Stayed overnight in tent at rear of pub with friend on a bike trip. Great place to stay with all you need, fresh water toilets and shower. Pub is great with amazing staff and friendly locals. They even supplied me with a few tea bags free when I realised I had forgotten mine for my morning cuppa. Could only be improved if they did breakfast. Good location for a bike ride in the area.

Went for a Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. Loads of quality food and superb service. Make sure you leave room for pudding though as they were brilliant too

Station RoadWent there for my 18th birthday celebration. Food was okay and tea was the best part. Although the whole experience was great, my friends and I tried to clean up tissue paper and gift wrap to the best of our ability to not have them clean up so much. So it happens as we step away it makes its way to the floor without us knowing. One of the workers tried her best to be nice but it was very passive aggressive, over exaggerating that “the trash was all over the floor” and that it was unfair to her bussers. (Although that’s exactly what your bussers are getting paid for.) So my friends and I went back to the room and took the trash home to throw ourselves.
