On Wednesday night we wnet to the The Front Bar in Banbridge. Our mail was very good, but the service was not up to standard. When we went in we waited for about 5 minutes before any one came to serve us. We eventually got our meal and as I said the food was good, but the staff and not trained properlly. This not the fault of the staff, but the management themselves. I think for what our meal cost the service could have been much better.

Called on for dinner on a saturday evening, food was excellent and service was faultless. Ended up staying for the live music which was absolutely great. Ended up having one to many

Visited Mr Crozier's this evening (9/8/19) for a cocktail, after a meal elsewhere. I hope someone in authority reads this post as it should impact on your sales! I stood at the bar, in front of the barmaid (2 feet away, with no-one else at the bar at all) trying to make some sort of eye contact in order to place an order. She totally ignored the fact that I was there...no eye contact, not a glance in my direction (standing in front of her) as she prepared a drink for someone else. This is NOT an excuse. A simple "I'll be with you when I finish this order", or an "Hello, with you in a minute" would have sufficed, however she would not even do me the courtesy of raising her glance in my direction....very poor manners! It was apparent that my custom was of no importance to her. I tried to get some recognition from her without success.....result was my wife and I left disappointed and dissatisfied. This bar did not only lose our customer tonight, it lost out custom and everyone we can influence, simply due to a rude member of staff who could not be bothered to serve me! Pretty sad for a business struggling to survive though not a great surprise. This can be easily rectified with proper staff training in courtesy and customer centric service.

Went today for lunch as on route to Newry, my daughter ordered soup and wrap meal, soup some sort of flavourless liquid, wrap Was a soggy mess , could have used a soups spoon to eat it, I ordered burger meal, chips looked and tasted like they had been reheated several times, burger over cooked but more eatable than the wrap, had ordered onion rings which the cook forgot, don’t know how as it wasn’t busy, we did eventually get them free of charge, they where the highlight of the meal,

Since the refurb the Coach is a nice spot to have a meal with very comfortable surroundings and decor. The food although was a bit of a disappointment, it was very greasy and not much finesse put into its making. Service was very slow especially with orders for cocktails but as there were new staff in I suppose it was just teething problems that could soon be irradiated. A bit pricey but ok for a change of scenery. Also had issues with rowdy customers who seem to bully the staff

Popped in for quick lunch. Ordered fish and chips. 40 mins later it was served. Very slow service. Not be back. Quicker and cheaper going to a chippy. Menu was even difficult to read poor quality print

I have visited the Front Bar several times over the last 12 months and on a Friday night they do a great deal for 2 steaks with wine and sides for £29.95 however the last few times we have visited during the week for the earli bird menu we have been disappointed. The food has been pretty tasteless. We also waited for 40 minutes the last time we visited for our desserts. At one point we were actually going to tell the waiter to forget about them. Altgough i must say when we went to pay the bill they did take off the price of a drink each for the inconvience of having to wait. This was a nice gesture I guess and the staff are always friendly.

4 of us went here on Saturday for meal and a few drinks , from start to finish the service was faultless , our young waiter was so polite , all the food came out at the same time , quality and value for money 10/10 , the place runs like clockwork and all food coming out looks of a high standard at very reasonable prices , I comment the new manager / owner on the politeness of staff and the chef for his cooking , will be back very soon

Visited for an evening meal as a group of 6, first time since the refurbishment. We all had good meals, no complaints. The staff were attentive and helpful, food and drinks orders taken quickly. Food to a good standard, we will be coming back again soon.

I was treated to a Birthday meal out by my dad. The Front Bar has always been a favourite and since the refurbishments, the place looks better than ever. They have a new head chef in and it has to be said, the food was delicious. We went for the Friday night steak deal which at £29.95 was excellent value! Two steaks, two sides, two sauces and 2 glasses of wine. We topped it off with hot chocolate fudge cake with ice-cream and well, we were very happy with what we got. Everything was top notch, the service was impeccable with attentive staff. Our only negative was a family group sat somewhere to the side of us with 4 young children under the age of 10. This was after 6pm and they let their kids run all over the place including upstairs to and from the cocktail bar. When you go out for a meal, you want to relax and savour your food and enjoy your drinks. You don't want to feel like you're stuck in a fast food place or a creche! It tainted the experience somewhat, which is why I've rated our visit 4 instead of 5. Someone did complain about the noise and was faced with a member of the family yelling "shame on you". Well shame on the parents and grandparents for letting kids run amok! I would suggest to the bar to put a time cap on people having their kids in the place after 6pm. People want to enjoy an evening meal and a drink in peace without the presence of young kids.

