The Greek Brothers Hucknall in Gedling

Had a take away from here and it was really disappointing It firstly said it would take 30 minutes to arrive but it was way over an hour. Ordered the platter starter and some of the specified items were missing The calamari was over cooked and not nice at all The Taramasalata was missing-probably still in the fish. The gyros looked half chewed and the meat to chips ratio was poor. The only good thing about it was the pita bread Gonna stick to home cooked Greek food from now on-its way better

Ordered food for my husband's birthday. 3 chicken gyros, a greek salad and a kleftica. Food was okay but not all particularly hot. Plenty on the gyros and the kleftica was delicious. Very disappointed with the salad. £5 and barely adequate for one with very little feta.

Absolutely love the food here it's the best gyros I have had in the UK however it's not worth the money if you get it delivered! I did a walk in last week got the same thing £10.50 mixed gyros it was great meal loads of meat however I have ordered 2 for delivery tonight and there is 4 mouthfuls of meat between the 2 orders I have paid £25 for delivery and I have pretty much got two portions of chips with salad. There isn't even half the amount of meat combined with what I had when I collected it. Really disappointed as it is lovely food but I certainly won't be getting a delivery again after tonight I wouldn't have even said there was a enough meat for a small child's portion! Such a shame as delivery isn't exactly cheap either.

Might have been a one off, but the food was cold the meat overdone chips cold and it looked a mess, the wrap was good thought..

Ordered the mixed portion gyros and Greek Sausage, top food, will order again. Deliver service top notch too.

Tried this Greek takeaway, which opened two weeks ago, for the first time this weekend. We had a mixed gyros and a hallumi gyros. Both were sublime! Cooked fresh whilst we waited with fresh healthy ingredients the food was absolutely delicious. This will definitely be a regular stop for us!
