1st time at the van, had a £5 steak cheeseburger burger, i loved it, best burger i had in years, the ladies were really nice, i will be back soon.

I ordered a simple cheese burger with onions. Only after five minutes of standing there while three people staff in the van and three customer's. None of the three staff asked me what I wanted, They then served everyone there order and then finally asked what I wanted. A simple cheese burger with onions. I spent 2 mins waiting. I received a stale nasty burger and my cheese wasn't melted. Only saving grace was the onions. And that's being generous.

Popped in today for a takeaway lunch and opted for the carrot and coriander soup and a smoked salmon bagel. Both absolutely delicious and well presented and the bagel had some yummy nice quality crisps on the side. Staff friendly. I will definitely return!

Almost perfect. The room was huge and very comfortable - homely. The food was excellent, and it was nice to have the option to have breakfast delivered. I don't feel check in was done properly as he just gave me the card and took me to the lift, where normally I'd expect to be told about breakfast and where key things are. There were a couple of mismatches between written info and actual service: the welcome letter said breakfast was from 7am, but service was from 7.30am when I phoned reception to ask if I needed to book. The breakfast room service menu offered bircher muesli (which is almost like overnight oats), and I was served regular dry muesli. I did request no feather bedding, and this was confirmed to me by reception, but they did have a cushion on my bed that had feathers. I also happened to notice a significant amount of dust under the TV cabinet, so addressing this would make the place friendlier to asthmatic people. I initially had a manky kettle that had weird sticky grime on it and black spots inside, but when I mentioned this to reception they replaced the kettle immediately and it wasn't an issue. This sounds like a lot of complaints, but they were all exceptionally minor things and it definitely didn't detract from the enjoyment of my stay. I will be staying here again for sure!

Order from here at around 9pm it's now half 10. We have work in the morning. Won't be ordering from here again as they have no phone number to contact them. I can guarantee that the waffles are going to turn up and be cold. Absolutely shocking

I thought it was a brilliant idea, so joined the queue and wanted to give everything in my wallet to support this cause. - over £85 just for a coffee. But I was refused! The girl packing food bags said ‘they were closed to customers during handouts’ I tried to say I wanted to support them, but no. I was turned away. Ok. I run a Charity. (SC050679), and know good funding streams, and am an elected councillor, so I will wait till they fail, then do better. Big Mistake.
