Wanted to go somewhere new for lunch and spotted this place. We were very pleased we did. It was reasonably priced and freshly made and tea with tea leaves was a bonus.

Visited today for the first time with my Nan, and we’re so pleased that we chose here! I had a very tasty homemade cheese scone and my Nan had a slice of the carrot cake which she said ‘’she didn’t want it to end’’ A very warm welcome from Julie, who takes the time to chat to you, you could tell straight away that she absolutely loves her little tearoom. I can’t wait to come back with a few girlfriends, thank you!

Delicious genuinely home made scones worth the calories. A "must visit", my BFF and I will be regulars now. Easy parking too.

Located in the lovely Bagham Barn, the tearoom has been completely refurbished and under new management. Judging by the number of people in the room, it seems to be a great success. Everything here is first rate. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place to eat from spectacular all day breakfast, to great specials and great cakes. Today I had the lamb pie special with chips and veg. It is the best pie I’ve eaten since my Mum’s and she was a brilliant cook. Thank you.

I felt like this lovely little tea room deserved a trip advisor listing of its own. It is 5* just like it’s sister tea room, but a lot smaller. This adds to its atmosphere and it’s like stepping back in time, with the decor and music. It is quintessentially English and a really enjoyable place to stop and have a little drink and a bite to eat. They do also offer take away, which would be handy for those people working locally. Lastly the staff are also the same high standard as we have got used to in The Little Tea Pot. See you again soon and keep up the good work! You make Ashford a better place!
