We stopped here on our way from Glenfinnan to Edinburgh and had a lovely snack of perfectly prepared flat whites and delicious raspberry coconut bars. Andrea provided super friendly service while Tim brewed the excellent coffees. We enjoyed our visit to this quirky and charming cafe with its shark toilet and hope to return!

It's a good find, however, a very muddy path, then thru a gate, onto the main road to get there! Unfortunately, the scones were warmed up. Nice cuppa & pretty landscaped garden. Odd but a shark themed toilet!! 🤔

Stopped here for the shark toilet and not disappointed with anything. The toilet must be seen and I loved watching the many chaffinches feeding from magnificent bird tables outside. Very nice menu but we just had breakfast. Lovely friendly staff.

The staff are so kind and friendly. Our toddler fell on our walk and was really upset. The staff were so kind, gave us a plaster and one to spare and even gave him a little treat to cheer him up.They also came back to check on him several times. Our coffee was very good and we will definitely be back.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten! This is seriously so tasty. Coupled with the service that you receive I would urge you not to drive by. The ascetic is warm and friendly with some fantastic views of what Scotland offers best, scenic views and a charming location. Been here twice and I feel I would struggle to go anywhere else now. Breakfast and lunch have been ticked off of the list. Now for dinner! 💙

Is IT real? Cheap and neat. All homemade stuff...the sandwich and soup combo is my favorite.9.95 gbp...a brilliant plate, sandwich of your choice and a rich, tasty veggie soup giving me a smile on my face. Located at the roadside, parking enclosed, very friendly family run business. You have to stop and take a break Here!

We stopped in here for a bathroom break on our drive back to Edinburgh and ordered two cappuccinos and they were awful. We saw the woman pouring coffee behind the counter add water to a cup after she put coffee in it and thought that was really strange. I don’t think they know how to make coffee or cappuccinos properly. The shark toilet was interesting but probably not what you’re expecting it to be.

Excellent service by very friendly hosts. Lovely fresh home baked scones. Very clean, well maintained and interesting property which is apparently a former railway station. A disused railway tunnel is still to be seen on the other side of the road. We will definitely make a point of spending more time there when next in the area.

I have to admit, we only stopped for the sign that said world famous shark toilet, because we passed the sign several times and were curious what that meant. But when we ordered the Scottish vegetarian breakfast, so we can see the toilet we were so pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, and as it tourned out this place had the best vegetarian breakfast we had during our whole trip in Scotland (I loved the hash browns, and the mushroom as well were so good). And the price was more than fair for this quality, especially compared to places in Inverness and Edinburgh were we paid much more but the food was not good compared to the food here. It was so good, we even made a second visit when we where in the area on our way home. And the shark toilet did not disappoint as well 🦈 ;) So I definitely recommend to stop by this place!

quirky little spot, but I mean that in the best way possible! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had the best Scottish breakfast we've had anywhere in the country. Plus, it was the most affordable one we’ve come across, especially compared to places like Edinburgh or Inverness. Oh, and there’s a "special" loo

This cafe is worth the stop if you’re passing in time for breakfast. It is served until 12pm. The team are small but very accommodating; we visited with a 10month old and our dog and both were looked after. It is affordable but we’d pay a couple of quid more to have a little bigger of a portion. On the whole it is well worth a visit - the shark toilet just has to be seen 🦈 It was raining when we visited but it looks as though they have a pretty garden set up to sit outside. There were plenty of bird feeders too and a pretty bridge over a stream. There’s a lot going on in a small place. We’d visit again for sure.

Stopped for the toilet, stayed for the hospitality 😊 Stopped by on a roadtrip at this sweet little cafe for a quick drink and bathroom break, and got into a conversation with the two cafe owners. They are wonderful and so is the cafe. The bathroom (I won’t spoil with details) is very fun, and worth a visit. Andrea is absolutely delightful (a human ball of sunshine), and also makes wonderful hot chocolates. Tim gave me a bunch of recommendations for stops on the drive and places to visit, particularly en route to Glencoe and Skye. Between them, they made my experience at this little cafe amazing. Well worth a visit!

Just so lovely to have lunch, and there is a good selection of vegan and gluten free alternatives, for those who need it. The wife had a lovely baked potato with vegan ‘sheese’ and red onion. I had a toastie. Lots of little things you can buy around the shop too, which was nice. Just a lovely warming place, when it was so cold outside 😁🥰
