Nice food came all the way from West Yorkshire reasonably priced and cooked well would definitely try again.

Me and my partner went for breakfast last weekend and oh my god what a hidden gem it was! The staff were lovely and friendly, the food was amazing can’t fault any of it, I’ve never liked pancakes but this place may just have changed my mind.. we will most definitely be coming back ( 5 🌟 all the way)

Had a brunch in the resturant. The medetranian breakfast was average in amount ,sujk was lovely and tasty but not much bread to eat the cheese with and I was allergic to beans which was taken off and It was mentioned to me that I can not replace it wih anything else !!! Therefore, Had to order 2 eggs with bread ! Dessert was nice . Too much noise in the resturant , I would prefer a much more quite place with more food to be served compared to the price !

Food was pretty good and you can park for free for an hour using RingGo as explained on their IG! Tables were a tad close together but the service was great :)

We popped in after work, not expecting much, three hungry blokes, and were blown away by the burgers. Drink and a side makes nice deal. Just waiting on churros.

Amazing fresh fruit and the presentation of the breakfast was as taste full as it looked. Staff very efficient from welcoming u at the door to seating you. Definitely will go back

All ways busy and not to be blamed. Brilliant food and variety. Kids love it something in the menu for everyone. Kids eat free after 4pm with one adult. Good staff attentive. Clean toilet and kids friendly. Parking can be issues but not a Biggie

First and last time coming here. I have had many breakfasts and this place is overrated. The sausages is not of good quality and very fatty, probably 30% - 40% chicken content. The Hash browns were salty and the fried eggs were probably done in the microwave..The breakfast plate was so small the food over crowded it and I had to take items off and put onto another plate, couldn't eat properly with the plate size they had served . Moral cafe, just up the road in Ilford do a proper breakfast. You get a better service and quality of food and much roomier. I left Connaught very dissatisfied and extra hungary.

A very delicious breakfast! They have another place called The Maple in Bethnal Green, will be trying that out.

Half a hen came with nice unique spicy rice tomatoes cabbage coleslaw plus green beans. Smokey Boo burger was very filling and juicy We had prawn dynamite but too saucy & beef pulled loaded fries, which were flavoursome.

Cramped, parking was a nightmare. Food was really good.

Ordered the American breakfast, waffles and chicken, burger, milkshake and lemonade. Absolutely 5stars on everything. All the elements were perfection. Will definitely like to come back. New fave place!

This is my regular spot and I absolutely love it! **Ambience:** The warm, rustic decor, with its wooden tables and brick walls, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Soft, ambient lighting instantly makes it comforting and an appetizing environment. **Service:** The service at The Connaught is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly smile and promptly seated. All servers, are knowledgeable about the menu and provide excellent recommendations. The food always arrives in a timely manner, and the staff check in regularly to ensure you have everything you need. **Food** I regularly get the breakfast/ brunch options and they never let me down, the food is always the right temperature and the quality of food is always exceptional. Ive recently been trying the main dishes and my absolute favourite is the chicken steak and the lamb chops. To die for! Bursting with flavour! **Beverages:** My favourite mocktail on the list is definitely the passion fruit or the strawberry! However I have recently tried the lyche ginger cooler and it’s also up there, not strong in ginger just the right amount. They also do an amazing iced pistachio latte ! **Value for Money:** Given the quality of the food and the overall experience, The Connaught offers excellent value for money. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. **Overall Experience:** The connaught is a delightful restaurant. The overall dining experience was fantastic and always is. Food arrived on time. Chicken was rubbery and inedible. Phoned the restaurant and was to of to come in, I brought all the food back and they refused to refund me saying that I had to through Uber. I handed back the food anyway and walked out. I am over £30 out. If you cannot provide the quality of food you do when your sit down and eat, then please turn off delivery. It was disgusting. I will not be going back.

The service was excellent and food was amazing. Got the chicken steak came with mash and vegetables. Also sauce was peppercorn. Will return back for their breakfast. Know. For their breakfast.

Cane here with the mrs for a date night and cant fault the place, the food was amazing, chips are very rustik and pair well with anything on the menu, the brisket stagger burger was phenomenal and not ure usual burger, the wife fancied a breakfast and was thoroughly happy with her food, the best thing about this place is the quality and also how fairly priced everything is in particular the mocktails which are amazing!

the staff were extremely friendly and all had smiles on their faces. they made my breakfast experience the best one yet. i had the classic breakfast and it was cooked to perfection the layout of the plates were all so pretty. i will definitely be coming back here :)

Went here for a family brunch and had a nice time. All the food was freshly made, tasted good and we didn't need to wait too long to get out dishes. We felt slightly rushed to leave once we had finished, but I understand as the place is popular. But otherwise the service was good & attentive. It's a very unpretentious place and has a fairly relaxed vibe. It's a cosy venue so you may need to wait for seats, but turnaround is fairly quick. Street parking using the Ringo App and other spaces are residents only.

Food and staff were delightful although the place is quite small and often crowded, the staff and food more than make up for it. The prices are also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went with a group of 6. Mixture of breakfasts ordered. Everyone seemed happy enough. Only complaint (i say this only as a feedback) Eggs were slightly overcooked when they're supposed to be runny. This has the potential to become even bigger and better, a change of venue should be on the cards it has limited seating at the moment and I think due to that they're probably turning custom away. Well worth a visit

Lovely hidden gem for brunch! (They also do other foods, I've not tried them yet) always fresh and presented well. The only constructive criticism is that the management/staff could be friendlier! The rules change everytime I visit regarding swapping a food item to replace with an alternative. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful place with excellent food.

i like this place… a lot! the food is varied which my husband loves. interior wise the decor could do with some attention but overall i will keep going back. The coconut crust brioche is game changing!!

