KFC in East Ayrshire

I've always found this KFC quite dirty & unkept, every time you go in, there's always bins overflowing & mess on the ground & it's always seems like ages, your waiting when you order food 😔

Ordered a rice box and requested extra sauce as previously I received a small dribble on the last one. I have opened my rice box to find an even smaller dribble on my cremated chicken. Not the best experience from a usually reliable restaurant

I have not been to this KFC for a long time because it was terrible. Today I thought I would give it a go again. I ordered a 4 piece boneless ‘meal’, but when I got home it had 3 pieces and 3 tiny dry crumbs instead. I’m sure I got this because I was carry out, so I would find it at home, rather eating in. I’m done, still a poor KFC.

few items missing extra chicken,mini wrap and dip must have been in a hurry as there was loads of suace three bits of lettuce to much tomato suace that the bun slipped off and was all over everything else not good service

Opens at 1030 here at 1045 and doors are still locked.

Good old kfc messsing up the order as usual! Asked for the hot wings with my box meal and got a bit of chicken!

Driver showed up with 1 can of juice. Was on the phone to someone standing in my front garden speaking a different language telling me I’m not getting my food.

this order was totally because off you messed up my previous order and I didn't get a complete order

Was quiet when we went but food was great and didn't wait long

Went in at 8pm and staff were playing their own loud music through the back like really bad rap music. They shouted at us to come get our food but gave table service to the couple behind us. Also half the food was cold. Not friendly staff would have given no stars if possible.

took one bite of the chicken and thought i was gonna spew. usually like kfc but todays has made me reconsider getting it again

When you ask the driver nicely to shut yer gate and he still leave it open I’m just goin mental,i mean why doesn’t drive with his door open??? Those drivers need taught some manners otherwise they gonna be replaced by drones and by the way I’m paying for food not to give them codes that’s got nothing to do with me as customer i pay for my food your job is to make sure you get the right address on time

Order was incorrect. Notes regarding food ignored.

The courier who delivered this order was kind, polite and patient as I tried to find my code ( elderly lady).Top marks for this chap.

I didn't receive my can of juice but was I happy the chips were only half full and cold so we're the chicken strips

Ordered through the app and there was an item missing. Store phone number was switched off or not working, and nowhere on the KFC app to ask for help. (FAQ and email isn't acceptable for this situation...) Somehow the procedure is to call the delivery company and they processed a refund. Why a refund? Can't they just send the food? Mistakes happen, but what a backwards user experience.

Food arrived very quickly and was still warm. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will buy again

KFC - full meal missing . & items wrong on other meal. How can you miss a full meal ?!?

Edit. Foolishly visited again on Friday. Wait for it... THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN! Couldn't make this up. Waited over 20 minutes then asked where our food was. Told there was no chicken and we would have to wait another 10 minutes until more arrived. Unbelievable. Demanded a refund and left. Won't be back here.

KFC chicken is delicious always but yet again ordered 2 cookies and they haven't been delivered, the delivery guy also phoned me to come to the back door saving him the walk to my front door which I found rude

Food was stone cold as.im it felt like it had all been bagged in ice. Went in the bin as inedible. KFC not normally like this as food is usually piping hot so don't know what went wrong this time.

Delivery driver has given me 2 separate peoples 2 different orders apart from my original order I placed! I ordered a full meal and I have now only received a small kids popcorn chicken! Ridiculous!

It was delivered around the time it said but this was 30mins later than the app said at the start. Also the food was barely warm and as I’m in a hotel I could not even heat it up. Very poor around to be honest

After a busy spending spree at Smyth's and an uninviting glance at BK, we made the amazing decision to pop into KFC and I'm do glad we did. Lovely staff, restaurant relatively quiet and the chicken was the best I've had anywhere in a long time. We'll be going there from now on.

The food is fine. But the service is rotten. They don't preference the drive thru, Just Eat can pick up faster. 9/10 you have to take a space and wait. And it's not just "3 or 4mins". And today to crown it all waited at least 4mins in the drive through, they weren't even going to take the order apart from the fact it was an app one.

Absolutely shocking!! Delivery driver handed one bag with a bottle of juice in it and no food, went back out to shout the guy and tell him and he looked and drove away!! Money down and no food! Thanks for that just eat, absolute useless service !!

I'm absolutely appalled by the service I received tonight. The driver went to the wrong location and when I messaged to see where my order was he gave me nothing but cheeky answers. This is the first thing I've managed to eat since coming into hospital on Sunday morning and I was really looking forward to it. But essentially I have paid £12 for cold chicken and shockingly poor service. This has really made me think twice about ordering from here again.
