Nice place. I was a dj for a 40th Birthday Party yesterday.

One of the regular customers/staff hit my car and refused to tell me who it was despite CCTV. Had cameras pointed right at my car (saw the screen from inside the pub) but refused to check. Dead in there anyway.

Went there for a 60th birthday party.old school pub great atmosphere

Nicely revamped. Djs need to read the crowd and play music accordingly . Also, the drinks are a bit pricey.

Was at Xmas dinner for seniors. So perhaps rating a bit unfair. (Food was cold and took ages). Will try under different circumstances.

Partner picked up a to good to go last night and was really happy! Said the landlord/restaurant manager was really nice . We both tried the curries we received and they were really nice, we couldn’t believe our luck! As writing this I saw the review about someone saying that they didn’t receive theres to which my partner was shocked and couldn’t have imagined how that would have happened when the restaurant manager was so pleasant. We’ll definitely be doing another to good to go in the future !

We had a small wedding there, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the place and the services. - The wedding was supposed to start at 10:30, but the place was not decorated. - There was an awful smell. - I met the landlord three times to communicate our requirements, but he did not provide any refreshments for the guests. Both the guests and the kids who came from across the country were starving. - No cutlery was provided on the tables (awful) - No microphone and other accessories were provided to the priest - He overcharged us as it was a small wedding with fewer people, not worth the money - He served alcohol to the guests, but when I checked the final bill, there was no record of the alcohol and its prices. He made me pay the final bill, which has no record. - Lastly, don't believe his promises or assurances. He may say he will take care of things, or we can manage it, or he will give a discount, thats all lie. I would have given 0 stars if there is an option.

Live IPL on TV, few regulars during midweek so first impression is good. Realistically 3star for the place. Three years ago (pre-Covid) the function room was under construction. Good transformation now. Beer is average price - about £5 per pint - with inflation. Seating needs a bit of tlc. Four stars for the people only; Known Gary for few years and Hitesh on bar was excellent too! Car park not available. Was the food not available midweek? Unsure but we enjoyed drinking surely. Overall it is a very friendly and welcoming pub

I well stocked bar. Good sized room. And food was excellent.

We had ladies party for International Womens day,it was good food,good decorations and good service.....

Went for a funeral found that the lager was flat an not very nice

So I went there today,and staff has changed,much better ,friendly and polite staff,easy parking outside..ill be going back 😁

Back in the day .......but this place is doing good and now doing daily curry to eat in go....really enjoyed my passing visit!

Very welcoming. Gary has been extremely comforting whilst booking a wake after my father's funeral. The function room is adaptable to everybody's needs. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and locals the last pub in the area! Massive large screen with both sky & by sports large selection of beers on tap and bottle.

For a back street pub they are exspensive ,nothing special about the place, not worth spending your in money in here

Was looking forward to a family party there. Night was spoilt by not having any barstaff working 😠 There was only one person serving for BOTH bars. 25 minute wait to be served! My advice is don't bother booking the function room.

The clock, good reggae music especially on a Friday night. Good atmosphere. The place to be if you are looking for somewhere to go

Bit ghetto so if you're scared easily don't go other than that it's nice there
