Never arrived - restaurant no help and never offered to send again. Won’t be ordering again. Shame as well as good is usually good.

wrong thing arrived, food was late n cold, driver not answering calls, and restaurant dont care, they refuse to do anything to help, and just eat is non contactable. waste of money using them

Food was not warm when delivered, the first time that has happened , got a few deliveries from this place that tonight was not good.

Ordered nachos that said it came with guacamole, salsa and sour cream but only had cheese on top so was very bland.

All food arrived cold and had to be reheated. Salt & chilli burger came with cheese on top despite the menu not mentioning cheese on it at all (parter is lactose intolerant). Hotdog came with ketchup and mustard although we asked for none in comments

Don’t order take away. Ordered food never showed called up they lied ans said order was just leaving hour past and just eat still sitting at waiting to be prepared. Called again to be called back 3 hours after it was due (had already told them to cancel at this point and contact just eat for refund which they told me to in the last call) said we are just putting “another lot of the food order on” never did the first one. Sent it even tho I said not to. Wife Rejected it at the door as I had went to sleep, driver some how managed to but the code in correctly which am guessing the business told him it so they got paid. Order was placed 8:45 with 35-40min wait called at 7:30 called at 8:30 (to cancel) was called at 9:30 and food sent at about 10 was already in bed for work next day and food was binned as it was left at door after wife side no to driver. Still charge and won’t refund shocking way to run any sort of place

food all cold burger and chips where freezing waste of money for cold food

Avoid ordered and food didn’t arrive. Contact them after 1 hour then 2 hours and 3 still no food told not to bother and requested a refund. They then made the food and sent was rejected and left they put the code in themselves so they got paid.

watched the driver on the map pick up my food and then hang around fountain gardens for a bit before they decided to come to me. needless to say my food and drinks were similar temperatures to each other which is disappointing

Amazing 👏🏻 Absolutely so happy we chose to come here for lunch. One of the best menus I have seen in a long time! Even my 3 year old devoured his mac & cheese. Honestly can't wait to come back again and keep trying something different.

Bar with live music, basic street food menu, a few tables for Sitting at. Wouldn't bring a child in future. Could benefit from some tlc but cheap drinks and decent food.

food was good,but the coke was meant to be a 330ml and got a 250ml plus cans were with the food ,so warm...

Great food again from the Keg. I had the classic veggie burger with the Cajun fries which were delicious. I've never been disappointed yet with the food or delivery.

I give this place five due to its incredibly nice staff, great atmosphere, central location and above all its the only constantly open alternative venue in Paisley to my knowledge

Hotdogs tasted amazing was happily surprised to find chips came with them made the entire order that much better, good value for money taste on point will absolutely be back! Extremely satisfied customer ;-)

i ordered the macaroni last night and the first mouthful was disgusting, it tasted so sour and off,i tried contacting through the app and was told to leave a review, its a shame because i order frequently and usually its good.

Pedí la ‘hamburguesa de doble barril’ y las patatas fritas cargadas de ternera con chile con una pinta por un precio muy razonable £ 24. 95 y por lo que has conseguido yo habría pagado felizmente un poco más. La hamburguesa es, con diferencia, la mejor hamburguesa de éxito que he probado. Rezumaba frescura y en realidad se podía saborear el condimento en la carne. Las papas cargadas eran las mismas. Ninguno de tus ingresos baratos sh**e! La dueña del bar, creo que es la dueña de todos modos. . (Heather) es una vibra, la forma en que interactúa con sus clientes es insuperable. Es simplemente sin esfuerzo y puede decir que ama lo que hace. Es así de bueno que le mande un mensaje a mi barbero preguntándole si quieren una hamburguesa bajada ya que ahí es donde me dirijo 😂 10 / 10 - Recomiendo encarecidamente y volveré con mis amigos, ya que estuve aquí hoy.

Great burgers and the chilli hotdogs are awesome

We were disappointed with the food as it turned up with one missing. Couldn’t get through to the keg on call to see what happened until 10/15 min later food now cold and driver came back with missing food which is now cold! Keg was not great as said nothing they could do and took no responsibility for the delivery so disappointing

A nice place for pub grub. Good food and friendly service. Alsdog fr, which is great.

Food was stinking man never going again

The delivery time was great, really quick but that is what makes what I'm about to say very strange. My food on arrival was cold, not just passable. It was cold, I had to microwave my food to get it to a decent temperature which just removes the whole point of ordering food.

We really used to like this place, we had dinner there several times,but one day my daughter was walking with her friends from the station and one of her friends who's disabled needed the toilet and the person who was in the door told them that they needed to get food in order to use the toilet I thought it's was an unlawful thing to deny the use of the toilets and more to a disabled person horrendous place.owner doesn’t take good the criticism attacking and being rude.

Popped in for a couple drinks and a bite to eat. Didn't anticipate much, just the usual pub grub but was really surprised - the burgers (buffalo chicken and vegan halloumi) were excellent and the fries were crisp and well seasoned. Top tier. Staff were friendly and it was an added bonus to find out out the bar sold flugel for a parting gift - will come back soon!

I ordered to Paisley Craft Beer Co as I attended a social event there and was really hungry. I ordered the veggie tacos with cheesy nachos. Very well packaged and good amount of salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Tastes really good and flavoursome. Would get again to enjoy in the place again.

