Trevligt bemötande, snabb service och bra mat. Lagom stor pub med bra utbud av glutenfri på menyn. Puben hade tappat bort vår reservation men Simon fixade det galant.

Ok, we only had the lunchtime menu, which was good value at 13.95 + drinks, but a French restaurant should do better with French onion soup (taste the Oxo) and moules et frites (overcooked, although great sauce). But a decent, intimate atmosphere and just 1 minute from Leicester Square, so I'm not complaining. The French waitress was charming, despite it being on the cusp of yet another Covid lockdown, which should have been enough to depress the veneer of even the most staunch optimist.

We waited for over an hour for our first course: very over-cooked duck with vegetables which were not fresh. We couldn't eat it. We didn't think we would risk a pudding, so after coffee, we left. The duty manager did make a small deduction from the bill, but it did not compensate for the disappointment. There was also zero 'atmosphere'; it was like sitting in the hush of a church. One good thing was the restaurant manager (a lovely Polish lady) who was deeply apologetic, but obviously didn't have the authority to do anything about it.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner on Friday night. The restaurant has an old fashioned charm about it. The service was excellent and the food was good. Well worth going.

As I was staying in the hotel I used the restaurant the bar menu is good And the main restaurant menu is acceptable if a little dated the food is tasty and the house wine yummy the staff are amazing and very attentive this place can only get better if they modernise the menu make it more bistro like very good Welsh rabbit

We ate here once for dinner and 3 mornings for breakfast. I ordered the caesar salad which was the fishiest I've ever had and was covered in anchovies. Cod was decent, service was horrible. My traveling companion had fish and chips which were fine.

Staff were so pleasant and polite, and the food was great, I was surprised by how good it was. The only tiny criticism I would have was that the service was a little slow, and the restaurant was not busy, so could not see a reason for this. But that is a minor thing, I would return to this restaurant if I was to ever stay at the hotel again.

Worst dining experience of our lives. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not even busy. The management need training before they can begin to train their staff. The food was poorly presented. The tart was burnt, the Mediterranean salad came with cheddar instead of feta. The Mackerel salad was served as a piece of mackerel on a plate and the salad was brought in later separately. Would never go there again.

Our experience of the Hendon Hall Garrick Restaurant was excellent. The speed of service was just right for a romantic dinner, the waiters were exceptionally polite and genuinely attentive. The food was beautifully prepared and presented.

The Garrick restaurant is in a big well lit room and has the feel of a hotel restaurant – function over style. The lighting and choice of music were a bit intrusive. The menu is well structured with several appetising options. We weren't given a wine list on arriving, so we assumed the “by the glass” wine list on the food menu was the wine list (until we were given the wine list after our main course, at which point it was a little late to be ordering a whole bottle). The food was good, by and large....

Unfortunately the food wasnt great and was overpriced for what it was. The shisha was decent and we got regular coal changes. The toilets are situated in Boga steak house next door, these were the most weirdest toilets ever, with no locks and in 2/3 of the stalls the door could not shut. In the one stall that the door could shut, the light did not work. Friendly and lovely staff, 10/10 service very welcoming! just a shame about the other things.

Nice place has three other services in this shop paan place which is like a leaf with some bits on u can eat suppose to be refreshing is for some, then a desert place however they lady was serving saffron sweet, which I wanted to have a taste of before I buy it however she refused, then there is Meera’s place at the back, do Somoza spring roll lots of gujrati snacks, Indian vegetarian, nice food but hard to understand as really rush the service as they can get busy, Punjabi Somoza are good but small in size you get three for £3.25? Something like that overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never disappoints, staff are 10/10 and the managers and owner take time to talk to the customers. The food is prepared insight and of the highest quality produce. Each element is seasoned and is a flavour sensation. The different sauces are flavour bombs in your mouth. It’s nutritious and wholesome. The restaurant is small but bright and light, the staff joke and smile, the food is prepared with love. Some of the best Middle Eastern food in London for sure. The menu is simple and concise but more than enough options, if your a meat eater you won’t miss meat as the vegetables salad and falafel all assembled as they are leave a feeling of completeness, you will leave feeling satisfied having had a journey of flavour and sensations that will leave anyone with a big smile on there face, especially knowing that the food is healthy and nutritious. I have visited most of the branches and had equally as good experiences at each. Thank you

I wish I can give them 0 star . Whoever works Saturday night and pick the phone has no sense what he was talking with customer . First they ruined the order because it may be last few minutes of ending their shift. I paid £10 for the waffle which they drizzle few chocolate , very cold and not prepared correctly . Poor service Bad mannered
