Just done a two night stay here at this hotel and I’ve got To say this is one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed at! I travel around a country a lot and state a lot of hotels but this by far is the worst. There is no way that this is right a five star hotel on Booking.com a three star at least it’s only got a higher rating because of the area that it is in.. But that’s not a problem so when I got there There was a there was a fridge that was empty, but on the booking it said a minibar and as far as I’m aware a mini bar has drinks in the fridge ready but they wanted to charge me £35 to put drinks in it! Absolutely shocking!!!!! already there was problems in the room damages so had to change the room then went to the sauna. Steam wasn’t working one earl Grey teabag In the room, Toilet was leaking and making noises right the whole night of running water, Couldn’t open the French doors to go on the Balcony as this clip have been broken off the door handle, The bacon at breakfast was like eating cracker bread, They were meant to come round and off your coffee and they didn’t have to do it. It yourself, Not only was a steam not working in the men’s changing room but the machine to spin dry your swimming trunks was broken. It’s like they just didn’t care. Then the two main little broken, so we had to use the service lift And then our card passes to get into the room would not work, which is one thing after the other. The only saving grace is to people some of them were really nice Danielle on the front desk Hamza as well and a gentleman in the bar south Asian chap really friendly and nice and pleasant and supportive. I have written to millennium hotels my expecting my money back with disaster stay and has also done my review on Tripadvisor as well. such a shame really as I spent over £6002 night stay and another thing which I found very strange. They take £200 deposit off you as well even though you paid it upfront I know that some hotels take your card but didn’t actually take money off your account anyway disastrous disappointed, dissatisfied and total waste of money. I do hope going forward they improve that hotel for others When they stay, but you find out for yourself.

It was a good stay; however, the hotel is undergoing refurbishments, so there were a few issues that were not communicated. The lifts were out of service, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there had been accessible stairs! The room itself was great, featuring a separate lounge area, two toilets, a bathtub, and a shower with a nice view. The staff was decent but not particularly attentive to guests. The location was lovely, with plenty of walking options and food/coffee shops nearby.

A Luxury Spa with No Security, No Accountability, and No Customer Care I visited The Spa at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel expecting a relaxing experience, but instead, I left frustrated, out of pocket, and completely let down by their lack of security, poor management, and appalling customer service. Security Breach & Negligence During my visit, my locker was accessed and my jacket was stolen. I had followed all the correct procedures to lock it using their mandatory digital system—since they do not allow customers to use their own padlocks—yet somehow, someone got in, took my belongings, and closed the locker again. The staff have a master code to the lockers and there was nobody else within the changing room who saw my code so the only conclusion is one of the staff members took my jacket. When I reported the theft, I was met with complete indifference from the spa manager, Adina Paraschiv, who showed no concern, offered no apology, and provided no assistance. Instead of taking responsibility or investigating the issue properly, she dismissed my concerns and sent me to the hotel reception, where I was told, unbelievably, that this was “not their problem” as they are separate from the spa. The security guard later admitted that these thefts have increased ever since the spa opened to non-members—yet nothing has been done to stop it. He also mentioned that the spa refuses to install cameras in areas where security breaches are happening, showing a clear pattern of negligence. Gaslighting Instead of Accountability Rather than addressing the obvious security failure, Adina Paraschiv tried to gaslight me, claiming that I was the only person who knew my locker code, as if my jacket had somehow vanished into thin air. This is an outright lie because they have a master code to the lockers. If I locked the locker properly and it was still accessed, then where does personal responsibility lie? I was forced to trust their faulty locker system, and I paid the price for their incompetence. Luckily, my house keys and phone weren’t inside—if they had been, the situation would have been even worse. Zero Effort to Resolve the Issue After escalating the complaint, I was told that the Front of House Manager, Najdat Taleb, reviewed the case and found no wrongdoing. No apology, no explanation, no resolution—just a clear message that this spa does not care about its customers, their security, or their experience. Other Customers Are Affected Too This wasn’t an isolated incident. While I was there: * My girlfriend heard a woman in the female changing room complaining that her locker had somehow opened by itself when she returned. * I witnessed a man in the male changing room whose child was unable to access his locker and when he reported this to reception there was another customer who went in and managed to open it for him. Why on earth would a non staff member be able to open someone’s locker for them? These are clear signs that there is something seriously wrong with the locker system, yet management refuses to acknowledge or fix it. This Is NOT a 5-Star Experience The Chelsea Harbour Hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment, but true luxury is about service, security, and customer care—none of which this spa offers. Instead, they provide: * Unreliable security that puts customers’ belongings at risk * Negligent management that ignores ongoing problems * Unprofessional staff who gaslight customers instead of assisting them * No accountability or effort to resolve complaints If you value security, professionalism, and hospitality, I strongly recommend avoiding this spa. There are far better luxury spa experiences in London where your belongings—and your peace of mind—will actually be respected. I initiated a chargeback through American Express who resolved it on my behalf, and I have escalated this to trading standards. But this has been a thoroughly disappointing experience.