Had a wonderful Date night with my husband. Food outstanding, service amazing. Staff very friendly and attentative. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back.

We have been twice in the last month and both times the food has been good. Massive improvements on decor and food has been made in the last while. Surprised this place is so quiet on a Friday night as the food definitely doesn’t deserve the lack of customers.

Visiting friends in Bainbridge and they brought us in for lunch today, everything was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend and return for another meal when in the area!

Me and friend went for the two course and was not disappointed i had the fish cake starter and smocked chicken brushetta absoulty fab and came with side of choice and salad plus tapinade and balsamic oils very well portioned food for price I here there is a new chef in town and has obviously brought back the standards very well done can only get better we will be heading back there to eat at least once a week please do try everyone

Decided to stop off before heading to the boulevard.

Had lunch with my husband and young son, the chef went out of his way to do carbonara sauce instead , soup was tasty. Soup combo was just ok, bacon was very tough and bread wasn’t compatible with it. Wrap had very little fillings, overall £33 for lunch was a bit expensive for us.

The front bar might have had a facelift, but the food has gone downhill!!! Very disappointing , will not be rushing back !!

Had an evening meal last Thursday with a friend and we were very impressed.

Called in last week for a quick meal with friends, it was around 5:30pm and the restaurant/bar was not busy at all yet there were a lot of staff running around. We were approached by an extremely unenthusiastic waitress/possibly supervisor? who took our drink and food order with a very grumpy attitude. We ordered two starters which took around 40 mins to arrive, we had to go ask the bar man to check if they were ready! When we finally got the starters the order was wrong, we were hungry so decided to just eat what the waiter had given us to avoid waiting another 40 mins to have the error corrected. The waiter did not apologies for the mix up, however the starter that we were supposed to get then arrived after my friend had already started eating the first one. We asked the waitress to send our mains as soon as possible. When they arrived we were disappointed further, the risotto was tasteless and one friend referred to the steak sandwich as cardboard. To be fair, one of us got the burger which was actually very good! But did not make up for the poor service and ridiculous wait time. This restaurant used to be one of the best in town but has sadly gone downhill. Waiting staff, bar tenders and managers need a serious training session on polite customer service and problem solving!!

The coach is always a must when visiting Banbridge, drinks are good and we always go to The Quiz on Thursday nights! The food is average last time we went and service can be hit and miss, however the bartenders are usually good. Nice place with the new renovations would recommend.

Called here whilst over on a visit. Fairly busy as it was the night of the European Cup final. Found a table, waitress was quickly over with menus and we ordered drinks. Our main courses were ordered and arrived in good time. All were very tasty. Nothing pretentious. Just good quality, tasty food. The staff were attentive enough but not overbearing. 3 courses, 3 drinks, £40.00 I think is a fair price. Plus Real Madrid beat Liverpool. Bonus !!!

Visited with family as recommended, food was good and the new upstairs bar is nice bit just didn't seem to have much of a buzz about it for a Friday evening. I'm sure it does have it's times though so would give it another go in the future.

After the recent renovations we decided to take our parents out for Sunday dinner. Big mistake!

Tuvimos una cena de Pascua en el autobús. Éramos un grupo de 10, reservado. Buena zona para sentarse, con un ambiente agradable. El servicio era bueno y eficiente. La mayoría de nosotros tenía los asados, jamón o carne de pavo/. Grandes porciones, mucha comida, que sin duda no casa con hambre. Lo recomiendo para cualquier comida de los domingos. . .

Recibían bien precioso almuerzo una gran relación calidad-precio. El único problema era personal no vienen cerca de nosotros para ver si necesitábamos otra bebida. No preguntar cómo nuestro almuerzo fue que tuvimos que ir a coger nuestro propio cuchillos y tenedores para los niños. Así que estaba un poco decepcionado, teniendo en cuenta que no estaba tan lleno.

Visited here on a couple of occasions, good honest 'pub food' reasonable prices and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. There is 'Sky Sports' for the sports fans, pool tables but also 'secluded' area for comfortable eating.

Filthy bathrooms. Vomit on stairs leading to men s toilets. No toilet roll dispenser in cubicle. No soap or soap dispenser. A disgrace.Food average. Very pleasant waitresses.

