Lovely cosy traditional pub...Guinness and best bitter are superb as are the staff!!its a must visit here in dunoon!!

Very friendly staff and great service and music. Returned again today 29th August and again great music and atmosphere was Brilliant very friendly customers.

Brilliant and really friendly pub with a great suntrap of a beer garden. Staff and other customers very chatty and happy to pass on local knowledge. Great drinks selection too.

Very nice staff, great feeling when you are inside. Great design aswell, which goes un-noticed to allot of people, overall totally worth a visit if you are in town

Ive never had any food from here, been in here many moons ago, cosy wee pub, can be lively at the weekends, bit pleasant and pints are good,

Good wee pub. Made very welcome. Out for a drive an ended up in Dunoon. Why is Dunoon stuck in the dark ages. We wanted lunch and was told don't do meals on a Wednesday that was in the Ingram. Got toasties which were lovely. Looking forward to the Cowal. Staying in the Park hotel this year as other one was filthy last year. Had to go out an buy cleaning stuff. My husband had been discharged from hospital. Told reception we wanted it clean! Nothing happened! So their loss we won't be back.

Music a tad loud sometimes you can't hear yourself speak....door leading to beer garden should be shut st all times as smoke belts in.... security guy walked in and snibbed it open, we left as smoke came in where we were sitting...would have been nice if he had asked 😁

Only visited this pub once it was ok,good pint of Tennents lager though.Reasonable prices.Was quite when I visited.The pub is big.

We were only in on the afternoon, But a good pub well worth a visit, Bobby the bar man Always plays good music,he was getting work done to his outdoor seating so couldn't use that,but it may be up and running now. When we go to Dunoon we would always pay a visit to the clansman.

Came across The Clansman while visiting Dunoon with a friend, was greeted warmly by staff and a few regulars who were in. Nice atmosphere with background music playing would definitely be my local if I lived there.

Nice little pub, playing background music only due to restrictions. Bar staff Susan is an asset to the pub, nothing was too much trouble

Quieter than usual but still a great night.

I have to say i've been in the Clansman many times. But Saturday 5th June 2021 was very disappointing. Was with my two mates and his girlfriend. Some younger guys who were on something barged into our company and were very annoying. When I complained to the Doorman he just laughed and ignored me. I was working in Dunoon for 4 months in 2020. I know the town pretty well apart from all the other times i've been there since 1992. I will never walk through the doors of The Clansman ever again. Not happy with intimidating us they followed us outside and along the street. I hope the manager reads this. I'll not name the wee annoying guy called J - - K. He'll cost you plenty of customers in the future.