We stayed 3 nights at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in February half term holidays (2025) and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our Chelsea Suite was super spacious with a large double bed and large sofa bed for our 2 teenage kids, all setup when we arrived. We will be staying here again when we next visit London. 1. Staff are friendly and helpfull. 2. Rooms are large and spacious with everything you need inc 2 large TVs. 3. Views from our room were great. 4. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of vegetarian options.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights to celebrate my 40th Birthday . Location was the main attraction. Reddy is a great asset for the hotel, I used to be reception manager for many years and I never seen someone so multitasking like him, he is very professional, pays great attention to details, is managing the staff and knows to take decisions to meet the expectactations or sort any situation and delivers quality service to customers, clearly works very hard, really impressive, I believe he is the F&B manager. Has all the necessary qualities for that I appreciate the birthday cake left in the room for my arrival. My birthday dinner was perfect, the seabass was THE BEST we ever had truly. Compliments to the chefs, the only suggestion already made - sauce was missing, any tartar sauce or anything similar served on the side will be ideal, but the fish was cooked to perfection. The bartender is really good , makes great cocktails. On second day tried afternoon tea, is great the fact you are offering it even for 1 person, like in my case for example it was just me that wanted. I purchased it online before arrival and only needed to walk in, no reservation needed, that was convenient. Tried the pool, was ok, but we were so confused where to go to find it and went around and around and asking other guests, signages missing. Is nice you do have a reception area where guests can serve lemonade or coffee, my little ones loved the biscuits. Sheik Ahmed from housekeeping team was remarkable, also very professional and thoughtful - offered some extra bottles of water as he saw we have 2 children, we appreciated his attention to details. It is the first hotel (and we are traveling a lot) where finally we had enough bathroom amenities and towels, congrats to HSK management , also the hotel is very clean throughout The porters /security officers are very friendly, very attentive , welcoming and helpful , opening the doors and assisting with the parking. I love having the parking close to the hotel for the convenience and I am glad here the hotel has this facility, very rare within London. Things I observed and I can recommend: - reception staff should not work by themselves until fully trainned as they are trying but clearly they are shy and not confident, welcoming the clients is the first impression - telephone lines not really working, prior arrival was unable to speak with reception or guest relations and reservation team was unable to help with information regarding parking and breakfast price or purchase - some customers were smoking weed and i reported this on several ocassion to the reception staff ,this is not nice, duty manager should be more on top of this type of situations, walking through the corridor and feeling that smell made me sick and our children also could not stand the smell , is a non smoking hotel and easily can enforce this policy - breakfast staff was nice but missed informing about the options to order pancakes or omlette which was dissapointing (we only found out when leaving ) we were not offered coffee and myself and another customer were at the station trying to figure out where is the coffee and what sort of milk is available. Luxury hotels lately purchased bean coffee machines which offers more options for coffee and people enjoy it more than filtered coffee, just a suggestion - you can improve the breakfast adding some avocado and salmon, fresh tomatoes and cucumber for examples, simple things but can make a big difference - try and see the feedback Thank you and best regards.

We stayed overnight and used the spa facilities the next morning - it was endlessly disappointing. We came down for breakfast an hour and fifteen minutes before our treatments and was told that if we wanted to order off the breakfast menu then it would not be ready in time. Surely it doesn’t take an hour to poach a couple eggs? We were then forced to utilise the £25 pp buffet which had the dregs remaining - cold remnants of scrambled egg, no bacon or sausages. £57.50 for the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The Spa is more like a local leisure centre. There are six sun loungers for people to sit, the pool is freezing, kids playing with floats. The sauna and steam room are gender separated whilst the men’s steam room didn’t even work at all. I’m not sure how you can even advertise as a spa… For the price you pay, the return is abysmal. i urge you to avoid this place like the plague.