A few of us went to the coach a few nights ago for a Christmas party and what a disappointment .When we were served our starters the soup came out in cold dishes which soon chilled our soup,some of us had a sirloin steak which was very good but the rest of us who had the roast beef dinners were not impressed as the meat was very tough ,sweets were all good,but after complaints the bill was reduced,,but we would have preferred better food

Just had food in the front bar have to say was not good, my husband meal was very good but I had the scampi, not good it was very over cooked and was sent down with lemon Mayo when I asked about tartar sauce I was told sorry don't know why they sent it down with mayo. We finished our meal and waited 25 mins for some one to ask if we would like dessert but no one came near us so we just went up to the bar and waited to pay the bill, at this time a member of staff came out looked at us and walked out the back again. We have been to the front bar loads of times for food but think we will not be going back.

We were looking for to try somewhere new for pub grub and we decided on taproom at coach.the menu was excellent and the food was outstanding and great value for money.will return.

Friendly with good atmosphere. Feels a place that is mainly aimed at locals. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was ok club sandwich excellent. Steak sandwich good. Must admit to being fascinated by the contents of the machines in toilet. In ladies normal sanitary towels, the modern condoms and a thong? Not sure situations you need this? Getting lucky on a date and remembering you are wearing big pants? Or no pants. Men's equally interesting (sent partner in to investigate) condoms and "Golden Root Formula" a herbal male erectile enhancement tablet. So I think this may be a fun bar at night

Always great, tasty food. Good portions, staff are excellent, always pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended

Just passing through banbridge on Saturday evening we decided to call into the coach public bar for food. As soon as we came in we were welcomed by the lady behind the bar and shown to our table. The menu had a good selection of food. Our meals were excellent. We couldn't finish them and left with doggy bags. We will be back. But with out the car next time.

The coach is always a good place to get some food. They have a good menu and they do have meal deals as well. It's quite comfortable and they have TV screens throughout the bar as well

I have had many meals (lunch and dinner) in the Coach Front Bar over the past few years, and I have never been disappointed. I'm quite a fussy eater so usually there are only one or two things I would eat on a menu. However, the Coach offers such a variety of options I could eat my way through the whole menu! The service is always brilliant, staff are very friendly, attentive and professional and there is always a welcoming feel to the place when you go in. Over the last 3/4 months the food has got even better, you always get great portions and the food always comes out hot! I've tried many places around the area but the coach is the one I keep coming back to knowing I will have a great meal! Couldn't fault the place one bit, looking great after recent repainting also! Would highly recommend.

The food was excellent. Complements to the Chef. Unfortunately the service was not great. The place would need cleaned and the sticky tape they have on carpet is not sending a great message to their customers.

This club has everything , 3 music rooms , rooftop bar , Moet Bar & VIP table service & terrific staff . It's buzzing ! . Fantastic night . Highly recommend

Four of us went for dinner here last weekend. We enjoyed a drink in the upstairs bar area while pursuing the menu. We all had starters, I had the pate which was very nice and well presented, another had brie which looked delicious, my friend had the risotto, which wasn't great - they had no asparagus left and it a little tasteless and lumpy and our other friend has soup. My main of Crispy Asian duck salad was delicious and I will be returning for this! Everyone else enjoyed their main courses and the couple of desserts were also very good. Service was good too and I look forward to returning.

We booked in for a small work do on Saturday night, my dad had also booked his work do on the same night.Both groups really enjoyed the food and the service was brilliant. Special mention to the restaurant manager (the girl with the dark hair) she really is an asset to the place, thank you so much for everything! See you soon!

Me and my friend went to coach every Christmas for a meal wee were so disappointed this time the girl came with menu it was on a A4 sheet wee waited about 40 min for the food wasn't even hot and the veg was microwaved would not go back again .

Had a fab lunch for my birthday during the week. Breaded brie starter was to die for, and the steak sandwich is a real favourite. Staff are friendly and food is good value for money.

My sister was home from Scotland and we headed to the Coach last Saturday. We were not dissapointed. The staff were fantastic & very attentive, we had 2 small children who were accomadated very well. The food was excellent. We all enjoyed our meals including the children. Lively friendly atmosphere. We shall return!!

