New Wok in Rotherham

Never been so pissed of messed my order up then sent me raw chicken stop away from new wok

Enjoyed my Singapore Chow Mein, maybe best in Rotherham. Food is top quality, good portions, staff are friendly and helpful.

I ordered large spring rolls and a special chow mein absolutely delicious I'll definitely be ordering from there again

Very very disappointing. Chow mien tasted like soil. Everything bang average at best. Over 1.1/2 hour for local delivery. Will definitely not be going any where near this establishment again 🥴

What I ordered has nothing to do with what I received 😒

Absolutely dreadfull. Worst I've probably had. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and prawn balls. Chicken balls 90% batter and the prawn ones were definitely days/weeks old and re heated because they were brown/black and solid. Couldn't bite into them. Salt and pepper chips were a box of un seasoned chips with a few slices of onion. Ordered a combo box for 2 and everything was so dry/old and uneatable. Strongly advise to not order from here. Disguisting

Tonight was really nice, came quick too. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was really salty though. Everything else was spot on.

I use this place about once a month never had a bad meal yet. I always collect mine not sure if that makes any difference. Usually have a curry and or a chow main springs rolls and sweet n sour.

Evening campers, Today we visited this mere establishment, to fill our huge bellies. We had very high hopes as this our second visit to here and we recalled that it was one of our favourite chineses. However, our most recent visit did not live up to the high standards we were expecting. To begin with, we ordered salt and pepper chips with onions, we were shocked when they were ready as it was more salt and pepper onions with chips. The onions stood over the chips like mount everest in comparison with a baby goat! I am surprised there were enough onions left in the world for anyone else after opening this box. The chips were comme ci comme ça (if you can’t read spanish this means that they were spicy!) Moving on, we also ordered soft noodles with no beansprouts. We got a large because our bellies are surprisingly bigger than an ant. They were slimy and we would definitely NOT trade our first born in for these, luckily we’ve already traded it in 5 times previously. On a positive note, the lady who served us was very polite and understanding, she also gave us a free bag of prawn crackers despite our order only being £6.70 (Legend!) To conclude this report, we will not be returning to this chinese again, mainly because we have a thousand other chineses to rate (for business reasons obviously) however also because of the average food! Overall, it was okay food and good price and would not stand in the way of someone wanting to go there as we did not order much food and the rest of the menu may be impecable. Peace out homies

Don't order the fillet beef it's not fillet fatty and chewy and fillet beef isnt like tht. the salt and pepper chips just tastless. Also salt and pepper chicken was chewy to avsulyte rubbish won't be ordering from here again

Chinese is my favourite takeout meal, however I was not impressed with this meal at all. Tasteless and stodgy. My go to meal from a new takeaway is chicken chow mein, but this was not nice. My partner had chicken in black bean sauce, he said it was edible, just, but has had better. Not impressed. Make your own mind up though, try your go to meal and see what you think 🤷‍♀️

Orded again and the order was wrong again poor service and they just don't know what to do would advise to order from somewhere else

You have to know where you are going or you can miss it. There isnt alot to distinquish it from the rest of the parade, but the food is outstanding. Throughly enjoyed the meal. Would go again if in the area

I've never had a problem before, but tonight's food was the worst I've ever had anywhere, the bonus was it came 20mins early. Most of the food was luke warm, I had to microwave the sweet and sour sauce, not the end of the world, but my spring roll tasted quite weird. I NEVER usually leave bad reviews EVER, but I felt I had to on this occasion.

Had the combo 1. Very poor usually go to different takeaway but they dont deliver and im in isolation. Have the same order from them 10 times better from mine. New wok very small portions not much taste. Very poor will ho back to the Mandarine at kimberworth.

I rang up and ordered from here and it got to an hour and it still wasn’t here I rang up and asked where it is and they said “oh sorry it will be 20 mins” so I’m guessing they forgot to cook it then it got to 40 mins and it still wasn’t here so I again rang up and asked where it was and they said 5 mins. When it got delivered it was cold and really dry I won’t be ordering from here again!! And the “munchie salt and pepper chicken box” is supposedly meant to be everything salt and pepper but it was so dry and it didn’t taste one bit like salt and pepper!!!

Waited over an hour and half for delivery. Couldn't get in touch with them for an hour. When the food arrived it was cold. Finally got in touch and said they were busy and offered 20% discount, not good enough. If you're too busy stop taking orders!! Slight more expensive than other takeaways so thought it would be better. Don't order from here.

The worst Chinese I have ever had in my life, rice was over cook I have ever had. They only take cash .no card payments.

2 and a half hours and still waiting, ridiculous!!

Food was late by over 45 mins,the taste was like no Chinese I've ever tried before, chicken was slimey, ribs had no meat on them and the sweet and sour sauce was disgusting most likely old and reheated. I feel sick this morning. I have put a complaint in with just eat who have advised me to take this to the council. Never again will I order from here.

Very dissapointed. Food is usually nice but todays put me off big time. Order went as usual , food came in 45 minutes but instant issues upon arrival. We got the munchie box and the driver brought it tipped on it side. BBQ sauce all over the food inside the box . Onions and chilli for the salt and pepper items tipped to one side. Food itself just bland. No flavour, hot i will give them that but blegh. Fried rice tasted and smelt of plastic and the BBQ sauce had no consistency to it , just watery. Even the fortune cookies just tasted weird. Just overall a complete waste of money. Wont be using here again, had a previous bad experience with a very creepy and innapropriate driver but decided to try them once more with someone else in the house with me as the food was decent. Never again.

Appalling place! Ordered at 18:35 order confirmed for 19:35 which is ridiculous anyway only to have our order pushed back to 20:00 for no apparent reason. Very disappointed!

If I could give 0 I would delivery driver can't even use Google maps and I had to go meet him. Then the food gave me food poisoning from the prawn toast. Stay away at all costs.

Nice food but to say salt n peper chicken box i had 5 tiny pieces n mainly batter ill stick to my own chinese as also get king prawn in it n cheaper taster

Beautiful...!! We thought we would try this new takeaway the chips are to die for egg fried rice perfect and chicken chow mein was delicious and a good size too you can order it with sauce or dry we had it dry as we added curry sauce would defo recommend

Order didn't come correct and special foo young was full of water. Had to put a star to post the review otherwise I'd have given it a 0 star