Went for a spa package with light lunch included. Location was lovely. Treatment was wonderful, relaxing and comfortable. The relaxation room was lovely. Disappointing that the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty in the shower area. The steam room and sauna were separate in the male/female changing rooms which wasn't made clear at the point of booking. There was no hot tub, just a swimming pool. The restaurant service was poor. I was told my name was on the list for lunch. When I arrived, I had to prompt staff for menu as they had me booked for an afternoon tea. I asked for an apple juice, was served orange juice. The staff didn't know what was included in the light lunch spa package which caused delay and confusion. I wasn't told that the drink and service charge werent included in the package. Overall, an OK experience but disappointing attention to details and unclear communication for a 5* hotel.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! I am deeply concerned this hotel is still charging for rooms and service! Utterly appalled by our experience at this hotel!! We arrive to what was made out to be a lovely relaxing hotel for our friends birthday, we were made to wait in reception for 45 minutes with our bags, I walked up to the desk and asked what was happening, to then hear over the radio the shower in our room was broken and we should wait for it to be fixed and buy some drinks at the bar, I said this is unacceptable and asked for our room to be changed, after 15 minutes another member of staff came and move our room. We were given the key and went to our room, when we got in our room it looked okay until we looked on the balcony I nearly fell into the barrier as the tiles were uneven and broken, I went into the bathroom to discover the plug in the bath was missing and the phone in the room did now work either.... our friends arrived and we met for drinks at the bar it was happy hour, the staff seemed oblivious to any customers all stood at the bar talking amongst themselves it took 20 minutes to recieve our drinks, we then went to our rooms to get ready for dinner, I wanted to use the hairdryer which was also broken but could not call to reception as the phone was broken. We went to the restaurant in the hotel and I can honestly say this was THE worst experience I've ever had!!! We ordered starters after waiting 45 minutes to be seen which arrived cold which we complained about then our mains arrived for the birthday girls dinner to never have been ordered by the member of staff, my dinner was cold and I sent it back then after 25 minutes the birthday girls meal arrived by this time we were all upset and disappointed, we asked for a manager who said I can offer free processo which non of us drink so we told them to do something about the bill as the food was cold and late they said this would be sorted at the end of our stay so we left and went elsewhere. In the morning I called the hotel with my personal phone and ordered room service they asked why I didn't use the room phone and I explained for the 3rd time the phone does not work, the breakfast was mediocre and we were never provided any sauces or salt and pepper. We decided we would try and relive some stress and use the spa this turned out to be diabolical! The female changing room was dirty hair all over the floor i kept my sliders on! I went to use the sauna and it was broken and then went to use the steam room this was also broken and not working!! The sauna and steam rooms are separate male and female so I was unable to use either of these facilities, I went to get in the pool and I could not get past the first step as it was freezing and was the same temperature as a plunge pool!!! My husband went to use the steam room and I heard him shout he came back and explained he opened the steam room door and the temperature of the steam room was phenomenally hot!!! He could not even get in there!! We gave up and went to get our things to leave, we complained about everything I've written here for them to say there is no manager in the entire hotel and they would call us later on. We went to get our car from the vallet and they made us wait another 45 minutes to be told they hadn't gone to get the car we got our key and got the car ourselves. When we got home we still had no call and on the Monday my husband checked his bank statement to discover the hotel had charged him twice for everything, our stay our food and our drinks nearly £4000 for a 1 night stay in a terrible hotel we have had to fight and argue absolutely everything and after weeks and weeks they still charged us for everything with no offer of discount or help!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! It's disgraceful and the staff don't care they will take your money and ignore you completely.

Booked for my wife's birthday. Added extra "romance package" onto the room, which was confirmed by email from the hotel company. Upon arrival, we checked in and went up to the room. The added package was not set up in the room. Went to reception to ask about it, but they had no record of it on their system even though I had it in writing via email. Offered me 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. Upon checking out, I was then asked if about the romance package I added and if it was set up...I replied no and that was the end of the conversation. I wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and tired. Steam room out of order. Concierge staff treat you as an inconvenience.

