The Full English in Hackney

Visitar Londres para ponerse al día con los amigos y morir por un desayuno inglés completo muy bueno. ¡Vine aquí y obtuve mucho más de lo que deseaba! Comida muy fresca, salchichas de pepino de buena calidad, tocino y huevos frescos, hachís morenos, judías horneadas, champiñones frescos y tomates a la parrilla con un toque de aceite de oliva y orégano en la parte superior, pan tostado de buena calidad con mantequilla y mermelada al lado, probablemente dejando fuera otras cosas, porque el plato estaba muy lleno. Y sin embargo todo bellamente presentado. Una de las pocas veces que se obtiene una tonelada de comida y sin embargo la calidad coincide con la cantidad, y la presentación es agradable. El ambiente del lugar era genial también, un montón de adagios peculiares en las paredes y un montón de estimulación visual. Y por último el personal, super cálido y amable. Este lugar es una joya total. Mis ojos eran más grandes que mi estómago, así que también pedí algunos latkes que eran tan ricos y esponjosos como la forma en que mi abuela solía hacerlos. No puedo elogiar este lugar lo suficiente, y tan feliz de pasar esta recomendación a todos mis amigos de la zona para ir a comer allí. Vale la pena cruzar Londres - o incluso desde más lejos - para comer allí! (Vivo en Roma).

He estado desayunando, increíble, he tomado tortilla con patatas fritas y zumo de naranja fresco. Hubby tenía un inglés completo con un par de café con leche. Comida recién cocinada y personal muy amable. Realmente recomendaría. La próxima vez que estemos en Hackney, sin duda volveremos.

Probablemente el mejor desayuno que he tenido! Me recomendaron visitar este lugar y estoy tan contento de haberlo hecho. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa, sin mencionar asequible y el personal era tan agradable. También me encantó el ambiente acogedor de este lugar y las citas agradables y muy hilarantes en las paredes. Sin duda volveré a visitar una vez más!

Popped in here back in May when visiting my friend back in May. That day was feeling fragile and opted for coffee and poached eggs. Both were delicious. Visited again today this time without the hangover so had the “ cheater” breakfast. Absolutely gorgeous, service is swift, polite and efficient and the guy doing the food obviously takes a pride in his cooking. Quirky decor, 4 tables inside and a couple out so not huge, would recommend to anybody seeking a tasty breakfast or lunch. One more plus point, the sour dough is not of the hard, tooth breaking variety that you can get but soft and hokey with a good crust… will be a regular haunt on my visits I feel…

While on a weekend in London with friends, we visited this cafe as it was near our accomodation. We had meals here three times. The full English breakfast and the panini's are brilliant. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend.

I get my dog walking coffees from here, always super nice vibe and service, 4 plant milks to choose from and a lot of the menu is vegan friendly. The decor is brilliant, so many little quirky nick nacks here and there. I have nothing to fault and love this place, as the sign on the window says 'critics aren't welcome', which is fine bc I don't have any!

My boyfriend and i found this Gem randomly when looking for somewhere to get breakfast. The service is amazing and the food is ALWAYS delicious and cooked to perfection. Patricia makes an incredible coffee and the prices are so good. Would defo recommend.

Not only was there a great choice of food on offer to cater for me and my 4-year old the ambiance was really warm, friendly and interesting (i couldn't keep my eye from wandering around the place). Probably the BEST scrambled eggs i've ever had and all the food seems to have that something special to it. We'll be back. Also great coffee!

I found this hidden gem today, just on a little parade of shops opposite a Jet petrol station and car wash. Whether you are a tourist, local or just like to have breakfast/lunch out, this is a real find. Plenty of parking and not too far from London Fields, Hackney Downs Park and Hackney Marshes with the bonus of being on a decent bus and train route. 'The Full English' serves everything from its name sake to poached eggs and salmon. I'm a meat eater but had the Vegetarian full English with sour dough bread which was delicious. You can mix and match and there is so much more on the menu. The staff are really friendly and the place was clean and had a really lovely atmosphere. It's quite small but like an emporium of history and funny anecdotes which can't be appreciated from the photographs. There are all sorts of quirky features which make this a really inviting must see space. You will be amazed by all of the knick-knacks and the thought that has gone into the eclectic style. If you are there long enough and have to use the bathroom your mid will be blown! The real test of a great eatery is it's customers and there was certainly a good flow of regulars all asking for their usual. Definitely one for the bucket list! I live in Greenwich but intend to visit and take friends often. We hopped on the bus up to Islington afterwards which made a really great day out. Hazel O

One Wednesday afternoon in October my friend and I met for a late lunch, I said I would like to go to a nice greasy spoon my friend knew of a place so off we walked when we got there it was closed. We continued walking and then found the Full English by chance, and I have to say it was a great experience. Like a quirky museum with all the random facts on the wall, and our meals were well priced and the food was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I attended again on Sunday. This place is highly recommended, and the food is amazing.

A totally one off cafe experience in a strange and kind of beautiful corner of e5where the food comes served in huge portions, the walls are adorned with historical facts and the service is friendly and quick. The ginger shot will put hairs on your chest but the chorizo is a little too chewy. Will be back though.

Amazing time!! VEGAN friendly! First time there, the staff were lovely, it really felt like a community spot. The food is cooked with love. They have choices of different non dairy milks/foods. I totally recommend! If you're not sure about if it's vegan or fancy something else just ask as they are super helpful and lovely. Also they had gluten free options as well!

We live locally and have been to The Full English many times and every time has been great food and great service. It always amazes us that not a queue out the door every weekend. Best brunch in Hackney and possibly the friendliest people too!...