I recently went to the coach on a Saturday night with 3 girl friends and 1 boy friend. We traveled from Belfast by coach express which picked us up outside the fly. The nightclub itself was good but the bus driver on the express bus was greedy. On putting a tip in with his price £3 extra there was no music on the bus. On the way home we were threatened by about 10 grown men from the bus. We had told the driver this and asked him if he could drop us closer to our home which he ignored twice. On the third time asking him basically frightened for our lives by this stage, the bus man told us he would drop us of at a safe place "if we paid him extra". The service from him was atrocious. We have recently been in contact with the events manager to which he offered us a 'free bus down and free entry'. Thanks but no we wont be back.

sometimes go here and its horrible with poor portion sizes. then other times been here and its been lovely. the service is great pity the food here wasn't always great. the atmosphere is lovely and spacious.

Went to The Coach with the fam for my 19th Birthday dinner. We were all heading out that night so wanted a feed on a budget. I had the blackened chicken salad which was De-Lish and the usual 6oz rump steak. All was fabulous including the cocktails which were served by the good looking bar staff ;) The atmosphere was bouncy and to top off my meal, all the staff members sang 'Happy Birthday' to me as they brought out cake and candles. Not a complaint to be made. Food, Chefs and Staff were 100%!!!

Arrived just as it opened, seated and got our drinks, I'm impressed already!Food came out promptly and service was great, well worth a visit!

I had an amazing meal in the Coach last Thursday with my girlfriend. The place was very busy at dinner time but our waitress looked after us well and the service was first class.I had bacon ribs and a cock and bull burger from their £9.95 menu. The ribs in particular were great - really succulent and loads of flavour. The cock and bull burger was something I had tried before so I knew Id like it but to get it for £9.95 with a starter included was a real bonus. My girlfriend had the pate and steak sizzler and she loved these too.We'll definitely be back - keep up the good work!

Have been dining in the coach for over 6 years since I moved to Banbridge. After my last 3 visits, I have to say I'm so disappointed !! It's recently under new management which reflects the hike in bar prices.....£16 for a bottle of wine which used to be £11. A glass of house White £4.50 a glass.....no small bottles available to purchase.Menu is now one page and very limited. My last visit I ordered the chicken with bacon and mushroom sauce, chicken was fatty, a lack of sauce and the chips tasted like they were cooked with fish!!!!! Yuk yuk yuk Tonight I ordered the cock n bull burger....great value for money - a massive feed, tobacco onions were beautiful, but the chips were poor! Worst chips I've ever had. Service is slow....due to the lack of staff on duty, but friendly. All in all, it will be a while before I'm back! New management needs to take note-as a regular for 6 years-food is inconsistent and wine is overpriced. This was a regular stop for me and the girlies for wine and nibbles, not anymore due to the hike in wine prices and limited menu.Dissapointed!!!!!!

My husband and I went here for tea on Friday evening. We sat down at a table with dirty plates on it, the waiter then came over and asked were we finished When I explained we hadn't even ordered he quickly took the plates away and wiped the table. For starters we ordered wings and pate. Neither were anything to write home about. For mains my husband had the pork chop special and I had fish and chips. It took well over 20 mins after the starters for the main to arrive and unfortunately was not worth the wait.We left very disappointed

The Coach, .as it is now called, but in latter years, best known as the Coach Inn, was renowned as one of the best night clubs in the area, its disco was always packed, and many a would be disco dancer went home disappointed, because of its strict rules on entry, but it also known for good food and lounge bar

Visited family & friends in Banbridge recently and they recommended the coach for dinner..On arrival we had to wait ages for menus then I just decided to get them myself... No drinks order taken so my husband went to the bar and ordered them...The menu looked brilliant, lots of choice and wanted to try everything...Ordered ribs & seafood chowder from starter menu, and salmon & steak from main...Ribs were absolutely disgusting, couldn't eat them. 2 pieces of fat served on an empty plate. my husband ate his seafood chowder but said their was no taste. I complained & got the 'famous chicken wings' talk about being hot. The sauce was that hot I couldn't taste anything else and left a ratten horrible taste in my mouth with burnt lips. Yuk!Both still starving we thought the main course would be much better...Very disappointed with the salmon, it was served with over cooked veg & sticky noodles dried up & no flavour..My husband said he thought his steak was off & couldn't eat it... Very disappointed in the service and food.. My friends couldn't believe it when I told them how horrible our meal was.. This is not good enough 'the coach' food & service needs to be consistent every time.. Will not be back & would never recommend unless new staff & chef hired!!

Recently visited The Coach with my family and was blown away by the extensive selection on the menu we all ordered off the 2 courses for under a tenner menu and when the food came out it was incredible the service was excellent and the only problem with the food was we had no room left for desserts! Highly recommended and if you do go try the ribs and the wings from the starter menu!!!