We came for a spa day. Towels, slippers and robe hire were included in the day. The pool is large, big enough to swim properly and 1.5m deep all over with two water 'fountains' and two bubbly pads. There were some loungers by the pool and we arrived early so we got beds but other people were sitting on the floor because there wasn't enough. The steam room was closed for maintenance which we were told before we came and we were offered to re-book but we were only free that day. The changing rooms are quite small and a number of the lockers did not work. There are drinks and snacks provided out by reception. We were hoping to get lunch in a restaurant but there didn't seem to be one at the spa and the spa appeared to be separate from the hotel so we couldn't do this in the end. All in all, I felt the spa was a bit run down and there would not be much to do except for a treatment so could not spend too much time there. Would not be looking to come back soon, but it wasn't a bad day out.

Three of us booked three rooms for two nights each (6 nights) On entering the room, one of my colleagues found that particular TV in the lounge not working. He reported this to reception and stated that the TV was not working in the lounge, and if the servicepeople could replace the TV and/or repair it. On the checkout morning we mentioned explicitly that the TV had not been replaced or repaired yesterday. The receptionist replied that the service people had been and that they stated the TV was not repairable and a spare TV had not been available. After the stay we had a snarky email form the reception manager to tell us that we will be charged £400 for faulty TV! Horrible experience and not worth the headache of dealing with such rude staff.

Where do I start with the chelsea Harbour? Arrived at the hotel checked in smoothly, wasn't warned about the high charges on the car park £100 for one night. This hotel was booked for my birthday and for weeks on end my partner and friends tried to get in touch with them to book services for spa, with no response at all. We arrive at the hotel, settle into the room and go meet friends down in the bar, staff were made aware we booked for my birthday before we even arrived. Had a few drinks, went back to our rooms to freshen up. Came back down to sit in the hotels area for food, we ordered all food at once, food started to come out, except my food. Everyone else had their food, one friend refused to eat straight away as she was upset that my food had not even been prepared at all and forgotten about. The staff were made aware straight away and brought out my food 40 minutes after everyone else had eaten. Absolute shambles. The next day we thought we would go down to the "spa" if you could call it that! It was a pool, a very cold pool that you definitely could not swim in. Sauna/steam room was not even couple orientated and they were separated one in the male changing rooms the other in the female, the facilities for a "spa" was not even worth calling a spa. The whole weekend was ruined due to this "5 star" hotel (more like 3) not meeting the standards that it advertises. On check out we raised every issue we had, staff were not interested and charged us all double the cost of our stay etc. We definitely won't be returning ever again.

Never in my life have I seen such a poorly run hotel. From the moment me and my wife got there until the minute we left. We encountered problems. I would have been better off staying at home. They left us waiting at the lobby for ages before checking us in.The slabs out on the terrace are loose, dirty and look over 25 years old and need serious maintenance, the wires in the sockets were exposed. The TV would not even turn on. Room service was non existent. When we went to the restaraunt as a double date for my friends birthday. They kept us waiting ages in-between drinks and courses and even forgot the birthday girls food entirely. So we sent our food back as we didn't feel right eating without her on her birthday. They cocked up all the food and as apologetic as they were they would not do anything with the bill in fact they refused to even take the discretionary service charge of 12.5% which added another £90 to the bill. We were forced to go into town to eat as we were still hungry even after a £576 bill. The next day we used the sauna facilities we could not use the pool due to it being too cold even though it was indoor and allegedly heated. There was no jacuzzi at all. When I opened the steam room it was set so high that it literally burnt my face. It was so dangerous if I had got in it and stayed in it I would have had to go to hospital. I reported this to concierge. They did not seem to care or even take note of this. We all made an official complaint which fell upon death ears and was never followed up. I mean that steam room was actually a health hazard somebody could he badly hurt and other guests at the spar were in shock and in total agreement with us. Anyway after leaving these points with reception we checked out. Despite paying £100 for vallet parking they left us and the women standing out in the freezing cold as this was Just before Christmas 2024 waiting and waiting. We then realised they had given us the key and so how were they meant to bring the car to the front? This hotel seems to be run by crooks, we have rang them every day to dispute further unnecessary charges put on our cards and they keep telling us there is no manager present and to ring back tomorrow. Next time I am around London I feel to go there and give them a peice of my mind. But I have waisted so much of my energy and time with these clowns. I just hope this review can save others from having the same stressful experience. The night there cost me well over £1000 just for me and the mrs my friends spent the same. We could have gone abroad for that amount. It was truly and utterly shocking. I am pretty down to earth and have been all over. I would rather stay at a travel lodge than Chelsea harbour they need to seriously have a huge makeover and they need new staff to run it how a london hotel should be. Never in my life have I seen such a poorly run establishment. We were disgusted and astonished by the lack of empathy and service here. Avoid at all costs!

