If i could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered for a delivery that never arrived after a 2 hour wait so cancelled order. Very poor

Usually meals are fantastic but today Keema Naan was burned black and there was the tiniest strip of keema meat inside, mostly just red colouring - very disappointed

Used to be great here but delivery times and communication is diabolical. Ordered at 7pm for delivery at 8.30pm. Hadn't arrived by 9pm, called the restaurant and my call was cut off 4 times. Ordered food elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing once again! Went for the mix grill instead of a curry today and I was not disappointed! Food came early and the portions were very generous! Never a bad meal from here!

Food is nice (as always). Sadly for the second week running my collection order hasn’t been ready at the allotted time. Apparently tonight it was because they were busy (one group dining in, but nobody else). Fine, so tell me when it will be ready and I’ll come then to collect. Instead I had to wait nearly half an hour for my food.

my order never came., my husband ended up going to the restaurant to collect the order. As we had waited over an hour and a half. I would like my delivery charge refunded to my account.

Heard about this place for quite a while and finally tried it. Amazing! Very generous with portions, and lots of big chunks of meat. Gorgeous food and came reasonably quickly for a Friday evening. Will definitely be my new restaurant of choice

Best curry for a long time piping hot when delivered

Delivery came when they said it would just a shame we had to wait 2 hours. Food was also very cold

the chicken tikka.needed more cooking .chicken balti didn't have much meat in.the chappies was dry.and hard at the end..I had a chicken curry from this place,about a year ago and it was delicious.didnt taste nice today at all.loved the free salad and the yoghurt tasted real nice.

this is the third time I have ordered the food tastes wonderful and arrives really hot definitely ordering again thank you

Excellent Food And Delivery Service As Always

Excellent food, very tasty and good sized portions. A little expensive at nearly £40 for 3 curries and 2 naan breads but as said tasty and good sized portions.

I ordered for the first time and pleasently surprised how nice the food was as I've lived nearby for a long time I ordered prawn biriyani with garlic naans these were gorgeous you could see the chopped garlic all over which made a huge difference in flavour biryani very tasty ticka masala also gorgeous, would definitely be ordering again thank you guys.i collected a takeaway

There are so many terrible places on Just Eat and this isn't one of them. First time ordering and both price and quality was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, opted to collect which is fine as there is parking out front. I'll order again.

We order from here all the time and have had minor issues but never anything thats put us off. Ordered our usual order today, was sent the wrong main. When called up they cut us off on the phone. Claimed it isnt their fault its the way just eat lay out the menu? Re sent the item out but by that time everyone elses food was freezing.

Never fails to impress. The best Bhuna I have ever had and other dishes have been equally as good. Really tasty, the meat is always tender and delivery is usually before expected times - superb service!

Brilliant and easy takeaway to order and pick up, was on a Sunday evening but they were quick and efficient. Ordered from other places before and wasn’t as nice as this one :). Will be coming back to this place again for sure!

Ordered a take away via Just eat, never again, food was stone cold, adding food colouring to regular rice does not make it Pilau rice, Tasteless naan bread and noticeably less filling than normal, summing up with what seemed like warmed up Onion Bargee from either the afternoon or the day before, will be ordering from else where in future.

Food was OK but asked about the Wednesday special made to feel cheap

Well, that was the quickest delivery time ever!!! I ordered mine and my family's food at 5.45pm and it arrived at 6.10pm. The food was pipping hot, delicious with good portion size. I love ordering my food from here. I haven't been disappointed yet.

I'm very funny about foods and combinations so I only ever order different curry sauces and naan. Cannot fault The Hailstone especially as I ordered late in the evening. The food was piping hot and delicious

Food was good but service is terrible. They cant give an accurate estimate how long the food going to be and just tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Waited just under 3 hours for it to arrive in the end. Very unprofessional.

food was very average, menu wasn't clear, as what we ordered was what came, and very over priced for what we had.

First time ordering and food was really nice so will order again only criticism is that the chips, naan and rice were cold, but will try again

Been 4 times and ordered the same meal every time lamb laknavi but received 3 different meals. First and second were brilliant third time it just tasted of tomato fourth time was a takeaway and was so sweet you could not taste the flavours that were in the first two. No consistency.

Food is always good, usually have a takeaway but this was our 1st eat in experience, staff were attentive and polite
