high quality food. Large pieces of beef in beef chop suey, fried rice delicious. etc etc was nervous as building doesnt look great from outside but food absolutely delicious.

Probably the most tasteless Chinese I've ever eaten. The chicken was like water-logged soaked bread, the pork balls tasted like they'd been cooked in yesterday's chip fat, even the sweet and sour sauce couldn't disguise the flavour, but then that was tasteless too. Best bit was the egg fried rice, but you cants ruin that can you ?

Always good food. Employees / drivers are always polite. However: The Service and the attention to provide reliable delivery is something to be questioned. Management and organisation definitely need urgent attention. After ordering at 19:45 and talking with them twice afterwards us and our guests ended up with no food delivered, no call to advise of any issues and when calling over 6 times to query it rang and went to closed answerphone msg. It’s such a shame, reading the reviews I don’t think they quite understand it’s this type of service is letting them down, playing a huge part in the bad review scores seen. Shame but I have to give this a x2.. Order at your own risk, I would definitely NOT order for delivery If it’s for a special occasion no matter how big the order value is. Tip: You have a great takeaway,it’s not only about quantity and quality. Communication and customer focus is equally important. Pay as much attention to this and you will turn your positive reviews around by +100%

overpriced and rubbish food the plum sauce was OFF and tasted like a cross between old engine oil and tar the duck was overcooked and dry and everything else was horrible also charged 4.50 for delivery with a minimum of £21 so a complete ripoff do not use this place it is terrible

My wife and I walked into this takeaway restaurant with a large order for 13 people, to celebrate my birthday. They were not phased. They were professional, friendly, helpful and even prepared to advise us to reduce dishes if they thought we had over ordered. They got the order exactly right and delivered it bang on time - with courtesy prawn crackers and fortune cookies included! The food was amazing and, as we still have some left over, we will be continuing to enjoy it over the next few days! Thanks and well done guys. We'll be back! 😊

Que pedimos comida para llevar en este chino numerosos de veces, nunca ha estado en tiempo (casi siempre de 2 horas de espera), pero hemos dejado que deslice el pasado pocas veces. No esta vez... Pedimos a las 7 de la tarde a las 8 pm... nada... a las 21:00h... Todavía nada (ahora es un lunes que quiere comer la cena a las 10:00?), así que les llamé para ver donde la entrega es, obtengo una respuesta simple que él estará con usted en breve, así que estoy pensando bien, son casi aquí... cómo equivocada!! Otra media hora pasa, que nuevamente me dan una respuesta que le teléfono y llamar de vuelta, después el conductor otros diez minutos pasa por así les digo olvídalo, no es la primera vez que esto ha ocurrido y es chocante porque el fin de ellas todo el tiempo! (No es que no sé donde estamos) en este punto que anda en mí! Ahora no sé quién que no frustre?? Lo llamé de vuelta y dijo cómo se atreve usted a colgaron? Cómo pobres es su servicio de atención al cliente? Una disculpa simple sería bueno y algun descuento o incluso mejor una comida gratis por las molestias!! Él comienza a elevar su voz sobre el teléfono y cuelga de mí de nuevo!!! Bien, puedo decir que nunca he visto utilizar nunca más China y les puedo asegurar que cualquiera que sabemos no pedidos de éter se! Lo he intentado en varias ocasiones para pedir comida o hablar con alguien en Loughton Chinaman admito cerca de su hora de cierre. Sin embargo, con 20 minutos de media hora antes de cerrar, se supone que la tienda está cerrada, luces apagadas y sólo teléfonos de comedor. Si anuncian que usted está abierto a una hora determinada, por favor no ser cerrada y vacía media hora antes. Muchos viajes perdido y un montón de tiempo perdido.

My usual take away was closed so I ,against my better judgement decided to grab a take away from china man ,it's got a poor reputation so I sort of knew it wasn't going to be that good,but I never knew how bad this was,the whole thing was dripping in grease,I only had two mouthfuls and I felt sick,this dive should be closed down ,awful muck

La calidad de la comida es de mala calidad y no cabe duda de que no es fresco.Las raciones son grandes pero la calidad es baja y revise su CAMBIO ya que mi factura era de más de lo que se ha dicho en el menú - creo que se haya añadido en unas pocas cosas que no pedimos y no recibir, así que ten cuidado.

Realmente no hay puntos bajos. La comida es extremadamente rica y siempre es un generoso tamaño de porción. He leído quejas grasa sin embargo nunca me pareció que la comida era demasiado grasienta y grasa se espera con comida que es muy frito como un rollo de primavera. Have only ever ordered from here once and that was more than enough..the grease from the spring rolls was dripping through the brown paper bag that they came in.. As for the the rest of the food it was tasteless and overpriced..

Pedí un llevar y todo lo fuimos en la papelera. Los fideos eran más como espaguetis y amarillo brillante!! El pollo no estaba preparado y rosa en medio y producto similar Islandia carne de economía!! Pueden también tenemos 25 libras en la papelera y casa savey maduras apestaba por la infame inmundicia nos esperaban para comer ... Incluso el perro no toque!!!