Recently arranged a business meeting at the coach, 8 people dinning. Hadn't eaten here in several years but it really has upped its game. I had the blackened chicken salad and was more than impressed. Everyone In the party commented on the quality, having paid I can't complain at all about the value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Can't believe how horrible our dinner was in the coach. Absolutely disgusting. Never had as bad a meal before in my life! The ribs were a lump of slimy fat sitting on the plate. The chicken wings were far too hot which made them unbearable to eat let alone taste.. Complained about the ribs & the waiter seemed shocked as he said they were popular. Don't understand how a lump of greasy fat can be popular...!!!!!Main meals.. Where do I start! Thai curry was served with a packet of bachelors veg rice, the salmon was served with dryed up noddles that stuck to the fork & tasteless (packet of super noodles dryed up more like it) the seafood chowder was a bowl of watery sauce with lumps of fish and what ever else threw in... Tasteless!!!! Completly uneatable food was served to us..I have never complained about food before and would not call myself a fussy eater, I could eat anything, but this was just horrible, can't believe we wasted our time & money and will never be back... The staff & service was ok but whenever I worked as a waitress in my student days if any customer complained about food it was taken of the bill and also a free dessert offered! We only complained about the ribs for starter and it was not taken off our bill...I have never left a review on trip advisor but just felt the need too as we are so shocked that this poor standard of food was served to us.. :(New Chef needed!!!!

Loving the new menu at The Coach Front Bar, Recommend the Baby Back Bacon Ribs, The Fried Brie and of course the amazing Chicken wings!! Love the fact the serve them with skinny Fries ( Sick of chunky Chips ). Please was very clean with a great atmosphere!!

For my meal i had the Bacon ribs for starter and Chicken wings for main. I have to say both where excellent and i was very impressed by the bacon ribs. I am a huge fan of meat and have never tried these before but i will def be back for them.Presentation was amazing!

Having not been here in a while, me and partner decided to go for dinner one Friday evening, service was quick, friendly and efficient. I decided not to be too adventurous and go for the chicken goujons with chips and I have to say it was really tasty, I thoroughly enjoyed as did my partner, definitely be back :)

Visited The Coach yesterday for a Sunday Roast and wasn't disappointed. The Stuffed Roast Chicken Special was gorgeous, portions were plentiful and the waiting staff were very efficient and friendly. Desserts were lovely and even got to watch the Liverpool Testimonial after asking if it was available- great customer service!

We decided to go to the coach for lunch on a quiet Thursday afternoon. We hadn't been to the coach in several months due to having a bad experience however I heard they had switched their meat supplier back to Knoxs butchers so decided to return. We were not disappointed! I got goujons with chips and my husband got a cock and bull burger! Excellent size portions! Great quality food! The burger was delicious!! Very friendly helpful staff and a nice atmosphere in the bar for a thurs afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Went here for lunch. The menu was more like an evening menu than a lunch one but plenty of choice. It was a very cold day and the place was uncomfortably cold, the food took over 40 minutes arriving which was too long to wait in the cold for lunch. However, after all that the food was great when it did arrive.

We decided to try the newly renovated restaurant the Menu has a lot of good choices we order just the main course but the starters did looked nice as a couple beside use had them, we had the steak our food come out well presented one was well done the other rare with sides it was fabulous !!! Not to quick so we had time to have a chat over a glass of wine. Shannon the waitress was 10/10 The bill was not to prices we definitely go back

Had meal in coach many times and have never had a bad meal in it it has always been lovely would rate coach 5 out of 5 and staff friendly .

Dear oh dear... Where do I start?!!We are regular customers to the coach for meals and it's usually the gem of the area but my god, we went tonight for 2 sirloin steak meals (which usually are to die for) but what a shock we got!!! The coach has changed hands very recently and you can most certainly tell with the food! So much so, we thought they had employed different chefs!! The chips are horrible, not the usual chips they used to serve, the whole meal was a disappointment for the coach standard we are used too. On quizzing the barman (who knows we are regulars) on what happened the food he told us that a lot of regulars were complaining about the food as the standard has dropped - all because the new owner of the coach has changed suppliers for the food. I also put a status on Facebook and a lot of friends said they had been recently and hated the food! The cock and bull burger and the coach burger isn't anywhere near the quality it was. It's a shame the new owner seems to be cutting corners and costs and by doing so has lost 2 very loyal customers (spending on average £150 on meals per month). I can't see them reverting back to the beautiful food they used to provide so for that reason we'll just have to take our business back to the Bronte steak house. Such a shame.

