Llamé a este pub para saborear una cerveza, ya que estaba cerca de nuestro hotel. Bastante ocupado cuando estábamos en ( cerca de las 9 de la noche en un viernes ) con la clientela de moda disfrutando con amigos, etc. Hay un escenario y una zona de pie para un público en la parte trasera del pub al que se accede a través de una puerta que aísla a los clientes del pub en general del sonido de cualquier banda que esté tocando allí. Ambiente agradable, buena selección de cervezas y un montón de opciones en el menú de comida. Gran jardín de cerveza en frente de la entrada principal y esta zona de estar tiene calentadores! Pedimos una pizza que llegó a nuestra mesa rápidamente y estaba delicioso. Personal amable. Vale la pena visitarlo, creo que te gustará.

Un día en Londres, así que vinimos a tomar unas cervezas y almorzar. La comida era fantástica y el personal era muy amable y acogedor. Una gran variedad de cervezas de barril y con la habitación en la parte trasera para la música en vivo creo que podría ser una gran noche de fiesta también.

Great pub, sexist staff. One of the best places in London for live music however impossible to get a drink without being subject to a deluge of misogynistic comments by male bar staff. Made me incredibly uncomfortable and even lightly hit me on my head when I refused to high five him. Then continued to make inappropriate “69” jokes, even commenting on my dietary requirements as “does your diet not contain men”. Women should be able to buy a drink without being subject to this uncalled for behaviour. Grow up and have some respect, it’s 2023.

I met what I would say is a very racist door person today! I I arrived with my female friend who is Italian this evening. I am of Caribbean decent. Clearly the doorman did not want to let us in, us being of mixed race couple. He made a pathetic excuse that about my belt not being being properly buckled. Pathetic! What was soooooo sad was that my friend and I have been to this pub many Fridays. So sad that we we were prevented from being able to have a good time and spend some of our hard earned money in our beloved local pub. I did not make a scene for fear of embarrassing my friend! But this is not acceptable! Management, take note!

It’a great for live music and events, nice lively atmosphere and it’s nice inside - 2x sets of toilets and back area a plus. Staff generally ok but have experienced rude door men before. The pizza used to be better - they now use low quality cheese

The Bartender refuses to serve us because one of us was wearing sweatpants, we thought was a joke as we use to go there in sweatpants all the time, especially when we used to go there to watch football matches. I use to go at The Finsbury couple of times per month, for 3 years, so I was quite shocked of this new rule.. Also, because is not mentioned on the web site and also from the security at the entrance. I've sent an email on the web site asking explanations about this new policy but no answer.

Disappointing visit really, did it enjoy the food at all but the service was adequate which was on thing redeeming

Came twice over my 4 day stay in London and loved it. They do really nice drinks, the food is good and the staff is super friendly. They’ve got an amazing outside area so it’s perfect for sunny days. 100% recommended.

Just tried Halloween pizza, it was great. Large selection of beers and nice service. Highly recommend.

Awesome pub with a great atmosphere. Lovely bar staff who are very helpful with internet or any other issues. Tasty and reasonably priced baked pizza on site as well as some really innovative and interesting new bands through the interior doors and into the gig space of the pub. Great for a friendly chat or an evening having fun with friends who like LOUD music.

A cheap, mushy veggie patty is NOT okay - there's no excuse to offer such a crap burger option to vegetarians, my boyfriend was really disappointed bless him. I'm guessing you were trying to tick the 'vegan friendly' box as well as veggie? Well, you totally failed, nobody would like that. Sort it out management! Here are some decent alternatives: spicy bean burger, 'beyond meat' burger, quorn burger, halloumi burger. On the plus side, it's a cool venue and the staff are friendly.

The worst service ever!!!!...as we planned a birth party there and inform the staff as long we inform you the birthday person in, you would bring the cake to the table ...one of the staff bring the cake in the plastic bag how gave them ....disaster !!!!!

Reasonable cost for London. Beer warm but tasty (IPA) Cheeseburger - rare but edible. Waft of cannabis from outside. YUK!

