Located on Slater Street is The Hatch ,a bar my twin brother and I dropped into as we were wandering around this part of the city. Bar looks good ,neat and tidy interior and big screens to enjoy the sport plus lots of seating options. We got a beer each ,served freezing cold, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar while we sipped our beers which were absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Hstch we had a great time.

Pub and bar hopping around this area of the city my twin brother Ste and I dropped into The Hatch and what another great visit we had here. I love the look of this bar ,a cool looking serving bar ,big screens to enjoy the sport ,great decor and furnishings ,exposed brickwork and lots of seating options ,it's a great bar to chill out in. We were here on a Thursday afternoon ,bar was relatively quiet ,we ordered a fruit cider each ,these were served in excellent condition ,we chilled out and took in the great bar we were in . I enjoy a fruit cider every now and again ,when it's served freezing cold as in this bar it's just such a refreshing drink indeed . We really enjoyed our ciders in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. The Hatch is easy to locate along Slater Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday ,3pm till 2am. Friday to Sunday, midday till 4am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

The Hatch is a very lively bar that offers an excellent drinks range and is located in an extremely busy area of the city centre and is located on Slater street where there are many pubs/bars and restaurants. The Hatch bar has a stripped back interior with nice decor and furnishing's and plenty of good seating areas throughout the bars interior and an open terrace. With fantastic staff and well priced drink's it's a great bar to relax and unwind. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and this bar wasn't that busy but I think that the bar had only just opened. When we where here we had Strongebow brewery fruit cider's a superb cider which where really refreshing and well priced. This bar won't be for everyone but I like the atmosphere in The Hatch and if your in this area of the city centre give this lively bar a try.(This is my second review of the Hatch). Opening Hours. Monday-Thursday-15.00-02.00. Friday-Sunday-12.00-04.00.

Staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. Very approachable and helped guide us into correct drinks when we mentioned certain things were not applicable to our group. They mentioned the Hatch Batch to us which we had a lot of fun with. Jade, Meekyle and Lwlw were excellent to us, being simultaneously efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and will most definitely be visiting again, as the staff are incredible and created a very positive vibe for our group. Thank you The Hatch!

Stumbled across this lovely, cosy cafe that’s easy to miss on a wander through town. We sat in for coffee and cake and all said how it was one of the nicest places we’ve stopped for a coffee.