We were here after Christmas until just before New Year's Eve. It's really a very nice stylish hotel. Our booking conditions offer a top price-performance ratio. Breakfast was great. Our family suite was really very spacious and comfortable at 53m2. You would otherwise pay 2-3 times as much for rooms of this size in London! The connection to the overground can be reached in 5 minutes - Imperial Wharf or 15 minutes walk is Fullham Broaway then the subway which takes you directly into the city. You can stroll along the Thames directly from the hotel after a 5-minute walk and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet of the Chelsea district. A few good restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk away. We were very happy at the Chelsea Harbor Hotel 🙏 and had a wonderful 6 days with our son here.

My best friend booked a girl spa day for us at the Chelsea Harbor Hotel Spa for Boxing Day. It was a special treat for us as I had flown in from NZ to spend the holidays with her and was very excited to use the spa and suana. As two individuals who regularly use suanas we were very disappointed. For the price we paid- we did NOT get the service we wanted. The receptionist was not very friendly and did not show us around properly when we got in. So we had to find our own way. 😔 -The steam room was out of order. We were not told this prior to our time at the spa. The spa rang us before Xmas to confirm our booking and there was no mention of the steam room being out of order. Very disappointing. We were not told this when the spa called us few days before to confirm our booking. Having guests at the spa who are then surprised to learn that some of the spa facilities are out of door is not how you build and retain good clientele! When we raised this with the receptionist after we were told it was being sorted out and apologies for not informing us. That was not nicely handled. - There are no prior to arrival notes to any new comers to bring your own water bottle. As water is not provided for you. The walk to the changing room to drink water from the female suana is a walk and made us wonder what if someone was so tired from the suana and they wanted water. Nothing is close by. Not even a water fountain to drink from. No glasses nothing. Again when we checked in for our time at the spa we were not told about the water situation. My friend and I had to keep going back to the women’s changing room to drink water after the suana. That was not fun being hot and sweaty after the suana. - hot drinks are provided such as teas but no coffee. Again this should be indicated. We were hoping to have the option of coffee as we had an early morning slot at the spa. - the showers were not clean. They looked grubby and run down. I was surprised for a 5 star hotel to have facilities like this. It felt more like 2 stars. - the pool was cold and my friend did not enjoy her dip. She was expecting temperate water not cold. So the pool was not a pleasing experience for her. - I was not provided an extra towel when I arrived and so had to step out in my bathroom when I remembered to ask the receptionist to give me one. Not ideal. - we each got a foot massage. The lady who did my massage was stand offish and I could not relax during my massage. Which was a shame as I love a good foot massage. - the Suana was hot and dry. The only positive thing about the spa! I enjoyed that. All in all for the price we paid and how much we were looking forward too the spa was a huge let down. The service was not welcoming, the facilities not all running when we had assumed they would be. My friend and I left early as we did not enjoy the experience and felt it didn’t match up to what we had been hoping to get. It was not a relaxing experience at all that we had wanted on Boxing Day. For the price we paid the experience was dismal. I will not be returning to this spa or recommending it to anyone. They say they are a spa but they need to do better in terms of quality of service and their facilities. It felt the clients needs were not a priority. Finally, the hotel is not easy to find from the tube and there are no clean signs to direct you towards the hotel.

Extremely disappointing day spa. A friend and I paid just over £150 for to visit the spa as a treat (as she was visiting me from New Zealand). From the moment we walked in, we felt like an inconvenience. After we got changed we discovered the steam room was out of order - they had called the day before to confirm the time but had neglected to mention this. The pool was nice albeit very cold. We had to ask for towels as they were not given upon arrival. After using the sauna we then discovered that they do not provide water (well they do but you must bring your own water bottle?!), surely this is a health and safety issue! After our massages we went to spend time in the relaxation room thinking we would have a herbal tea - yet there was barely any hot water, they had not bothered to top up the thermos. Overall we were both very disappointed and would not recommend this spa to anyone. I have been to better run and more pleasant council spas for a fraction of the cost.

