Decent enough function suite although suggest seats 80 which i feel would be a tight squeeze. Prices seem pretty reasonable though.

THIS PLACE IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. best pint of lager I've had in a long time and have a great selection of beers. Guinness on draught or a special machine, also a cocktail machine. the staff couldn't be nicer and I received a very warm welcome with my 2 dogs and they even made friends with the resident dog sparky. Best pub in town. Well worth a visit

The Joker is under new management. ** LOOK JOKER BAR ON FACEBOOK FOR MEAL DEALS AND TIMES, JOKER NOW HAS A CHEF MAKING OUTSTANDING PUB FOOD AND MORE ** They have invested in the pub and brought a new found atmosphere. Karaoke every Saturday which includes an amazing disco show. You have to come in to appreciate the changes , with more to come we have been promised. Going by the investment I can't wait to see the end result. Nice place for a small communion function only had one member of staff between both bar and lounge that's why I couldn't give 5 atars

The bar is still ok..the function room has got so run down..the toilets in the ladies dont flush!!!

Good cheap pints. Free function hire and accommodating staff. Only downside was the regular next door putting on 300 copies of the same song, belting it out at max volume and the oven facility for cooking the party food we asked for about taking a century to heat up.

A fab wee friendly pub is a hidden gem. The main bar is welcoming with a pool table and a D.J. to entertain. There is also good sized function room to hire for private events. Its a very reasonable price with options to hire the resident D.J. or just hire the use of the equipment. Any deposit paid is refunded at the end of the night. The bar staff are lovely and the drinks are bar prices. There is also an enclosed beer garden at the rear.

great wee hidden gem of a pub. Was surprised how big the function room was and they've clearly spent a bit of effort doing the place up lately too. Bar grub is good and the pints aren't dear either