Qué gran decepción fue mi última visita. He estado y comido pizza tantas veces aquí. Sin embargo, no he visitado desde el verano pasado, y no voy a volver deprisa, terrible. Pizzas veganas ordenadas, masa (agregaré masa muy cocida) con espinacas y yogur agrio, con uno o dos tomates secados al sol. Sabor espantoso, demasiada hoja, arrojados al azar juntos. Hacía mucho frío cuando nos sentamos, con aire a todo volumen, desinflando totalmente la visita. No volveré corriendo, lástima, ya que esto era un lugar habitual. . .

Friendly atmosphere. Generally used by young / middle aged professionals. Decent choice of beer. Live music and good sizes beer garden / outdoor seating area

I was very ill after eating here. Kitchen is not clean. A few doors down is a much nicer pizza place and over the road a bar that doesn’t charge arm and a leg for low quality beer. Avoid!

It is a tad overpriced and the beer selection is super average by London standards, but they make up for it with great, regular live music offerings and just a cool venue. Great outdoor area.

And to cap it off, surly, unfriendly, unprofessional staff. The food is similarly overpriced and sub standard. Such a pity as the music is great in the evenings (and often free) and the building, garden and interior a delight. New management needed.

Very disappointing as it’s a lovely pub but staff always make you feel unwelcome when you come around for a late drink. Security push you out on the street even before you get to finish your drink... I surely deserve to finish it in peace and quiet having spend my hard earned money for it. This time security didn’t even let us in - they advertise they stop serving at 12am, it was 11:40pm when we turned up!!! Joke. Looks like this pub is not being run by managers but nasty bouncers who treat you like dirt. Overall, a big let down. Hopefully management wakes up and does something about it.

This is a lovely pub with a great atmosphere that is conveniently located right next to Manor House station. However, it is the music room which is the highlight. On a raised stage adorned with old school red curtains, talented musicians, predominantly in folk form, play quiet but charming sets to friends and couples sat around candlelit tables of food and good drink. If you want to finish the week in style, come to this hidden gem.

Not many pubs have a good range of beers AND a pizza kitchen! One of the best canzone I've had anywhere - and very good value.

We went to The Finsbury for their Blogtober live music event, food and drink. There was a great selection of talented musicians and the food and drink was really reasonably priced. A cool spot. Worth a visit for a pub with atmosphere!

Me encontré con este pub hace 3 meses y he visitado varias veces. Pizzas fantásticas en excelentes precios precio (tenía un jamón muy grandes y deliciosos hongos por £9), buen ambiente y gran jardín. Es un lugar divertido donde puedes sentir el personal son naturalmente servicial y relajado. Musica en vivo.

He estado en este lugar tantas veces, opino que este es uno de los mejores pubs de la zona de jardín.

El jardín era increíble, la cerveza estaba fría. La primera fue la casa de la esperanza, el segundo fue la guiness. La música estaba bien. No hay música en vivo. El personal era increíble, genial y amable! ! 😄

Band was solid (like a mediocre Vampire Weekend) however the evening was soured when we discovered our plant pot was upturned. All in all, yeah... It's alright I guess.

The finsbury its a pub located in front if Manor House station, its a friendly and cozy place. The pints costs around 5£ and 6£ and every day they have bands and performance shows.

Great pub with high quality live music. The concept of their music night is nice as well - it's in a separate room and you are not allowed to talk when the artists play. Around 30 minutes from the absolute center of London, but it was an amazing experience. Had a great night listening to talented musicians and having a few ciders.

Kind atmosphere and good terrace to stay calm with your friends! I would recommend it if you are in that zone!

Lugar muy agradable donde beber cerveza y comer cosas sencillas (pizza, hamburguesas). Mucha gente joven. Música en vivo casi todas las noches. Terraza para acomodar a los fumadores.

The staff is very friendly and they redecorated soon so the place is looking great, with a lot of tables and an amazing outdoor area. The food is delicious, I tried the burger and it was excellent (and good value for money). Pizzas looked incredible too. Overall atmosphere is nice and they have good independent bands playing.Only downside is the toilet, quite disgusting to be honest. But it's a pub so that's kind of usual I guess.