The order was marked delivered but it didn’t arrive. the keg didn’t answer the phone any of the 10 times I called. Ridiculous

I'm a delivery driver and coming to this place is just ridiculous, the staff are nice but the time they take to make the food is pathetic even when it's quiet you wait 20 minutes, in my opinion they should not be on the platform if they can't meet customer demands, orders in McDonald's come out faster and with better quality rather than this place, they tell you to wait five minutes then give you no updates and leave you hanging, honestly the worst place I have ever picked up orders from I will encourage drivers to avoid this place

all together the food was alright the chicken fillets where a bit dry so where the chicken wings. the bbqsauce was way too much vinegar in it. the burger was amazing and so where all the other things from my order. I would order again the food was still hot when it arrived good quality for the price.

Classic burger was immense, ordered the buffalo chicken chips as a side, did enjoy the chips & the chicken but just a bit too much sauce for me personally, no hate on the keg though I still ate the full thing! My partner got the original bucket and she enjoyed it too however was missing mozzarella sticks :( minoinor complaint was the sizes of the dips, the little tubs are a slight pain but overall we enjoyed our food!

Got a delivery. Delivered fairly quick. Spent £50. Wasn’t overly impressed. Been for sit in when it first opened and food was fantastic. However last nights food was like eating food from Iceland or farmfoods. Clearly through time the quality of food has changed and was like basically eating frozen food tarted up from Iceland or farmfoods. I get things are tight nowadays but charging the money they do I expect a hell of a lot better quality. Bland and over cooked items.

Missed the biggest and most expensive item off my order. Tried phoning and the line's just busy. Total disappointment.

Ate there on a Sunday evening. Good food, great brews, two nice women running the place, quiet on Sunday but seems to have a lot scheduled for weekly evenings. “Cheers” atmosphere.

I got the email saying my delivery was on the way, I logged into the app and checked the map and could see the driver in the total wrong place. He then went to another completely wrong place. When he arrived at my house I asked how many orders he had and he told me just one. I then asked him why he went to two different places before delivering my food and he just walked away and I shouted after him and he kept walking. My food is cold and not edible as a result.

Was really looking forward to this meal as heard such good things and unfortunately my food wasn't hot and was average overall which was disappointing due to the price and most likely won't order again.

I was absolutely discussed to a couple that were joing my company got treated bye a member off serving staff. I personally have work on the trade for 20 years and if my staff treated and spoke to any customers like the wY she did. I would seriously think of sacking her. She accused them off being having to much before coming yo meet us. The girl thought she had all the power possible to judge. She was so wrong lost good trade by her power trip. And pubs in Paisley are closing looks like the Keg will be soon.

Used to love coming here. Unfortunately staff kill they buzz. Particularly Jordan, short girls with glasses. On a very quiet night maybe one or two customers in the restaurant. If you ask for a drink this member of staff will glare At you when like you took dog dump on her door. She will then process to with hold the drink and shove the card machine in my face as if I'm going to run away with the glasses. I know this might not be the case but as a black person. This flags up as profiling. I never see them doing this Caucasian members of the public and certainly never treated like that in every other bar in Glasgow and paisley, trust me I go to alot of bars. One I have payed for my drink then and drink it in peace. This member of staff will continue to glare at me basically tell me to leave. Heather is the owner is lovely however is great and tries there best to be understanding and tries to make all members of the public no matter, what skin, faith or background. It's a shame I have to give a 1 start but I do not wish to be made out to be a criminal while i order a beer and to glared at by staff while drinking said beer

Popped in without a reservation on quiz night and got seated at the bar. Great drinks, great food and really great staff!

Had a look on here and cannot believe I left it so long between visits. Anyways...another visit, another 5 stars. Staff were welcoming and efficient, food was great, will visit again soon.

Love the Keg. Another delicious burger and fries. Definitely one of the best burgers in Paisley. The only slightly negative comment I have is the portion of fries could be larger then it would be perfect.

Food is no where near to the standard it used to be, the portion sizes are tiny in comparison. Salt and chilli nuggets had no flavour.

Delivery over an hour late. Food frozen cold upon arrival. Actually inedible - we chucked more than half of it and tried to heat up the remainder - which also ended up horrid. There was no communication from the restaurant - just the justeat expected delivery time which kept getting delayed last minute. I wish the restaurant had contacted us and let us know just how far behind they were running and given us the option of cancelling or waiting. Friday night, everywheres busy - I get that - but it's how places handle their customer care during their busy period that sets them out for the rest. Will be contacting justeat for a refund :(

A great bar. Was treated to free live music. Service was exceptional with the bartender not afraid to interact and have a laugh with customers. Drinks were on the cheap side, can get a very large Venom cocktail bucket for just £10. Food was very good, well above the average 'pub food' standard, can recommend the chicken burger. Only complaint would be was a bit on the quieter side for a Friday night, however, this could have just been a one off.

I've had food delivered before which wasn't as hot as I'd like. This is the first time I've had food I'd describe as cold delivered. The can of coke delivered with the food was warmer than the hotdog and fries.

Got 2 beef burgers that had an odd after taste to them, mac and cheese was dry and the mac wasent cooked completely and the wings are cooked far to much. For the money we paid dont think we would order again

Popped in for a quick drink before table reservation for dinner elsewhere. Atmosphere and music superb, service behind the bar attentive and chatty! Still my favourite pub in Paisley!
