First time eating from here had a chicken chow main and dry spare ribs was absolutely fantastic well recommend definitely be having from there again 👌

Salt & pepper chicken was very different from what I usually expect. Not sure if it was the right dish i dont think it was. Plain chow mein and curry was nice x

Wow! Best Chinese we've had in a long time! Well worth the extra drive!

Shame because the food is nice but we never ever get the right order. Every single time there is something missing. Like no chicken in the chicken and chips tray, no chips in the chicken balls box. Got fed up of having to go back as they don't understand. So, unfortunately, just given up on them.

After a bad experience from another local Chinese I took my time to get comfortable with another. Had 13 deliveries off this company now. Absolutely bang on. Food is beautiful, always fresh, hot and on time.. As I say 13 orders here now since mid November. Won't go anywhere else

Just placed my first order absolutely lovely lady very patient and nice ! Food came quick and piping hot ! So far it’s absolutely delicious ! Best chicken soup ever !

Order chicken chow-main and chip they got the order wrong gave me some sea food lucky I’m not allergic to it and then my other half bite in to a chip which was soft in the middle but there was a hard bit and it broke her tooth rang them up to tell them what happened and all they said do you want more chips and what can we do won’t be ordering from there again

I was recommended trying the curry dishes from there. I did have the duck and special curry. Scrumptious! Will try the chicken n beef curry next time.

Love this place, quick service and will also make special orders in week. Great tasting and not made a mistake yet with our order. Also repeats telephone orders back so no mistakes and the delivery driver is also polite and time. Food is still hot when delivered.

We have been using Jade Garden for years. We ordered a special curry tonight which we could only call a pork fat curry. No beef, chicken, prawns or mushrooms. Absolutely awful will not be using anytime soon.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food around the area , just had a salt and pepper box and I wouldn’t feed it to the foxs to be honest

Ordered 3 meals with a promised collection time of 30 minutes. Unfortunately on arrival meals were not ready - took another 20 minutes before meals were ready. No apology or explanation. Very poor customer service.

Was upset to see chef come out to the the front of the shop to have a cigeratte and still wearing kitch apron, not hygienic I would say.

First time ordering from hear and definitely the last my springrols was pure grease my crispy duck pancakes cost me 8 pound 10 and I carnt evern hardly chew it it been overcooked to the point its brittle and snaps apart my chow Maine was bland and mushy to the point I couldnt evern enjoy it so 32 .20 gone down drain definitely do not reccomend

Wouldn’t say the food was terrible because it wasn’t, but i just felt like it was a bit on the bland side, salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken were just like plain battered chicken and plain chips with barely any seasoning and a bit of veg thrown in, I like mine so that you have to down a litre of water after eating 😂

First time we've ordered from here. As usual place was shut. And must say food was perfect, beef curry was amazing not rubbery and chips were nice too and dried rice and the prawn crackers were fresh and not greasy. And arrived before time too. Not too expensive. And delivery chap was very polite and gave us a chines new year calander. Will definitely order from here again.
