Very clean and tidy food and service was very good will be going back

Had streak and mash. Wasn’t nice at all. The mash was rock hard and the steak was undercooked. No one came to do a check back for me to address it. Staff aren’t the happiest either. Ask them to smile a bit.

Today, 17 us went for lunch. All pre-booked from their party menu. Everyone gad a great time. Food was excellent, hot and large portions. There were no problems at all, food came quickly and no errors with our orders. Would definately recommend. Staff lovely, will definately be back. Thank you.

Big thanks to Keelan for looking after us this evening. Gorgeous customer service. Food came out quick and was tasty. We went on a Sunday evening so was quite quiet. Will definitely be back again.

My partner and I love the Crown. He has a 40% off the food menu which we are using tomorrow. The staff are friendly and all our friends are able to sit together.

Food was fine, nothing to write home about but OK. The service was good, friendly and helpful staff quick service Found the place cold and very noisy and good number of children screaming and crying may be better later in the evening. Beware of the Car, Parked in a Disabled bay, displayed my badge used the pub and nothing else and got a £100 fine from Euro Car Parking... I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE CROWN when you can not even park in their car park without getting a bloody ticket. I'm happy to say that since this review was first posted the crowd have reached out to us and have arrange for the parking change to be cancelled.

Always a warm reception here at the crown... Geoff and the team are extremely welcoming... I've been to site a few times to do work for M and B... Yesterday we came to look at the flat roof but the weather was against us. The Crown Inn is lovely and clean, very tastefully decorated and each time I've visited it's had a great atmosphere... The food looks fresh and inviting and they run some great offers. There is a smashing team of experienced staff that work here, all really friendly, which makes for a more pleasant eating / drinking experience... Outside smoking huts to keep dry and warm. Ample parking Just be sure to put your registration in on the machine inside for the free parking... Thanks to Geoff and the team for another warm welcome and for looking after us while on site.... Top job 👍🙂

I was recently involved with a film production which was filming in the area and The Crown Inn team went above and beyond to welcome the production team whilst we was in the area. Not only did they allow us to reserve a section of the pub for our lunch over x3 days, they also gave us permission to use a large section of the car park to situate some of our tech and crew vehicles. The whole experience dealing with them was second to none. They took great care to facilitate our booking from an early stage and the communication / customer service was impeccable. I hope to be back in the area to pop in to this establishment again. Not to mention the quality of the food and drink. Hats off to the whole team. Best Wishes, Jack

Danni was an amazing hostess, helped me immediately from the moment I came in, was friendly, warm and welcoming and had a great attitude and sense of humour. For a chain pub, it really feels like they care about their service as if it’s their own, refreshing.

Staff are always so helpful, lovely place to eat they can't do enough for you, always a friendly welcome.

Brilliant service. I forgot to type in my car on the parking machine inside so I got a ticket in the post. As soon as I came in it was resolved immediately. Put my worries to bed immediately. Good team here at the Crown inn, pop in !

Bit disappointed.... Had a steak sizzler, it was very greasy! (much more so than other sizzling pubs) The place itself was very dark and dated!

Very friendly place .met with a warm welcome from management which is lovely to see as not many places do this . The bar staff are very helpful too Food fantastic .highly recommend and will be back again soon

All I've ever had are pleasant experiences when I have visited The Crown. Geoff and the team know exactly how to look after diners, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Super clean. Wide, varied range on the menu. Great tasting food, which is always hot and freshly cooked. Will definitely visit again!

I would just like to say that the food was amazing... i understand there was one chef in the kitchen Rich with many orders on and yes there was a little wait but not that you would care about because it was worth the wait... Aimee, Amy and Ellie working front of house, happy friendly and a happy to help ij any way and especially in this horrible heat.. it will become.a local, because just moved here... staff awsome and a credit and the chef under pressure worked suberb what more could you want...thanks team Crown and lush night 😁

Food was exceptional for a Sizzler pub, the chicken tikka sizzler didn’t “over crisp” on the sizzler plate. Staff weee incredible and couldn’t have been more friendly. Both the server on till (8:30pm on Thursday 18th July) and the manager who helped with a Groupon voucher code input on till

Superb pub, location is ideal, close to shops service from danni, went above & beyond for me to sort my parking issue out after i visited for a cold drink after long hot day at work, her kindness and 5* service is to be recognised.

I live in Aldridge and loved to take my nephew and boyfriend for lunch each week ,until you changed your menu 's and increased prices, we came the first time and was very disappointed, you stopped doing the lunch time meals,especially the wraps,so had a few weeks off,went again today very disappointing won't be going again thankyou😒

Kee and Mark are the 2 nicest and best staff of a place like this you could wish to ask for... can't do enough for you. And the food was easy 9/10 what a great pub.... has everything!

I call in here around every month or so when visiting my granddaughter who lives locally, we go here mostly to enjoy a meal, we enjoy the meals here and find the menu quite pleasing, the staff are always helpful and always serve us with a smile I would certainly recommend for a pleasant meal in good surroundings at a very reasonable price

We come to the Crown regularly. The service is amazing and the food is always consistently tasty, hot and served in good time. Rosie is especially efficient and attentive as is Danni. Super place for a good priced tasty meal. The food is easier to order than writing a review! You could make that easier.

Lovely meal tonight at The Crown in Aldridge, we go on a regular basis, the staff are friendly and efficient and the food is very good.

Meal very nice, atmosphere very dull, shouting from the kitchen wasn't very professional. The pub/ restaurant was clean comfortable seating, when we were seated the table in front there were 2 members of staff having lunch, 1 was lying down which didn't look very good. The pub needs more atmosphere they may get more people in. Don't know if I'd return

Came for dinner with my parents and the food and service was good. Only expedition was the kitchen staff were sitting in a booth with their feet on the chairs and the kitchen staff could be heard shouting in the kitchen and the doors are wide open. They are fire doors and should be kept closed.

Had lunch on Saturday at The Crown and we were very impressed ! The menu was really varied ! I have to have a gluten free diet and I was amazed how well I was catered for ! The staff actually ask if customers have any food allergies when you order and check with kitchen to ensure that what you order is prepared safely ! Even the cutlery is kept separately for customers with allergies . Over all extremely impressed and the food and service was excellent !

The crown in aldridge has got to be the best sizzler around the food is always pipping hot and nicely cooked and the staff are so nice always helpful

Good pub grub and excellent service, haven’t been for many years but will return. Wife had the surf and turf and steak was cooked perfectly (rare).

We had a lovely visit as always, we booked a family dinner for a birthday .. there was 18 of us but every single member of staff served with a smile on their face, food and drinks came out fast there was nothing we could fault! Thankyou To the The Crown staff.

Went here on 16th Sep with family to celebrate my Dads birthday. The service was quick and the food was lovely. They made a effort to makesure the kids were ok and continuosly checked on us to makesure we were ok and had everything we needed. They also helped us surprise my Dad with his birthday cake ❤ Good atmosphere, great staff and great food. Wev been here a few times and there always the same, very helpful. Thanks you.

Staff went above and beyond. I had the chicken Sizzler and my friend had the faithful chicken Buttermilk burger. Food was presented well, served quickly, nice and hot and very tasty. I had Eaten Mess my friend Banoffee cheese cake. Would definitely recommend this pub.
