Me and my friend went during open hours according to their info on Google, and it was shut. We then tried to call them to figure out if the times were wrong or if something happened and the number given on Google is also wrong. Overall not a great experience and we had to head elsewhere

145 Redlam, Blackburn, BB2 1XB, United KingdomWe both eat in and takeaway from here ( they deliver) . Food is always top quality, the Mon to Thursday deal is also great and just enough food. Staff are always very pleasant. However this is where the good points end , so much so we will never order again . Three times we have ordered for delivery, but the same problem every time, slow slow delivery....way over the estimated time....if they cannot provide a delivery service, then simply don't offer it....being busy is not an excuse....we hope you are busy....but try employing an extra driver if you want to run a delivery service as this really really knocks your service level. Coming up with the same excuse that they have been busy doesn't really cut it....as they have not learned from the prior issue. Again shouldn't really come as a surprise to them that they are busy, just poor planning on not having enough staff. Delivery service always falls down, For example recently ordered in advance of the Takeaway opening via Uber Eats. Was given an estimated time of 6-6.30 for delivery, this was bumped to around 7pm.... realistically this came at approx 7.40pm....even the member of staff admitted it was not acceptable. We tried twice previously for delivery ( albeit months apart) , once via Uber Eats and once via their own system, hoping the last order we made was on Uber Eats to hold their delivery times more accountable...we were wrong, despite their own system being cheaper...which would normally be a definite reason to order verses Uber Eats....being only accountable to themselves is a huge drawback when problems aren't addressed. I have also passed on my thoughts to Uber about the delivery service of this takeaway. They simply do not deserve another chance when other places with possibly not quite as nice food seem to deliver as promised