This is one of my regular pubs when socialising with friends, live very local to it hence why this is our fist option never disappoints always good quality people hanging out.

This place has live music and you could eating & drinking with a lot friends there because has screen area and outdoor terrace. The kitchen isn't my favourite but the pizzas are good. The staff is simply great!

I visited this pub when stranded in a nearby hotel for work and just wanting somewhere to get a meal quickly. Turned out to be a real gem. From outside a traditional old fashioned Londin pub, but inside revealed an Italian themed mainly pizza place which also did home made burgers. Service was swift and friendly and the barman gave advice on saving money by pointing out portion sizes for cheesy chips would be sufficient for two. The burgers were delicious and served in a bun made of pizza bread so lovely and light compared to traditional buns. Cooked to specification re well done and delicious strong flavoured cheese. Due to the area again next month and torn between the great burger again, or trying the pizzas which looked deliscious too. Prices really good too, especially for London. Very popular with younger people and probably gets very busy later.

El bar está de paso hacia mi casa, siempre veo gente en la terraza disfrutando de una buena birra, y ya tanta curiosidad que un día decidimos ir unos amigos y yo y había música en directo , nos lo pasamos muy bien la verdad.

I live nearby, I chose this place to celebrate my birthday I like this pub and live music.I invited guest, I made reservations for a table for 10 people at 7 pm, I got confirmation from the manager - everything prepared, what was my surprise as it came and it turned out that the staff did not know that such reservation took place, I did not hear "sorry" even though we showed confirmation sent by their manager!I asked to speak to the manager but it turned out that no one is responsible for this place, just waiters are working! Manager will be around 23 pm!One of the bartenders we spoke he could not handle my complain duly, he was very nervous waving hands in front of our faces and told us to find ourselves a table !!!! We suggested that in this case he can take this one but the surprise on his face said it all. Finally at the end one of a tables was free . all evening we try to forget about the whole unpleasant situation.The music was good, the food delicious 5 *Throughout the evening did not hear any "sorry" from any managers at 23 pm, no one came over, no one wanted to talk to us - I’m really disappointed.

Lo tenía al lado de casa, queda al lado del metro y es de lo más típico que podrás encontrar, fuera del centro que todo esta lleno de turistas. Solía ir a menudo cuando vivía allí y por supuesto lo visité en mi última visita a Londres.

Arranged an evening business meeting at this public house. Thought oh it's got a big beer garden I'll bring the dog.Only to be turned away like a underage kid by some security guard - really embarrassing in front of my client.And, I don't mean from the building - from the garden!!! Id understand if my dog was naughty or not on a lead but must be some blanket rule. Shame really as lots of businesses around the Finsbury Park are dog friendly, kind of comes with the territory.In hindsight, this was a good experiance one of the punters tipped me off to another pub not to far away - and it was fantastic! I gave two stars for finsbury because they do have some good band nights. But a not very good choice on drinks and the service when busy is painstakingly slow.

A crackin' bar with live music, great service and seriously good food. A really enjoyable place to visit and highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place. If you're a live music fan, then it's the perfect place for you. There's always a gig on and the drinks are reasonably priced.

I stopped by for the weeklyComedy show this bar does on a Wednesday, some meantime beers (they had London Pale Ale and Yakima Red) and learnt that now there is pizza. It was lovely with great crispy base, speck ham and spicy rocket. Next time I go back for the laughter I think I will try another pizza and share a photo.

I live in Finsbury Park area since I arrived in London, and I have to admit it is a vibrant and eclectic neighbour.Walking from Manor House tube station to Harringay Green Lanes, there is The Finsbury pub, which is always crowded. Especially in spring and summer, the outdoor seats are inviting. What I like the most about the Finsbury it is the fact there is always something interesting to see, listen and enjoy. Every day of the week it is organized something different: comedy, concerts, and performances.Last time I went it was a Friday night. It was playing @Kubalove, an emerging rock pop group, and other four bands. I did have a lot of fun. The Pub is huge; there is an outdoor patio with plenty of tables, an indoor bar, and a back room assigned to performances.The Finsbury it is a great place to socialize, make new friends or catch up with the old one in a casual, dynamic, and energetic atmosphere.
