold except for the toast. The butter had been put on the toast, so it was liquid when I came to put it on the toast.

Great place. Beautiful weather, so sat out on the balcony. James went above and beyond, running up and down the stairs to get us drinks, which they only had downstairs.

Fantastic wetherspoons (I should know, I've been to loads) lovely rooftop seating in the sunshine and James was amazing running up and downstairs all afternoon to get me some red dragon cider 10/10

Conveniently near the train station. Didn't eat there but we were able to sit outside upstairs as it was a lovely evening. The atmosphere was lovely, staff are friendly. Cocktails are scummy. Will be back.

Unbeatable value. Plenty of room. Food promptly delivered with app ordering. Bottomless hot drinks. I had the standard eight ounce sirloin. It was, frankly, pretty tough, but it tasted good, and you get a deal on it on Steak Club days. As with other Wetherspoons, with a stroke of genius, they do not annoy diners with background music. Recommended for budget dining. No need to book.

Really liked this place as it was good value for money. The food arrived quickly once we could get a signal on the app. This seems to be a common problem with Weatherspoons. We would order at the bar but there is always a long queue and people get fractious with you if they think you are trying to jump ahead. One offer of advice for all Weatherspoons establishments: please help the customers to help you at busy times by leaving a couple of cleaning stations to hand so that we can clear dirty plates and glasses etc when we sit down. I'm know people wouldn't mind as I have asked amongst some friends of mine. Leave a few antibacterial wipes there as as well and we can sit at a clean table with confidence. Just a thought ...

Ok can get busy every time we go there my partner has to take a drink back as a horrible taste but to be fair they always change it

Quite a nice spoons, downstairs always busy with a mix of locals and visitors, upstairs nice and usually quieter, food is usual Spoons, but always seems a little better than others, staff have always been excellent.

Great coffee stop, very spacious with an upstairs area empty. It even has nice outdoor areas to sit..

The balcony was lovely. HOWEVER, due to the smoking area being too close to the non smoking area, we had to go inside. I am a person with asthma. The staff were very helpful as I also suffer with bad anxiety. Thank you to the team

Due to lack of staff, food cold, service slow. Not surprising when you pay just above minimum wage. Spoons get your act together. CLUELESS. Two years on, no change, they just don't care. OMG what a awful business.

Nice place service very good , but food was only luke warm plus I thought portion control ws very poor I had the large mix grill there wasnt even a dozen chips on the plate and the grilled tomatoe was stone cold it wa £17 with a drink which I don't hiink was good value
