Disappointed with cooked breakfast. Bread was slightly toasted and not fried. Quite a bland breakfast compared to other places.

Excellent food, very friendly service, great selection available on menu and of baked goods. The baked goods are very generously portioned - it's the sort of place where you want to try everything in sight! The restaurant seating area inside is very quaint with mismatched tables and chairs but limited in size, although there is outdoor seating available if weather permits. I cannot fault the quality of the food but be warned however, it is a little on the expensive side e.g. £10 for a filled soda and £5.80 for one sausage roll. There is a toilet available in a nearby wooden shed but bizarrely the is a sign inside which says "This toilet is not part of the Creamery Can and should not be reviewed as such" - which makes no sense whatsoever. It was badly in need of a deep clean when I visited, but I was glad that it was available regardless. Either take responsibility for cleaning it, or don't allow the public to use it!

Was disappointed upon visiting recently. Seemed to be a bit of a wait to get speaking to someone whilst waiting to order. Once we did staff was friendly enough though was quite shocked that a quiche was £8 for the item alone and seemed rather steep. My main issue was that although the cafe wasn’t too busy when we arrived there were several tables that had not been cleared and the one we sat at was sticky and not wiped down and no one had come to clean it that with the fact they put the cutlery down in the middle of said sticky table was definitely off putting. It seemed that two quite young staff members had been left in charge of everything from taking orders and cooking also and were possibly overwhelmed. I will say that the quiche was very nice and enjoyed it sadly same couldn’t be said for the iced coffee. We could also overhear people complaining over similar issues. I just think for how expensive food is here the service should reflect but sadly that was not the case as the uncleanliness just put us off.

We usually call here for coffee and scones and have always enjoyed it. This time we called for lunch and my husband ordered a panini and when it was served it was only one half of a panini with the filling on the top. Looking back we should have asked where the other half was. I had the loyalty card and was entitled to a free coffee and I had ordered a coffee and a bottle of water. The water was the cheaper option than the coffee yet it was the water that was taken off the bill and not the coffee. It just left us feeling so very disappointed indeed as the panini definitely wasn’t worth the money at all and I felt the coffee should have been taken off the bill. The outside toilet is never clean.

Ordered two sausage rolls and was told they came with side salad. Paid £6 each which I thought was dear enough. When they brought them to the table they’d run out of salad so we had a sausage roll each with a small amount of tomato relish. Apparently I hadn’t paid for salad in the cost! So £6 each for a sausage roll! No matter how tasty a sausage roll may be, it’s never worth that! I’m genuinely sorry to say the Creamery Can has just become a bit too expensive.

Went for lunch, had the pulled pork in brioche bap, served with coleslaw, dry lettuce (no dressing) and half a cherry tomato. Pulled Pork was dry and cold fatty pork fillet with some barbecue sauce drizzled over it. Worst I have ever had, tasteless. Prices extortionate for what you get. Very bad experience. Won't be visiting again.

We got served quick enough. It is a small location so you would have to get here early or wait. It has such a cute scenery inside and the views! However, it took an hour with only an apology before we even got our coffees + another 20 minutes before we got food. The food was excellent quality though I was starving for a breakfast and shouldn’t have had to wait that long. Did not appear to have any signs for a toilet in this small establishment though from what we could see. There is not much of a car park and the road to this place is a bit tight.

I frequently call in here on cycle runs, but recently it’s been a bit disrupted. I called today - usual excellent coffee, and range of tray bakes. However, there’s a new system that if you sit outside on the patio, the food comes in a disposable container, and the coffee in a cardboard cup. Not very eco-friendly at all compared with washing up, and disappointing from a venue that prides itself on ethical values.