Beautiful Marina View suite room. Location good but links to tube is quite a walk and the river bus only operates during peak hours which is a shame. Only hiccup in our experience was the check in. I have never waited over 30 minutes at a hotel to be checked in before. It was 4pm but only one member of staff checking people in until eventually a second member of staff came to help. Breakfast was very good.

First time to stay in the hotel and i had bad experience. they could not solve sample small problem. I made reservations for 3 nights on august 2024 including breakfast and later i modified the reservation to exclude breakfast. at the check in they charged me for breakfast. after i showed them the modification from their email, they told me that they will refund the breakfast cost. over a month and half no refund, no respond to email etc. Bad experience. charged for breakfast without eating breakfast. Why not make it short and return my money that you took from my card for no reason.

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars. Not even 4. Or 3. Service is poor, bordering on rude. They have a long way to go to learn how to interact with guests appropriately. Location is good if you’re not coming for touristic purposes.

#Awful experience #Stressful #Painful #Awkward. I bought my wife a 50min deep tissue massage as an anniversary present. My wife has had deep tissue massages at lots of other spas - all of which she found enjoyable and therapeutic. Not here! It began with the therapist interrogating her on why she wanted a deep tissue massage. When my wife asked her to apply more pressure, she then did so in a very forceful and painful way with just her elbows. At one stage the towel from the massage table fell on the floor and the therapist did not notice or bother to pick it up. My wife said nothing as she was afraid of the reaction she would get. When my wife raised her concerns with the assistant manager she was not listened to. This experience was everything a spa experience should not be, it was stressful, painful, embarrassing and un-relaxing, basically my wife could not wait for it to be over. If you want to spend over £100 to have a bad time - go here!

I was here for a conference and it was very good. However at a business lunch in the hotel restaurant the service was slow and the staff confused. It took TWO HOURS from ordering my food to receiving it. Needless to say that at a business lunch this was inconvenient and awkward.

I don’t recommend coming here. The hotel is old, the rooms are bad and had all sorts of technical difficulties and their assistance were poor and slow. One of the technical difficulties are the bathrooms. We’ve been to 2 rooms and the toilets were hard to flush, you have to try and flush it about 6 times! The only right advice is to not come here and I don’t see how this place deserves stars..

I stayed for 6 nights, one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There is no room service, no front desk service, nothing. You are literally isolated. Whenever you ask the front desk, they tell you that the system is working. Finally, one of the front desk employees admitted to me that due to the renovation work (which is done in the summer season, which gives you the impression that the hotel management does not care about what will happen to the guests in the middle of the season, and it is supposed to be postponed until the winter), there is no communication network in the hotel, but the policy is not to inform the guests. They lie to you with rude suspicion.

Our stay at this hotel fell short in many ways. The service was abysmal. On our first night, we had to wait over two hours for sheets for our sofa bed, despite making two calls to housekeeping and two more to the front desk. Shouldn't the sheets already be in the room? We didn't get to sleep until after 1AM. The next day, we waited over an hour for dinner in the Anchor Hotel lobby, and it took 40 minutes just to get our tea. Additionally, when we asked the front desk about rates for an extra night due to a change in our travel plans, the staff member promised to check with reservations and get back to us. However, the next day, he had completely forgotten and was unhelpful. I gave the hotel some credit because the rooms were spacious by European standards and very clean. However, our suite's toilet had flushing problems. Moreover, the front desk staff frequently asked us to write reviews and prompted us to remember their names in a weird rhyming manner whenever we voiced our complaints ("My name rhymes with Mojito"), without addressing our issues. Super frustrating. It didn't seem like anyone actually wanted to provide a positive experience for guests; they were more interested in asking for reviews without doing any of the work. This review prompting wasn't just frustrating and disappointing, but also weird and unlike anything I've ever experienced at other hotels. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The service deserved two stars. The rooms were nice and clean, which was our only positive experience. This hotel certainly did not provide a true 5-star experience. Additionally, I am having issues getting a full reimbursement for my security deposit. Location is safe but not well connected to public transport. AVOID!

