So sorry to have to write this review as I appreciate businesses are struggling. Parking is available outside and not far from tram stop which perhaps gives you the chance for a cheeky chippy dinner. The ladies were absolutely fantastic, lovely smiles, lovely welcome and great conversation from these ambassadors for the business. Unfortunately, I didn't go there for the friedliness but did go for my chippy dinner...We had 1x chips and fishcake and 1x fish & chips. I asked for forks and when we went awy and parked up, no forks. OK, genuine mistake. The chips were honestly awful, they soggy, undercooked and just a load of scrag ends. There was absolutely no large chips whatsoever. Fishcake was freshly cooked and lovely. Fish was greasy and not cooked in the middle. So so sorry to have yo say, we wont be back. Sadly, there are far better places not too far away such as Catch in St.Annes or St. Annes Fish restaurant. I wish this place well and thank the staff for being so lovely

Been in a few times to the one at squires gate as its local to us and it's always been good but never amazing. Went in tonight (sat 19th) for some tea. Both my wife and myself had haddock and chips it was out of this world, not a single bit of grease left in our trays after polishing it all off which is always a positive. Would highly recommend.

On arrival asked if the food was fresh fresh the lady informed us yes it was she then informed us it would take a couple of minutes for chips I thought it was quick . When the chips came we left the majority and asked how fresh chips could taste so bad . Where we was informed they cook them before put them in a uncovered bucket under the counter and then put them back In when complained apparently every chippy does it which is not true and not true . I saw the big basket off chips when walked in and thought they was the ones she had thru out how wrong was we .

1 Bickerstaffe SquareI was on my way to carch a train from Blackpool North station and decided to get something healthy to eat and spotted Subway. I am trying to make better choices at the moment so decided to have a salad. Unfortunately they do not have any cutlery so if I wanted to have this I woud have to use my fingers. Apparently they are in the process of switching from plastic to wooden cutlery but this is not available for them to purchase which is a bit of a mess up by the company. The staff were friendly and sympathetic to my dilemna but it was out of their hands. Fortunately the salad was excellent and had all the things in it I enjoy. I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for the lack of cutlery.

525 PromenadeEnjoyed a lunch here while at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Nice seating, good staff and excellent food. Would definitely eat here again.

2 Dickson RoadAbsoloutly disgusting behaviour from the girl serving.. very very rude and kept saying she never understood my simply request ...after explaining several times trying to make me look stupid infront of many people I still never got my correct order after charging very high prices. Very disappointed and will not be returning.... shambles .... lots of people walked out whistling i was waiting for my food and went down the road ... should have done the same ... dont go there .... go further down the road