Connaught is always mine and my wife’s go to breakfast spot. They offer some of the best food in East London. Pancakes and big breakfast are a must. Only complaint is that I wish they did normal white/brown toast as another option instead of sourdough bread.

We got the All American and we were happy with the portion sizes and food. The service was great with the friendly staff members that were always ready to take an order and help us. Our order was slightly delayed (even though it didn’t feel like it!) but they apologised and gave us fresh orange juice on the house which was probably the most refreshing one I’ve had from any place. This is a great spot for family, brunch dates, etc. Looking forward to trying the Steak & Eggs and the Chicken & Waffles for next time!

Poor customer service. The staff is rude and their management has no respect for the customers. Saad, who is one of the managers is extremely unprofessional and non apologetic. Poor customer service and food delivery. They are extremely rude to customers even after messing up the delivery

Great food and service. The pancakes with berries and bananas were top notch. Only issue was that since we arrived around 9:30pm none of the smoothies and fresh juices were available.

The Connaught is a friendly place with nice food. They put effort into presentation which takes this to an above average level. Prices are reasonable too.

Went with family for breakfast, there were a few people waiting for tables, food portions were good and tasty, I would recommend to serve in bigger plates, I had to take a few things of the plate to eat, will definitely be coming back.

Only ever had coffee which was excellent, I will dine here soon

Presentation of food was very good, tasted well. Staff were reserved, they were both proactively checking up on us… and we had to go up to them to change milk which was off when poured into tea. They quickly changed it, no apology or gesture for negative experience hence the 4 stars pleasant place.

As it’s local to me I often go there. Their mojito’s are flavourful and lovely. The food is presented on point each time I’ve visited with family and friends.The staff are welcoming and friendly. My favourite dessert is the Aussie French Toast. A place worth taking pictures of the food.

My second visit and amazing pancakes! A little disappointed with the Eggs Florentine today as it was a bit too much on the salty side. And a missing item on my friends order. Apart from that the rest was great. Hasn't tarnished my views on this place and will be coming back as I have to say the pancakes are one of the best around!

This place is busy which tells you it is goood! Had the American Breakfast and the big Breakfast. Orange Juice was fresh and most importantly the food was served hot. Out of the three places I’ve had breakfast I would have to say this is the best one, the other two are hashtag and Bites and Beans I think it’s called are also very good but I liked this place. Staff are friendly too. Once you’re seated the service was quick. Can’t go wrong with the price. I hope they keep the standards up.

Ordered breakfast clearly stated no cheese . Packaging stayed no, cheese. Called them. Obviously he said he spoke to staff. Which he clearly didn't, as he didn't put me on hold. Worst breakfast ever. Well look like you take your staff word they did breakfast correctly. All need to is add pictures of my breakfast. It look like the instructions were followed the "T". So today breakfast was a great improvement from our last one(12.5.24). But it funny I got a reply on uber eats but not here on the bad review.

My go to breakfast joint. Food is always Amazing! The Mediterranean breakfast was full of flavour, the sujuk was delicious. The Aussie toast was the perfect. Service is always great, staff are ever so polite.

This has been our weekly Monday spot for a while now , today the service was atrocious. We were sat down in 10 mins as stated. Then we were moved to allegedly, accommodate a family with a young baby. Once we were moved, there was a family of four that went and sat there, no children or baby. Our food was delivered to the wrong table the gentleman at the counter was going to give us the same food he placed infront of the wrong people. They had touched the food and he saw my face was disgusted 🤢 We ended up paying for the drinks, instead of being apologetic about the situation and offering to fix it he had nothing to say. We payed for the drinks that we had hardly touched. Overall experience was rubbish, staff has been changed and new staff unfortunately are not as good as the previous staff. Like most places when they get busy they don’t value their customers. Will not be returning, they have lost a loyal weekly customer. Not that they care.

Nice decor. Don’t be put off by other reviews as there is Adequate space inside. Food portions were of a good size. Taste was good. Naga wings were 🔥🔥. Burgers were a little on the saucy side. Their cola is a German brand? Vegan. I personally did not like it as it had a watered down taste. Not sweet at all. Parking around the area can be hard unless you come on a Sunday when it’s free.

This is a good place for breakfast or brunch and the staff are friendly and well mannered but be warned: the seating is very limited! You may have to wait a while for seating and another 1 hour for the food to arrive. Once it does arrive it may be warm rather than hot. Worth it if you have time and are in the area but not a must have.

One of the best breakfast's we've ever had, I got the chicken and waffle and my boyfriend had the American breakfast. Cooked to perfection and service was great, could tell everything was fresh and has something for everyone!

Such a cute and cozy place with the sweetest employees!! The food was good and I’d definitely recommend trying a bit of everything but especially the dessert and freshly squeezed juices.

The food that is provided by The Connaught employees are spectacular and the prices for any meals are at a reasonable price. The service is just as amazing along with the overall experience of The Connaught, definitely recommend eating here as it is truly incredible.