My recent stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel was deeply disappointing due to the poor service provided by Azhur and the front desk staff. From the beginning, it was clear they did not have our best interests at heart. We dropped off our bags at 1pm and confirmed that our room would be set up for three people. This had been assured via email by Bia Bunch. However, at 5pm, the room was set up for only two. Bianca at the front desk assured us this would be fixed by our return from dinner. When we returned at 11pm, nothing had been done. Azhur and Bianca promised to bring up sheets to make the sofa bed. After 30 minutes of waiting, we had to call and chase them, wanting only to sleep. By midnight, Azhur arrived, only to discover that our "sofa bed" was just a sofa. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, especially since we paid for a suite to accommodate four and had written confirmation for three. Their only response was that they were fully booked and nothing could be done. This is not an appropriate response, especially since this stay was for a special occasion. As a result, I had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa with makeshift bedding. My sleep was disrupted, and my experience was ruined by having to chase staff for basic accommodations until midnight. I am profoundly disappointed with the customer service at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. Smita at the front desk acknowledged the unacceptable nature of our experience and assured us that a full refund would be approved. Given the circumstances, this is the only viable solution. Regrettably, my stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel did not provide the restful and enjoyable experience I anticipated with my family. Instead, we were left feeling let down, upset, and completely disillusioned. I deeply regret choosing to stay at this hotel and hope that my experience prompts a serious review of their customer service standards. We are still waiting on the refund and for the hotel to show any empathy, don't bother staying here.

Reasonable hotel to stay at for business trips. The spa, gym and swimming pool area is in another side building. The massage was great. Stay and food was okay, a little pricey, however our main issue was some waiting staff not being able to speak clear English or understand what you are saying to them, especially during breakfast and lunch orders.

Rude manager with attitude. I booked the room a month ago with 2 single bed. I have been told there was a water leaking because of that The manager forced us to stay on sofa bed. I didn’t accept the offer. I was with my mother who is 71 year old. They put a single folding bed in the living room which was very small and uncomfortable. Also they took £200 deposit after 8 days I have just found out they charged me £85. I called the hotel they told me because of car parking. I didn’t bring any car with me and never used the car park.

I had an underwhelming experience at your spa on 24th April, which did not meet the expected levels of comfort and service. I bought a day pass aiming for a relaxing day using all your facilities, but instead, I encountered numerous interruptions. Crucial amenities such as the steam room and pool were closed until noon, significantly reducing the value of the morning portion of the pass. The schedule was poorly managed, with treatments booked at 12 pm and 1:30 pm, creating long waits in between and a disjointed experience. Moreover, a swim lesson took over the pool right after it opened at 1 pm. The sauna was also out of order, as its door wouldn't stay shut. Additional issues included out-of-service lockers and ongoing painting in the changing rooms, which should not happen during guest hours. There were also hygiene concerns with stained paper cups in the spa area. Accessing services was a challenge; my guest and I were initially refused drinks, and we had to assert our status as paying guests, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. This visit was far from the seamless and high-quality experience I anticipated.

February 2024: Was an absolute pleasure to stay here and one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Consider the little details like the layout of the room which had a decent living room area to a functioning nespresso machine to a bath that was immaculately clean. It was one of the most cost effective hotels out there and would like to say great value for money. Going back to the little details even to just watch TV and have free access to sky channels and chrome cast capabilities to fully unwind with a TV in both the living room area and in the bedroom itself that can swivel round shows the attention to detail. Having a room with a balcony overlooking some of the iconic areas of London was great also with a nice seating area outside. Did not try any of the food or drink or spa this time round as was only here for 2 days on business but perhaps next time. This review is based on reception and hotel room experience. Only small criticism I'd say is the location to find appropriate areas to venture out to for food or anything like that as it seems a bit isolated. Shoutout to Luz who was incredibly classy and polite. Luz I hope you keep in touch feel free to email or whatsapp me those Brazilian hospitality suggestions please! Will be back no doubts in the mere future. J

I had not stayed here for a number of years and had fond memories of this hotel, but was bitterly disappointed with my recent stay over the holidays. The one single request we had was not fulfilled, which we wouldn't of minded if I hadn't of confirmed it twice, by both email and phone call to only be told quite rudely once arriving at the hotel that this request had been completely disregarded. The whole trip was quite ruined by this, to be fair the duty manager did his best to resolve the issue, but it was too little too late at this point. The rooms are dated, as are the facilities but comfortable enough but in general it needs a renovation to maintain that 5 star badge
