Domino's Pizza - Kilmarnock - Titchfield Street in East Ayrshire

Been to this domino’s a few times but not as good as the domino’s on Glasgow road. Latest experience was that I waited ages for the pizza to be made then it was burnt and the other time waited ages for pizza to find out it was lying out waiting for a staff member to give me it so it was freezing.

Good food and nice wee place to sit in with the food would be nice if the had a menu at tables of what they cooked would be easier when in with a family

Bit tatty on the inside but what can you expect it’s not a 5 STAR restaurant prices can vary depending on what deals you get so look out for those when you visit

They don't have cups to drink. So if you order a 1'5 litres bottle of coke you'll have your family drinking in turns from the same bottle. Outrageous:(

Disappointed that dominos are cashless now. If I have spare change I would always go here. Now I prefer to go to the local take away . Also pizza ingredients has changed and pizzas taste very different to the usual

Ordered online and requested titchfield st pickup but order went to western rd. Not heard from dominos after complaint was made.

Very clean and staff are highly efficient, pleasant and welcoming. Cant go wrong with Dominos

Chose the cheese wedges and I must say, its one of the best things I've tasted in a long time and I can't recommend it enough. Next time you visit make add cheesy wedges to your list

Food was okay despite receiving the wrong order

Absolutely disgusting I was visiting my friend who stays in Kilmarnock as I get dominoes in Glasgow and never really had a bad pizza and suggested getting a dominoes wish I went to McDonald's instead. But these guys in Kilmarnock obviously can't make pizza hardly any base sauce hardly any cheese pay extra for toppings at 1.90 to get a scraping absolutely disgusting and no cheap certainly won't be getting from this store again majority of it went in the bin.

Ordered food on the app. Large pizza for £8.99 was the offer. Pepperoni passion and meat feast, potato wedges and garlic dippers were ordered. Took around 30mins and it was here. Great food but quite expensive even with offers, good for a treat now and again.

this dominos is absolutely disgraceful for one ordered 2 make ur own pizzas received 1 of what i ordered and 1 cheese which i did not want for second i phoned about this issue and the woman was rude and not helpful and done nothing to change the issue and finally i got told loren was delivering my pizzas and it wasn’t loren it was indeed a man which i did not want on my property so i think this establishment is quite disgraceful and i couldn’t believe how bad the service was.

Lady in the middle of serving us said wait a minute then answered a call while we were just left standing, 2nd time I've had bad customer service from here, I'll be using the one up Glasgow road from now on

Ordered through app,for driveby,got outside got message order will be out soon,waiting 40mins then went in to be told sorry forgot and tried to give me the pizza that they had sitting for 40 min

Second time i’ve ordered a pizza without onion and they’ve left it on, accepted the first time but twice in a row is annoying in the space of less than a week, feel very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in future lost a loyal customer.

Pizza was all right, but the messages kept coming after and I could unsubscribe to the sms bombs every day or two. I even called them 2 times to get me off the list of marketers. Could have putted more cheeze on topiņš.

Used the deliver to car option. Had to phone to ask about pizza after waiting 10mins in car park

I have noticed a drop in quality, the pizzas are not as warm when delivered and the cost even with "a deal" has risen to a stage where it is no longer worth it.

Always get a pure need for Domino's every couple of months so nip down here. I normally use the deliver to your car service, but the last 3 times I've used this and clicked "I'm here" no one comes and I've had to go in to collect it where it's been sitting for 10 mins. Staff are always pleasant, but definitely just collect inside rather than car deliver.

Just had order delivered was delicious and reasonably priced as got great offers, second time Ian P 😊 has been delivery driver, such a happy, friendly delivery driver, would highly recommend x

Thankyou to management and staff at this store., not from here and ordered a pizza to the wrong Kilmarnock store. Wife was in car with newborn baby and they made my pizza here free of charge. Had a pizza myself earlier on that day fresh and tasty! Thanks again great customer service 😋

Absolutely love it. While they don't deliver to me I'm happy to drive a few times a month for the delicious pizza they serve. Always hot, fresh and fast...I believe they've waited for me a time or two but I've never had to wait for them as they're always on time when they tell you how long it will take.

Right so I have had pretty good experiences with dominos there are a good in and out service the place I went to was clean but every time I eat there pizzas I feel bloated besides that I’m giving it a 3 star

I ordered to collect at Titchfield street YET on the app it stated that I was to collect at Glasgow rd. I found this extremely annoying. I will be taking this further.

Personally speaking i think Domino's pizza is amongst the tastiest pizza available, although it can be expensive if you dont take advantage of the readily available excellent offers. The service is usually decent-excellent, depending on how busy they are & the employee that serves you. In the event of an issue (Ive had a couple over vast many years of being a regular customer) they tend to be quick to deal with the concern & usually satisfactorily. One of my personal favourite things from Domino's is being able to order half & half toppings on your pizza, e.g. vegetarian on left & meat feast on right. My only gripe is that depending on which employee makes your pizza depends on just how much topping can be placed, sometimes it can be quite sparse & other times very generously loaded.

Good customer service. I've had a couple of mistakes over the years and they've always been good at sorting it out!

It's very expressive for what you get. Toppings were sparce to say the least & a portion of wedges looked minimal. The place did look clean,table & chairs not comfortable so more like a quick bite then out. Not warm inside as the door constantly opens and closes.

I try make collection order by them app and is show me I can make it... so I check them on Google did they still open , they are so I jump to car and drive to them 7.5miles on place door lock so I do delivery on app order paid I start drive back to home and after I back another 7.5miles I have phone they not delivery to my location, but they make delivery to village 1mile from me so I say I can pick up my order from there... but no they can make it , so now is after midnight all shops closed... so I can't make any order no where and I need wait for money refund.... completely disaster never use them again for that

I love Domino's, you can't beat a freshly made pizza. Always good deals on as well. I tend to use the app, which shows the best deals available and exactly how much it will cost. It's worth remembering though that if you go in, they are sometimes able to offer local offers that don't appear online. The staff at this Kilmarnock branch are always friendly and happy to have a chat. Also, for some reason, they have post it notes on offer to take as you please. A bit unexpected, but I took a few anyway. Highly recommended!

Fast friendly service and great pizza

Never really had any issues until recently. In the last few months I've had pizzas arrive undercooked, lukewarm and/or squashed when something heavy was blatantly put on top of the box, leaving the pizza with half the toppings congealed on the lid of the lid of the box. I don't know if they've recently hired a bunch of teenagers who can't be bothered, but quality has gone very far downhill lately.

Much prefer the dominoes staff and pizza from the one at the top off western road, shame they don't deliver to my area and need to use this (town centre) one.

Absolutely appalling service!! Paid my delivery with my card, after waiting hour I called to see where delivery was got told be a further 45mins. So patiently wait even though 3 children are starving and it's due bed but still no delivery, call back to be told they aren't sending any deliveries out at moment as too busy!! No call back to inform me of the change of circumstances or even any consideration of the situation. After a total of 2hours and 15mins had to drive up to store to collect and within 10mins order was cooked and ready! Worst experience with dominos!
