KFC in East Ayrshire

Food was cold and only got one of the two cans of juice i ordered. Also took nearly an hour to arrive

the delivery driver was polite and cheerful

Burger was cold and there was full item I ordered that wasn’t delivered. Very dissapointed. Won’t be ordering again.

Chicken was rock solid and not edible. When I asked for a refund I was told they couldn’t change it

I'm absolutely appalled by the service I received tonight. The driver went to the wrong location and when I messaged to see where my order was he gave me nothing but cheeky answers. This is the first thing I've managed to eat since coming into hospital on Sunday morning and I was really looking forward to it. But essentially I have paid £12 for cold chicken and shockingly poor service. This has really made me think twice about ordering from here again.

Chips were stone cold. Chicken was ok

They are "banned" and discriminate drivers because drivers don't wait more then 20 minutes to pick up an order in rain. Super lazy personal and third world condition for drivers. Drivers must wait outside in raining because merchants don't have any shelter. Drivers are not allowed to go in store and must park in roundabout. The worst merchant from all around Scotland. Costumers who orders from delivery app expects good conditions Drivers must too.

Food was as expected delivery driver very courteous and friendly

Driver very helpful/ nice, offered to take back food which was warm not hot. Screenpic of system showing started food prep at 12 06 before courier was at resruarant , got food at 12.25 at door. Kfc never packed in chickpopcorn. Burger too salty &spi

wrong order. food isn't very warm, flung together like rubbish.

Waited an hour on our food to arrive and the 2 tubs of gravy are like water. There is absolutely no way anyone in their right mind would deem it acceptable. My mum poured it over her food so her meal is ruined. Whoever made it has done it our of sheer laziness as they obviously had to get a new bag of granuals and couldn't be bothered. I've now been trying to call to get a replacement for over 30 mins and no one has answered. The whole meal and treat is ruined. What an absolute joke!

why haven't my order from last night being reviewed. it was the wrong order. the ingredients were wrong. they were ment to be caramelised onions not half an onion on both burgers. and only one meal. at which I could of got that wrong. but what I did receive was wrong. it was also freezing cold.

Pre-Ordered for 8 of us. So quite a big order but KFC decided “8 Peoples Food will Fit in 1 bag” so everything was squashed, They also put the Chilli Saucy Bites at the Top of the bag which burst spoiling other items of food thats a couple of the Kids wouldn’t eat because they were now too spicy, The fries were all in 1 bag which I get is standard but they were right at the bottom so ended up being an Extra Portion of Chunky Mash by the Time Arrived with all the other food pushed on top of them

Absoloute joke £40 for an order got 2 zinger supercharger meals and 4 cookies got hit with 2 cookies and a twister meal

chicken in burger was tiny, rock hard & looked as if it had been sitting out for days. couldn't eat it. chips freezing. corn on cob was fine though.

Pretty sure the ‘Original Recipe’ is supposed to be on the chicken and not greasy salty sludge at the bottom of the bag. Unusual cause the 15 year old girls are usually good at cooking.

The food was delicious as always but the sweet chilli dip was missing from the order. The small amount of chips in the paper bag rather than a box was disappointing considering the price also they get colder quicker.

Delivery time continued to change and when tracked, my order was all over the town before reaching me. It was so cold, even the beans which are usually piping hot weren’t warm enough to eat.

Specifically asked for normal fries and not signature fries but ignored my request and sent signature fries

Quite like KFC Kilmarnock, it's never as busy as the other rivals , only thing is a few times they got my order wrong , like my kids box coming with a large Pepsi max , and sometimes the chips seem as if they've been lying out a little but I do like the chicken

Quick delivery! However, wrong order delivered unfortunately. Had to drive to KFC for a new one. It's the only time so far in my experience with Just Eat that it's happened. Easy mistake to make. I think they were very busy on a wet soggy day!

Food took ages to arrive, driver went all the way out to Hurlford to come back to Kilmarnock which meant the food was stone cold by the time we got it. Opened the bag to find that some of the order was completely wrong.

when placing the order said delivery time about 20mins. once order placed the time changed to upto 40mins then changed another twice to over a hour

More than half the order was missing and I have to wait 7 days for just eat to tell me whether I’m getting my money back or not. Poor service.

No dip in the Dipping boneless feast, the clue is in the name and one corn on the cob had no stick!

chips a bit hard. pepsi max missing and a BBQ dip missing even after putting on comments to double check order as they'd always mistakes. and after spending £73 I think order should be correct!

delivery was early, food was great, Stephen the delivery was great as well. good to see there are delivery drivers out there that aren't running about doing 3 or deliveries and the food is getting delivered warm.

Chips and original chicken were quite soggy. Everything else was good though.

Newly refurbished, clean, and efficient franchise. Excellent service, good choice of products, and plenty of seating inside. It's a pleasant example of KFC and has been vastly improved by the refurb.

Very small portion of chips compared to usual. Chicken does not seem fresh, as if it has been sitting despite being delivered so promptly.
