Stayed as a Base to visit London with it's convenience to the tubes and wasn't disappointed. Good value rooms with everything you need including fridges on the room which is always a bonus. You can prebook a parking space but they are limited , we did and was a really useful with london traffic these days. Friendly staff and easy key card building/room access made late night returns a breeze. Will use again , recommended.

The location was a little difficult to navigate following Google maps, it is on the road side so turning into the car park you need to inform the service desk first, who will then open the gate manually before you can drive in avoiding traffic. The car park is sooooooooo tight and small when there are 2 cars parked, also when you drive in and out you will need to open and close the gate by pushing it. The attendant did not really introduce himself, however he was cleaning so we assumed he worked there. They did know we were coming, the room and keys were prepared and the location was right next to a bar which was good and bad, but mostly good. It was meant for an overnight stay which is what I think it is set up for, any more and you will be disappointed.

Stayed here for 2 nights, I have never complained about a hard bed in any hotel,but this bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in! I had the worst nights sleep of my life! It ruined our plans for the next day as we was so tired and had aching bodies from the rock hard mattress! I now know the true meaning of tossing and turning all night! It was horrendous, we politely requested if they had perhaps a mattress topper, reception said they would put a duvet on the mattress but this was never followed through. However it was clean and the location was great with lovely places nearby.

We found a MOUSE in the room. The staff didn't help us in any way, on the contrary they started laughing at the sight of the mouse and acted as if it were nothing serious. Noisy rooms, you can hear the ceiling and walls creaking as other guests (or mice?) pass by. The reception hours would be from 8am to 9pm, but in reality it is almost always closed. I would not call this property a hotel. The only positive notes are the very convenient location and the lady who works at the reception on Sundays, the only one who is truly kind and helpful. I strongly advise against it

From the outside, the hotel looks like a typical British villa with a small well-kept garden, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The location 5 minutes walk from the Metro makes it even more attractive. In the bathroom there were no cabinets or hooks to hang towels or anything else, this was the only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great!! Superb value. Nice and quiet, comfy rooms and cotton bedding. Clean, private and v well situated. 2 mins walk to Clapham S, fast service to London, I’ll def be coming back.

The decor is very pretty and great for photographs. The food was delicious and good size of portions too. The only thing which was somewhat disappointing was the time taken for the food to arrive. The waitress explained that they were busy (we were there at midday for brunch/lunch). However, they really need to look at their staffing/ systems if this happens regularly. I would happily go again (and hope not to wait so long for my food)

Such a horrible experience. Just now (5.10pm Saturday) me and my friend walked in to have some drinks and asked for a table for two. We were told by the waiter at the entrance they are not accepting customers. However, there were already people inside the restaurant being served and many tables were empty which we could see from outside. We are two south Asian women - we were denied because we dont look like them?

Ate at Made In Italy on 30th October. Service was poor, we were rushed (we only had the table for an hour from sitting down) - plates were taken whilst other members of our party were still eating. The last person eating had their plate taken whilst they had picked up their last slice of pizza (and so had nowhere to put it down!) Food tasted ok. Nothing special but nothing horrendous. Crucially, I did get food poisoning the following morning. I would not return. There are far better Italian restaurants in London.
