Food was great and staff were very helpful

The girls that were there were helpful, friendly, made the place more than the food, that was OK, though.

Lovely fish supper at reasonable price, staff very friendly, highly recommended

Dont order if your hungry, 2hrs for a half pizza and 2 fritter rolls is a bit of a joke, glad a didnt order something that took time a bit of time to cook, when it did eventually arrive it was cold, soggy, greasy and absolutly rotten, normally I recommend this place to guests but never again.

Ordered a cheeseburger it was awful tasted awful roll stale and burger was burnt solid. Won’t be back

Ordered via their website at 4:45pm for delivery at 5:30pm. 6:15pm it was delivered late. The food in the munchie box was soggy, and the two portions of chips were soggy too :( Normally the food from here is amazing.

Good chippie, fast friendly service, good food and competitive prices. Lunchtime menu available ( smaller portions, lower price) delivery also available.

Ordered macaroni and received have a portion no chips cost £5 for a cold lump,stay clear staff are very very very rude

Great fish supper. Cooked there and then. A wee bit longer to wait,but it hadn't been sitting in the warmer for ever. The batter was crisp and no back heated chips. Lovely

This has to be one of the worst chip shops in the country not just Kilmarnock had a fish supper they must buy the cheapest haddock fillets , bones everywhere and not just on the one fillet on both also overcooked but the fat was dripping off it also bought a king rib I've had them multiple but when I saw the face of the person who was eating it I asked to try !! Omg disgusting and disappointing it tastes nothing like a king rib infact it was a very peppery slab of something and can't think what lol overall the place looks like its really run down now and my gut feeling should have warned me off but you live and learn , avoid this place like the plague

One of the best in Kilmarnock, yet to have a bad meal

A great local chippy, fair price, decent sized portion friendly & efficient service by the owner (who incidentally was by himself, preparing, cooking, serving & cleaning. Definitely one of the best chippy's for miles & miles

We love the "fat haggis" from here. Everything we've had has been great. Staff are so nice and their opening hours suit our lifestyle.

Just brought home Fish supper from here, its inedible, burnt nearly black won't be using him ever again.

Last few times I've been in always freshly made special fish and chips not like some chippies in Kilmarnock that back heat and you get soggy food, you ken the ones don't need to name them their reputation precedes them lol 😂

Lovely food and well priced. Great local chippy and you can usually get parked outside or where the old Pizza Hut is.

Workers weren't wearing their masks properly. The man putting the food into bags (and handling the food) had his mask below his nose. And the man cooking the food had his mask by his chin! If you're going to wear a mask, I suggest that you wear it correctly. Unhygienic and unsanitary

Food was okay. Unfortunately we had to wait 2 and a half ours to get it and they forgot my childs food.

Been there a few times, really don't know why? bland food and fish that has more bones in it than a graveyard

The batter can although crispy on the fresh cooked fish was soggy and greasy on fritters and other items we ordered,you do get a decent portion of chips on the suppers.

Cracking lunch menu, 2.50 suppers get one, terrific value for money, less chips but still enough for a roll/butty if ur English, then some.

They have Good food with great service and very friendly staff ready to greet you when you walk in they also have a delivery service after 4pm till 9pm also reasonably priced food although there opening times could be a little better thought out been there at 12.30 and there open then other times been there at 2 and there closed other than that I have no complaints and would definitely recommend giving them a try will use them again

After the carry-on with the Chip Bank last night when I called them to complain they told me the would send me up another dinner the way id asked for it last night for free!! So just waiting on this new delivery and I'll get the dinner I was supposed to get last night, so back to 5* from me 😀

Called for a delivery. Arrived within half and hour. Price was good and portion was big, could only eat half

Ordered fish and chips on a Saturday night for delivery. Arrived pretty quickly but the fish was really poor, was hard and dry, tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Use this place a lot but might give it a miss for a few weeks.

Fantastic chippy. One of the best in East Ayrshire. Great food, great portions and even has a delivery service.
