My favourite chippy in the whole wild world

Arrived late in town & was looking for a quick feed. Ordered two burgers and a piece of cod. All made and presented nicely. Good value for money plus young woman on reception was friendly and helpful.

Best Chippy in castlederg, without a doubt, I've tried them all. Proper chips, not frozen or bagged delivered crap.

Nice traditional chippy however the downside is the time it takes for food to be made ready. Calling an order in your usually told 15 mins, but after that time you might stand at the counter another 15 waiting on it still, time from order to delivery needs improving other wise people (including myself) will go to other/faster chip shops.

had a carry our from here 2nd night of visit and the choice was amazing we all had different things but they were all tasty and at a very good price

Lovely traditional chippy with great fresh cut chips! Food is always tasty and u will not leave the forge hungry with their generous portions. Marita and the gang always provide great service.
