KFC in East Ayrshire

Food was stone cold on delivery. Absolutely inedible and had to put in the bin. Claim been put in, won’t be ordering again.

Sent wrong order and forgot the dip

Friday night so I expected it to take longer - which is fine, however food arrived stone cold and missing the gravy. disappointing tonight.

Absoloute joke £40 for an order got 2 zinger supercharger meals and 4 cookies got hit with 2 cookies and a twister meal

First time in a long time I've had a KFC , it's much better now and the fries are on a whole other level

chicken in burger was tiny, rock hard & looked as if it had been sitting out for days. couldn't eat it. chips freezing. corn on cob was fine though.

Pretty sure the ‘Original Recipe’ is supposed to be on the chicken and not greasy salty sludge at the bottom of the bag. Unusual cause the 15 year old girls are usually good at cooking.

only one wrap came and no wings or bites ,shocking and when called up said need speak to you's 8

chips are freezing, gravy is so watery it's like dishwater, really disappointed

The food was delicious as always but the sweet chilli dip was missing from the order. The small amount of chips in the paper bag rather than a box was disappointing considering the price also they get colder quicker.

Getting really expensive now but still tasty

Delivery time continued to change and when tracked, my order was all over the town before reaching me. It was so cold, even the beans which are usually piping hot weren’t warm enough to eat.

Specifically asked for normal fries and not signature fries but ignored my request and sent signature fries

only two of us eating and my son went without his drink because it was missing. Two different dips were ordered...one was wrong and other was missing. Chips were freezing

Quite like KFC Kilmarnock, it's never as busy as the other rivals , only thing is a few times they got my order wrong , like my kids box coming with a large Pepsi max , and sometimes the chips seem as if they've been lying out a little but I do like the chicken

Chicken tasted weird like it had been over cooked! Chips were freezing! And my wrap was all burnt! Not happy at all! Usaully the food I get is good quality but this time is was rotten! Would like a refund!

Got completely wrong order and when phoned they asked for us to come get it changed instead

I have just spent £17 on food and it arrives cold, what a disgrace if I hadn't just done a 13 hour shift at work I would have taken it back to the shop

Quick delivery! However, wrong order delivered unfortunately. Had to drive to KFC for a new one. It's the only time so far in my experience with Just Eat that it's happened. Easy mistake to make. I think they were very busy on a wet soggy day!

Food took ages to arrive, driver went all the way out to Hurlford to come back to Kilmarnock which meant the food was stone cold by the time we got it. Opened the bag to find that some of the order was completely wrong.

Order arrived fast but was missing items, seems to be a consistent issue with just eat right now.

Dried up overcooked and cold. Only the can of juice was ok

when placing the order said delivery time about 20mins. once order placed the time changed to upto 40mins then changed another twice to over a hour

Everything was OK. Just my post code details are wrong on the website. went to change them and the postcode on my details are right even though it keeps coming up with the wrong postcode Everything I order

chips a bit hard. pepsi max missing and a BBQ dip missing even after putting on comments to double check order as they'd always mistakes. and after spending £73 I think order should be correct!

delivery was early, food was great, Stephen the delivery was great as well. good to see there are delivery drivers out there that aren't running about doing 3 or deliveries and the food is getting delivered warm.

Chips and original chicken were quite soggy. Everything else was good though.

Newly refurbished, clean, and efficient franchise. Excellent service, good choice of products, and plenty of seating inside. It's a pleasant example of KFC and has been vastly improved by the refurb.

Took ages & the chicken was chewy

Very small portion of chips compared to usual. Chicken does not seem fresh, as if it has been sitting despite being delivered so promptly.

Food missing had to raise a refund request which I'll prob not get! 31 quid for 2 box meals, 1 of which I didn't receive, shocking service!

we were a portion of KFC signature fries and no Kansas BBQ Dipped bites also to bottled waters but got one cab of orange Fanta...kids weren't too happy to share! This is usually my kids special treat once a week, so disappointing when it's down to Mum to try explain why they never got what they wanted as they've been on their best behavior...bless them!

Main meal was dry, stale and cold. Only saving grace was the side popcorn chicken nd thigh piece. Very disappointed

Ordered a KFC. Driver delivered wrong order and got a McDonalds. Ran outside to alert driver of mistake but he drove away. Phoned KFC to complain and was told that they have no way of knowing which driver to contact. Really!!! Was told by KFC to contact Just Eat to complain. 30 mins later driver appeared again and asked for the McD's order back in exchange for the KFC order. Finally got my correct order but it was cold. This is the 2nd negative review for KFC that I have had to do in a short period of time. I understand this time it wasn't the restaurant's fault but they should have a system in place to at least identify the driver that made the mistake. Additionally, Just Eat should employ competent drivers who can actually carry out basic tasks of delivering the correct food to the correct address! It's not difficult!!

I had the wrong food delivered. I contacted uber eats who were very unhelpful. I contacted kfc Kilmarnock and got the general manger carol ann. she was amazing. Very helpful. Dealt with my problem straight away. She even said if she could she would have delivered my food herself. Excellent customer service skills. Friendly and helpful.

The driver was circulating and I ended up walking to find him. Instructions were clear very clear. Never had problem before.

Without doubt the worst KFC I have ever eaten. You missed out the word disaster from your Ultimate BBQ Burger Food was like warm at best, chicken was over cooked, lettuce was going brown, bbq sauce was non existent. Corn on the cob was solid, chips were cold and over spiced. Vegan burger was covered in pepper. Buns were starting to go stale. Peach ice tea and water were good though ! Worst KFC food I’ve ever had and a complete rip off for the money

Waited an hour for the delivery (less than 2 miles away)No 7UP can included and hot wings weren’t hot wings. 2nd poor order I’ve received from this restaurant. Definitely not ordering from this KFC again.

The chips were burned, soggy limp and cold. The chicken was greasy, falling apart and also luke warm. Worst KFC I have ever had and for £30 a discgrace.

We ordered a boneless bucket and we got a bucket chicken pieces with bones which my kids could not eat which has been very disappointing when you look at my order it clearly says boneless

No zinger burger all fillet burgers. 2x hot wings missing and the side of original chicken missing!!

Great food no long wait polite delivery driver

Food was hot and tasty. Special mention to the staff member Jasmine who was an absolute star. Couldn't do enough for us and made sure we got service that was more akin to a fancy restaurant rather than KFC. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough!
