The Farm at No 12 in Renfrewshire

Been a while since I last visited. Food was gorgeous, friendly waitresses gave great service. Clearly popular. Compliments to the chef. Halloumi bagel and lentil soup went down a treat, I'm not a big fan of salsa but this one was gorgeous.

I’d heard good things about this place so when my mate suggested lunch I instantly said yes! Really nice farmhouse style place, lovely menu with something for everyone - I had Eggs Benedict Royal which was delicious followed by Banoffee Pie! Service was 5*, friendly and welcoming. Just a really nice place 👍

My first visit with my sister, niece and nephew. Would definitely be back and would recommend this place. Very quick service and friendly staff. I great value for money. had the french toast with bacon and maple syrup.

Great service and the Full Breakfast was one of the best I have had for a while. Quality produce and so well presented. My Partner had the Egg Benedict with Black Pudding and it too was amazing. All reasonably priced and nice place to sit and relax.

This place is a Little Diamond. Food is very good and staff are great too. Only negative is the cost of the excellent cakes on offer. The cakes are very good but you can buy a full cake for the price of a slice. I will come back regardless

Took our granddaughter for lunch and to see the animals, she loved the changing coloured spotlights in the cafe and enjoyed her tuna sandwich, grandad's mac'n'cheese wasn't very warm but tasty would have asked for it to be heated but granddaughter's attention span is limited being 23 months so just ate it my sandwich was fine. She loved the animals and will take her back

Short staffed and the ones that turned up were hopeless. Over priced . Slow service. Cash only (hope the tax man knows) no prices given on the bill. No paper receipts. Will never be back.

Arrived just before 2pm looking for a table for 2. Looked into the dinning room to see 2 tables with people sitting, the rest of tables empty but each one still had dirty plates on them. Eventually attracted the attention a staff member and was told to wait and she disappeared. After 5 minutes when she didn't return we left. It would appear that where wasn't enough staff. Won't be back......

I take my father to this place regularly. We love it there. Food is always good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended to many people.

Such a cute wee spot for breakfast and coffee. The place is small inside but very cosy. The menu offers breakfast as well as lunch offers and great tea and coffee. The staff were welcoming and chatty. Would happily go back. Great food and really nice atmosphere.
