Excellent Craft Beer very well kept, friendly staff, wonderful large filled crusty cobs and a roaring log fire. What more could you possibly want. I will be back

One of my favourite places to eat normally but didn't like the Sunday lunch massive rock hard Yorkshire pudding and uncooked veg very disappointed

Had the late wifes celebration of life do there on 2nd December the spread was superb and the staff absolutely brilliant would recommend any one who wants a room for a private do

Great village/local pub! Child & (well behaved) dog friendly. Nice staff and a decent pint. Pool table and two small beer gardens.

It's alright. My local. Organize loads of community stuff outside of Covid. Bar snacks would really enhance the place.

What a friendly local, has everything the working man would like in a public house.

This was my worst experience at a pub in Coalville area. If under the age of 25 you will be made to feel unwelcome and staff will assume you are on drugs. Then will get angry at you and make threats for not leaving even though they hadn’t asked you to! Give this place a miss unless you like rude landlords.

Draught Bass here is fantastic 👍and the home made cobs are gooooood 👌

A really good pint of Bass can be found here, if you want food then unless it's crisps and nuts look elsewhere.

Didn't go much on it, they didn't serve food, strange really cos nearly every pub serves food!apparently under new management, perhaps that's why?
