The Ethiopian Coffee Company in Islington

What an excellent find. The best coffee ever, plus lovely toasties. Small artisan coffee shop, a few tables outside, great for watching the world going by!

I visited the stall at Southbank and assuming it’s the same company. Usually I have digestion issues with flat whites but here they used almond (or maybe Oat) milk and none of the taste was lost. Probably the best flat white I’ve had in London.

Good friendly service from efficient staff. Lovely cosy atmosphere inside and outside tables too. Great coffee, of course. Good sandwiches and cakes as well. Dog friendly inside and out.

I just bumped in this Coffee house accidentally with a colleague of mine. We are usually always up to discover places that serve a good coffee and by the look of this one we thought we might give it a go. The place was quite, nice and cosy with a good selection of pastry. We got our two espresso immediately and once out we couldn't stop saying how good it was and trying to find excuses to go back the next day even though is a bit off the map. We will definitely be back soon. No wonder coffee came from Ethiopia!