Service is excellent, staff are very friendly and make sure that you have everything you want also fast service. Menu is very reasonably priced! The meal i ordered was quit big and to a very good standard. I defintely recommend it!!

Had lunch in here quite a few times over the last year. Always consistent, large portions and tasty home cooked food. Large amount of options on the menu which makes it tough to decide what to go for. Recommend the duck starter and also if your feeling really hungry the burger topped with goujons.

Went out with girls last note and decided to try The Couch Brasserie as everyone was raving about it.Omg we weren't disappointed. The service was excellent but the food stole the show.The menu was extensive with something to suit everyone. We all chose something different so we could taste a variety of dishes. Everything was beautiful and made from fresh. The best meal we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back. PS the duck was amazing.

I have ate at this restaurant on a number of occasions and it has been a pleasure every time. The staff are very helpful and the service they provide is excellent. The food is of a high quality and is very well prepared, each time I ordered Steak it has been cooked exactly how I requested. Pricing is very reasonable and I will certainly be back again.

Had a amazing meal with my family on 13th Sept 2014 for our sons 18th birthday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was our first time for a meal at the coach but we will be going back.

The food served in the bar area is very good. Very quick taking orders and not a long wait for the food. What I do like is there never is a hurry for you to eat and leave which is an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Have ate in both front bar and restaurant and service and food on each occasion have been excellent. Recommend the steaks and cock and bull burger. Price very reasonable and great friendly atmosphere

We went here for a birthday celebration. Although it was almost empty they seemed to take forever to produce our order . However when it arrived it was very good and the portions were colossal . The side salad is a meal in itself .

my partner and I called on a sunday evening for our tea and ordered scampi and chips and I had sirloin steak with all the trimmings .the food was served up very quickly and cooked exactly as I wanted and great value for money

in for meal on friday 27 sept had the 2 course steak deal £20 per head with glass wine each one fillet one sirloin both ordered medium and both perfect pink in middle with no blood .Staff all friendly and efficient place was busy good decor good atmosphere a most pleasant evening

turned up out of the blue when we were looking for somewhere to eat after a day out in the area, had no problem catering for our group of 11 and were very polite, profesional and welcoming. nice fast service and lovely food (big portions). Great value for money, not one complaint from anyone in our party. Well recommended,

What a great place to eat or just for a pint. We had a great meal there which was well presented, delicious and great value. The staff were very efficient but not crowding and the food served hot and promptly. The bar was very clean and tables cleared quickly once customers left. I would highly recommend The Coach as a friendly, welcoming restaurant.

Whether it's the lunchtime specials. bar snack menu or full Sunday dinner or eveining meal, the Coach front bar and restaurant consistently produce excellent food at very reasonable prices with great, friendly and efficient service- we've never been disappointed!

The Front Bar once had the accolade of 'UK's worst bathrooms' but the management listened and spent the money to make them and the bar top class. Lovely, clean surroundings and child-friendly. The food followed suit. What a pleasant surprise I had for a Monday lunch. The menu I feel is badly written for I wasnt enticed by the main courses so ordered three (!!) starters instead. The portion sizes were large and good value. Very tasty warm duck salad coupled with friendly service. I'll be back.

Yep its my local. It has a nightclub attached but its been renovated and they've done a great job. I've been eating here for 16 years or so and have yet to have a bad meal in the front bar. Food is very good and very reasonably priced offset by the price of drinks. portions very good and during the day children are very welcome. Recommended for a mid day meal whilst in our town. You wont be dissapointed.

Friday night out for a meal and order of the Friday night Steak menu , starter , steak which is huge including side order & a glass of wine for £20 , food is excellent and never had a bad meak in comfortable surroundings , great value for money

5 of us went to the coach on mothers day mum and rebecca got the steak sandwich i got the goujons and lewis got the coach burger the food was very good and very large portions were served we all had a sweet and 2 rounds of drinks including 2 pints for £63 not bad for a gvreat big mothers day meal looking forward to returning this weekend 24th for our daughters 18 th birthday

Sunday dinner specials - all I can say is "this is the most disgusting food I have ever tasted"I had the lamb & my friend had the roast beef, the only thing that was nice was the roast potato and the carrot & turnip mash.Have been here many times before and always been happy, but will never be back again!!!!
