If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious. Ordered and it took 2 and 1/2 hours to arrive. When rang to ask was reassured twice it was on the way, then third time hung up on.

Food is always amazing here! The atmosphere is nice just sometimes, I think music can be a tad too loud. Other than that, service is great

We visited on a Tuesday and pleasantly surprised to see it was busy. Food was lovely, they have the offer on or you can choose off a main menu, staff really helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.

We ordered takeaway and it was great I would recommend this restaurant to anyone the food was tasty and just the right amount of heat in the curry.

My sister-in-law suggested going here for the £12.50 menu,served Sunday to Thursday. We got poppadoms a small starter and a mains with choice of different types of rice. The food was very tasty. We all enjoyed it and had doggy bags to take home. Highly recommended! Will be coming back.

Honestly, I have used spice garden since the opening. We have occasions here birthdays, we order on Christmas, we order take out etc. today I made an order was told 40 mins collection, arrived and waited 20 minutes, they took payment off me and then advised me they had cooked me a chicken curry (I had ordered lamb) no apology, nothing. But was happy to take my payment beforehand. I asked for another option as I do not eat chicken and did not get a response. Things happen and I completely understand if it came with an apology. But to just make me something completely different without asking is bad business. Not to mention the staff member being extremely rude. I will be taking my custom elsewhere and spreading the word of how bad the staff attitudes are here. Really disappointed. Explained this was not on and I should have been informed or asked to be ignored the staff member then stormed off into the kitchen banging the door. If you are thinking of ordering here I would strongly suggest to think of other options.

Very nice food reasonably priced and great service

Bit of wait to get menus, drinks and to take order. Garlic naan was burnt, butter chicken was basically chicken tikka masala with butter/ghee on top, lamb Karahi was bland. Lamb chops was decent and chutney sauces. Toilets could do with a bit of refurbishment.

Haven’t been since the name change . Very friendly atmosphere , waiting on staff extremely polite and very helpful. The food was excellent , the lamb was very tender . Will definitely dine here again . Highly recommended , if you want good service , excellent food and value for money, then this is the place to be .

We have just had a take away from the spice garden as we have had for the last few years. The food as always is amazing, full of flavour the meat is really tender and flavoursome. We always get the food delivered and tonight as usual it came before the stated time. Keep doing what you are doing. Brilliant

Absolutely superb. Literally the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted. Only discovered Spice Garden on Just Eat 3 weeks ago and we’ve ordered from there 4 times now. Always on time with delivery and not one thing as disappointed us.

Sad times, one of my favourite Halal Muslim owned places. Food has always been spot on. But they now serve Alcohol so definitely won't be visiting again.

Food is always great, servers are lovely too, but today the cokes where not right, flat and warm, please revert back to just serving the glass bottles it's not worth £2.50 out of a 2litre bottle of pop

Multiple times my food has been delivered late, most recently over 30 minutes and the food tasted bland. No offer of reimbursement or discount, just an apology on each occasion.

Food was okay, but waited 1 hour 15 minutes for food to arrive! We Asked for takeaway containers as we only ate abit due to our 1 year old getting crammed due to the wait so we decided to take food with us only to get given the polyestering trays causing all the curry to leak through the sides all over everything so we threw all the food in the bin outside so yeah £60 down!

Nice quiet atmosphere, the restaurant has good lighting and is clean throughout. The staff are friendly and helpful. As the food is freshly prepared be ready to wait around 30/45 mins. The portions are generous and the price is fair too. The starters were a bit dry but the mains were very tasty and the meat cooked perfectly.

This place a hidden gem. On par with any place in Bburn on curries. Friendly staff. Would drop half a star as no designated prayer area.

Fantastic food, fantastic service great bunch of lads. Highly recommended, friend recommended this restaurant. Im from Hertfordshire, was not disappointed. 10/10

Ordered the sauces with poppadoms & onion bhajis to start, chicken tikka shashlik with pilau rice & garlic naan. More than enough for two of us. All absolutely spot-on. First time have had a takeaway in a long time, will definitely order again 🙂

Excellent service and fantastic food which was prepared fresh on the day. It was quiet at the time we were dining and the service was absolutely exceptional. The food was really delicious and the owners and workers took time to come and speak to us and ask us if the food was up to our standards. Can't wait to go there again for my next night out meal. We had a birthday dinner at Spice Garden last night and I cannot praise it enough. Food was fantastic. Service was exemplary. Our server (I didn't get his name) was so helpful. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you Spice Garden.

I went to spice garden great service as soon as i entered they said hi and took us to a table and gave us some menus they were really polite. The food was made quickly tasted absolutely amazing the food was warm nothing was cold the curry’s were on point just how i wanted it. That is a 100% 5stars for me.

This was our first time visiting Spice Garden, well they did not disapoint...the service was lovely, and the food was amazing! We had the platter for 4/5 and there was so much choice, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

Best Lamb Madras I've ever had.

The food here is amazing!!. Tried loads of indian food restaurants around the uk and this one has to be one of the best there is. The two lads in the front is very polite and great customer service. The chef bought mine and my brother food to the table great service. 110% highly recommend it, will be back. thanks guys

A great place with great service, we aren't usually tawa people but theirs was so good, chips were served separate and could taste the difference with each curry 😍 They had HMC halal meat

Placed an order via their website. Estimated delivery time was an hour. After 90 minutes but hadn't arrived so I telephoned the restraunt. Staff member advised it would be 5 minutes which turned out to be another 30 When the food arrived it was poor quality. Soggy pakoras very greasy mains. We ended up leaving it. It has recently reopened as spice garden but supposed to be the same owners but the quality and service just isn't there . Unfortunately we won't be retuning. 5 stars given for atmosphere as it was home delivery ✨️

Spice Garden Blackburn Spice Garden order a Tawa (platter) for 6 (shared with kids obviously) 🙄 😂 Starter’s were very nice all fresh and made to order. Really enjoyed the Veg Samosas and the lamb chops. Masala fish was very good Curries were good they give u 4 curries on the Tawa. We asked to have em spicy 🌶 and they were spot on can’t remember the names. Spinach gosh Karahi Chicken tikka curry Chicken Karahi And a Karahi gosh All very nice 9/10 very good food very good service did take a while but expected due to food made to order will be going back

Both the wife and I went to try out the Indian food at the spice garden last night (Saturday), we have never tried the food there, we were both pleasantly surprised at the decor and the staff who were very attentive, the food was very good, enough for us to want to go back in the near future, but be aware that it isn't licensed.

Excellent service and 10/10 food. Mizan was a brilliant host and made our first visit amazing. Amazing decor and very clean. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place give it a try.
