Chips looks like they had been sitting around for hours, garlic bread was covered in foil which I couldn’t get off, fish batter was so greasy, curry was so thick and cold - it all went on the bin I wont be buying from here again worst food ever

Pizza ended up in the bin along with the rest of the order. Will never order from here again

Food looks like was sitting on the hot plate for ages the chips was awful like been cook twice and sit in the chip tray beefburger the batter fall of when i cut into it batter sausage awful curry to thin was like lunch time waste of money

We had fish & chips. It wasn't the best we've had but it was OK.

This place was always reliable. Think the down turn in numbers out n about now due to cost of living has hit their enthusiasm. It's just gone a bit hit and miss. Had some really nice food from there but also some really bad unfortunately. Last time I had sweet curry and it was just water. Ruined the chips was binned it was so bad. So I probably won't waste the money on sat the fish and chips side anymore dunno if it would be worth it. But the kebabs and burgers I've always had decent from there have to be honest. The staff are great and always welcoming it would be nice to see it be like it was a few years back with more emphasis on quality. Nowhere around locally does fresh base pizzas or smash burgers. Or better quality kebabs. everything's cheap, cheap. Maybe introduce Some low fat high protein options? Some authentic Mediterranean options even? Hummus falafel wraps etc.

Fabulous meal. Only negative was we would like to add more than 1 sauce to kebab without buying separately. Great service otherwise though. Thank you

Food was late but app said it had been delivered

Delayed three times and still hasn’t turned up in the revised time.

Was as I asked and tasted great chicken was tasty crispy on the outside and not too dry

Fish was greasy and soggy. Chips were hard and re warmed. Curry sauce was cold and lumpy. Deeply disappointed.

No issue with delivery time, forgot a portion of chips but after a phone call they were delivered within 10 mins. Ordered many of times from here and never had a problem

The lamb meat didn’t taste right so I couldn’t eat it

Ordered as I was feeling a little hungry. When my food arrived it just didn’t seem as if it was cooked properly, fish had no taste as they normally would and chips were mushy.

My order was 45 minutes late, not acceptable. Will think twice about ordering again.

Tonight wasn’t the best, normally our food is really nice but not tonight, the chicken was overcooked & the gravy had a funny taste to it

Good food as always but gone a little slow on deliveries

Usually order from here as it’s my local but now disappointed, they stopped doing chicken donner which I had every other weekend so then I ordered doner meat and chips with salad as a last resort and my favourite part is the creamy coleslaw but now it looks like they’re not doing that anymore only the dried coleslaw which is hard! Shame as it was my favourite place to go! place has gone down hill.

Food was okay today, nothing amazing. Wish they would actually call you if they don't have something to give you a choice, spicy chicken wings are not the same thing a plain chicken strips!

This place never disappoints, food tends to come early, sometimes its late but its just due to being busy but its never been more than 15-30 minutes late and the delivery drivers are always so lovely at the door, every one of them! Food is always pipping hot and if the one extreme rare occassion there is an issue, when we call, they are always friendly and happy to help, cannot fault them at all! Obviously there can be the once in a blue moon bad day, but never that bad, but nothing is perfect and 9.9 times out of 10, they really deliver with everything! Always a happy customer!😊

Absolutely awful. Ordered chips and sausages in batter along with a pizza. Chips were not cooked well and sausages were stone cold. Rang to tell them and they swapped but chips were awful again, like they’ve not cooked them long enough or using old oil but inedible. Haven’t bothered ringing back for a second time as had to put child to bed. Never going here again. Worse experience ever.

Staff are very rude. They don't want to be there but they definitely don't want you to be there. Always a challenge ordering anything without them giving you dirty looks or telling you that you can't order that. Only marked up a star because of their garlic sauce which is quite nice. They don't always serve chicken kebab for reference they only do it on Friday/Saturday. Pathetic place, go to pizza hot instead

Honestly order from here all the time. Me and my partner both love it. The food is always of goof quality and their customer service has always been fab with us. Very happy.

Worst pizza I've ever seen. Felt sick eating it. Quick delivery. No crisp at all. This is genuinely the cheapest pizza you can make. Vote with my pocket and won't be coming again. The chicken pieces were large though

We ordered and paid for 2 cheese burgers in the order. Neither of the burgers came with cheese. Very disappointed.

Food was great, but if someone orders a tray of chips and curry sauce, please don't put the tray in the bag sideways. There was curry sauce everywhere.

We were ver6 impressed with our fish and chips, next time I’m hoping we can order the fish and1 lot of chips as it was too much for us but otherwise we were very pleased with our order and will definitely order from there again.

I have ordered through justeat many times and for an unknown reason my house number was vacant from this order. I phoned the restaurant who explained my house number was vacant and the food would be sent back out, and they had phoned me numerous times. I received no calls this end, perhaps due to poor signal. Two unfortunate glitches in no house number and poor phone signal. The attitude of the delivery driver however was unnacceptable. Hostile and blunt.

Both kebabs had very poor amount of salad and the garlic sauce was in fact mint sauce. Very disappointed this time round.

Food was amazing, always is. Usually delivery is always fast but assuming tonight they were busy as I waited 2 hours, ordered at 6 and delivery was scheduled between 7.30-7.50, arrived around 8:15, ordered a large chips & chinese curry but chips were delivered plain, rang up the restaurant and the guy on the phone was extremely helpful and I was sent out fresh chips with curry sauce, delivery driver was also apologetic.

Food was lovely however I didn’t have any salad on my kebab so was a little disappointed but still ate it regardless!

Food came in 15 mins not the hour it stated so I was busy putting the kid to bed. So all my food was cold. The pizza was burnt on the bottom and doughy as well as being cold. Service and food quality has gone downhill massively. Second awful order in a row. Wont be making a third!

Food came two hours after ordering when delivery time was originally 45-55mins then when the food came the sauce from the doner was everywhere all over the other food as it had just been thrown in the bag. Food also was not great!

Our order was over an hour late and the food was disgusting. The pizza’s were cold and greasy, we also ordered chips and gravy. The gravy was abysmal, practically solid with little flavour, the only part of our order that came as promised was the drink.

I have ordered quite a few times from this place and it’s always been absolutely lovely as well as the delivery drivers and restaurant workers. This time I ordered the burger was a bit undercooked so I phoned the restaurant and without hesitation they cooked a fresh one and sent it straight away. We all make mistakes and at the end of the day they are just human! So I can’t fault them really, I’d still highly recommend them!