Before Covid I was usually here about once a month, so I was delighted to see it had reopened again. Like most places the prices have gone up but as the food is normally excellent, I was happy to pay the increase. i ordered the Homemade wheaten bread, rocket leaves, avocado, eggs & balsamic drizzle and for the first time ever, I was very disappointed as the avocado was hard, the eggs had been fried - solid yolks, I wasn't asked how I would like them fried as previously they had been poached, I would have asked for sunny side up and the bread was very crumbly. I did say to the staff, who were very pleasant, but all they could say was that they were disappointed that I wasn't happy with my meal

We arrived at the Can which is a usual stop on the way to the North Coast. The service was a bit chaotic we had to wait a long time to place our order. Our order was simple coffee and scones but this took along time to arrive nearly half an hour. When our order arrived the coffee and scones were good. Whilst the coffee shop was reasonably busy there were rumblings from the tables next to us. It is disappointing that one of our favourite coffee stops was let down by poor organisation in the kitchen.

Never again, took my friend for lunch it was a disaster. Waited 15 mins to get my order taken then I was told they were not cooking eggs so I ask for a sausage bap. As I waited the couple next to me one was served the wheaten and eggs I ask again why they couldn't serve me the same and was told they were not cooking eggs. When my sausage bap came I lifted the top of bap and I thought it was a piece of bread cut in 4 fingers nò it was anemic looking sausages they didn't seem to be very happy when I returned the food. I ask again about the eggs that surely it would take longer to cook sausages and was told no the sausages were precooked and warmed in microwaveWe had waited 20 mins for all this. I was not the only person that was dissatisfied. I do feel if this cafe wants to make their business work they need to look again at the staffing levels. There was quite a few young girls serving and this is no reflection on them .The owners need to take heed

To the point now where we will give it another try but may stop coming, because the last number of visits have NOT been a positive experience. When we were last in the young ladies are incredibly slow and everything is done in slow motion, there is very little chat or personality from them. Sadly the food is still great but the service and servers need an overhaul........and soon. You will lose valuable customers if you don't get your act together! The reason I have given a "poor" rating for value is solely based on the awful service. I do hope there reviews are read and acted upon by the owners of this lovely little eaterie. I want to continue my patronage but will only do so if I see an improvement. These comments are made in the spirit of constructive criticism

Amazing scones and delicious tray bakes with a few gluten free options. Old tables were empty cable rolls. Those serving were friendly.

Was at this restaurant today. All we wanted was tea and tray bake,20 minutes! They don't seem to be able to get their act together. Their food is fine but the long drawn out service has put me off. I was here 2 years ago when it first opened. The service was painfully slow then and thought it had been teething problems but obviously not!

Outside surrounding not very nice, rough farm buildings. Parking not organised. Toilet is a wooden hut outside. Inside is pretty and nicely decorated but the flies are awful. Creeping over everything. Lovely dishes and teapots. A nice cup of tea , however the bread snack was expensive for all it was. Too many staff who don't seem to know their role. The resident dog chased the car and it was quite frightening as I worried that it might get hurt. Did this with all cars. Won't be in any hurry back.!

One could easily miss this charming little spot, so lookout! it's worth a visit. I would recommend their savory snacks and tasty treats. Sadly I tried their fry....GRILL....OK not great, poor value for money....better up the road.

A lovely place for morning coffee, although they do do lunch as well. Very cute building just in front of the main farm. Don't let the roadworks put you off going. There's a lovely collie dog which greets you and it was almost as if it was showing us the way to the door! Great cakes, lovely décor, friendly staff and nice music. We will definitely return on our next trip to Northern Ireland. The collie dog was also funny, racing your car to the exit through the adjoining field. Great coffee and scones were so fresh, lovely.

What a lovely place to stop for coffee or lunch. Food choice is excellent. Downside - have visited three times in recent weeks and never once has the Shed Wc been cleaned. The sink in particular is filthy!!!!! Come on owners - it is letting the place down - that and your beautiful collie dog who faithfully retrieves balls and sticks - their coat behind the ears is so matted through neglect!!! Take time and treat them to a groom. It's the small things that customers notice and the collie dog is such an attraction. Otherwise faultless.

Went there with my mum for lunch and a little treat. We had salad with traditional wheaten bread which we both agreed was out of this world (and between us we have tasted a fair few wheatens over the years). The tray names and desserts were pretty good too. I recommend the Easter egg pavlova, but you have probably missed your chance for that this year. Small but a lovely place. I have every intention of going back. Soon.

