Vile grotty hole. The attitude of the staff matches the rundown exterior of the establishment. Prices are high for the area, amenities are limited and in a poor state of repair. Better to walk the 3 minutes to the Ship just after the lights.

I watched Liverpool FC vs Man U at this place they have a very friendly and clean environment.

Played darts against these great lads for a number of years now allways a great nite and food excellent but to fetch left over sandwiches from a birthday party into tap room for refreshments that have been out for a few hours, well sorry for darts lads that have got to sit there and see this paying well earned monies over bar week in and week out and bringing money into ther local every other week it was embarrassing.

Amazing food for all the family. Great entertainment and most welcoming pub in the village.

Worst fish and chips I've ever had. Paid £7.15 for burnt reheated chips and a fish still trying to swim in the grease. Threw it straight in the bin. Putting a twist of lemon on this fish was like putting glitter on a dog egg.

Great local pub owned by friendly and good natured people who know how to make a welcoming pub environment. The venue itself is huge with a games side (pool table, games machine and darts) and a side with more table seating. Weekends always have good singers/DJs which gets in quite the crowd. Great selection of drinks on tap too. Located in the heart of the village by a main road so easy to find.

Great friendly local pub with the perfect host's Paul and his wife. Plenty going on... Live entertainment on a Sunday afternoon, acoustic night on a Monday & much more...