Having passed several time we decided to call in for breakfast this morning. The place was empty. The food was cooked fresh and served to the table. The cup of tea was made with tea leaves which is hard to find nowadays. The food was nice and locally sourced. Would call again on the way past.

I stopped in on an impromptu visit on my way up to the Causeway Coast when visiting with friends. The food was beautiful and the gluten free cake I had is probably the most heavenly thing I've eaten since going gluten free. And there was about 5 or 6 options for me to choose from - a rare opportunity. All the other food and ice cream looked fab too. The staff were incredibly friendly and I had the chance to meet the owner and hear the story of how the Creamery Can came to be. Turned out to be one of the highlights of my day.

We called in at The Creamery Can for a brunch stop. My wife and myself had one of the most flavoursome breakfasts I have ever tasted. My 2 year old daughter was in heaven playing catch with the resident farm dog. Will definitely be calling here again.

Stopped in thinking it was a functioning creamery with its own ice cream, as I love ice cream, and was half right.

This is my second visit here and is an amazing coffee shop! Today was vegetable soup which was full of barley, peas and chunks of chicken just like your mum used to make and that left enough room for the amazing strawberry cream scone.... Words can't describe how delicious they are! I will be back very very soon

Young girls working were under pressure in rush time but we're very friendly and dealt with my kids nut and dairy allergies very well. Great ice cream too.

Food really lovely. Food was hot and arrived quite quick. Our only problem was with the service. We were upstairs. When the guy brought out the Birthday cake he didn't bring plates or a knife. Left the cake down and disappeared. We waited for 5 or 6 minutes and then I went to look for him to ask for these. Eventually he brought some but weren't asked if we wanted any tea or coffee. Would return for food again as it was so tasty and hope that we'd get seated downstairs and not forgot about

This was the first time I was in this little cafe. I was pleasantly impressed by the friendlies and helpful staff, especially the girl with blonde hair tied up. I had a sweet chilli chicken with sweetcorn and mayo toastie with a side salad and a small half shot decaf cappuccino sprinkled with chocolate 😋 I will call in again. If I am in Ballymena 😊

Booked as part of weekend stay at Galgorm, would not have dined here if the details of its location and venue were clear on the hotel website, very cleverly marketed, and transparency would win them more praise. To start with the restaurant is not at the Galgorm resort, there is bus provided by the hotel to courier you to and from the Galgorm resort to Galgorm Castle, put your seatbelt on for the journey, its a spirited drive. Very underwhelming when you arrive its more of a golf club venue than weekend away celebratory meal out. We arrived and were half hosted by the manager and then another person cut across the arrival to tell the manager to swap roles and deal with something else that had gone wrong, this could have been transitioned far more professionally. But would suggest it reflects the standard of experience to expect. We were barely escorted into the door and put in the corner of the room, right under a cctv camera so they could keep a watchful eye on us... in a room still with many vacant tables and this was the best they could offer? Offered menus, then taken back as they said we are on a dining package, we were not. We ordered a couple of margaritas which were good to be fair, and followed on by ordering dinner, then we ordered wine and yet another different member of the floor staff brought the wrong bottle of wine, right grape but wrong wine, a very poor entry level Malbec which we left most of, as the opportunity did not arise to have this rectified. The starter of goats cheese & fig was good, also the sirloin steak was fair but nothing to write home about, we both had a steak which came to over £100for just steak and 3 sides, which for the venue and low level of consistency in multiple servers service was over priced. I believe it works on a whoever is free or whoever you can catch the eye of reflects, the lack of focused service, rather the service team looking after dedicated tables/section. We didn't stay for dessert and to be honest we just wanted to get back to the resort we had booked. Its ok, very casual, not for an occasion or treat, the prices don't represent value for the meal experience. On a positive not some of the service team were pleasant, but lacked management and organization as F&B goes for what's supposed to be a 5 star resort at this outlet.
